ＳＴＯＲＹ

In another age, vampires where the greatest hunters on the face of the planet. They fed as they wished, killing humans in their efforts to satisfy hunger. For humans, this was terrifying, and they fled into a voluntary exile, saving themselves and hiding. So it went for many a generation, with few humans hunting vampires as they could, and slowly the vampires disappeared from the face of the earth. And so man emerged from hiding and rebuilt and gained control, but for a few generations, vampires where no myth, but eventually they faded as a myth to the children.

Today it is believed there are few vampires left and they survive by hiding amongst man, the ultimate hunter residing amongst the prey. The Koromov family escaped the more or less extinction of vampires as a whole, scraping the unmentionables of societies off the streets, "doing their civic duties" and paying taxes. They are brought in, fed on and disposed of, often poorly, but the unmentionables receive none of the investigations that would occur should a rich man go missing. and So the Koromov survive in the face of overwhelming odds and live on, the myth alive, flesh bone and most importantly : Blood.

As the newest generation of the Koromov, it's your choice what you do with the new humans your parents have let you have. Feed off of them if you will. Kill them if you must. Just don't let anyone outside the mansion find out your a vampire.

Basics ~ As you all should know the rules about the Tos should be followed. I don't think I need to say much more about that as everyone should already know the content. Also no god-modding. If you do I will god-mod your a** straight out of the Rp and won't allow you back in. In small doses its ok. Like making another make eye contact with you, but don't just go around god-modding anything alright. The same goes for auto-hitting. There is no way in the world that you can dodge every single attack thrown at you, unless you're super human. Which you're not so forget it. That also means you can't hit someone with every attack either. Though any violence and cussing should be kept PG-16 and violence description kept to a minimum. Don't want to scare any of the young readers out there. Romance is allowed, but obviously do not cyber in this thread. Take it elsewhere just don't do it here. If you plan on killing off a character or yourself please get the permission of the other party and inform Souleaterkidthefirst or any of the mods.

Dedication ~ Yes I understand we all have lives outside of Gaia – friends, family, boyfriends/girlfriends, work, school, drag racing, drive by shootings, mowing the lawn, eating pickles, throwing cats, tipping cows. With that in mind I do not expect anyone to post every single day. Heck if you can do that, then more power to you! That would be super! However, the posting requirements will have to be met. It may take people a little while to respond and post, so the Rp may be a little slow at times. So if you do sign up for this role play, it is expected that you will not bail out in a weeks time, or a month, it will be a long term commitment. So please decide weather you are able to truly dedicate yourself to this Rp.

Posting ~ I have but only a few simple rules and I do expect them to be followed. Font sizes 9-12 only, anything smaller or bigger is rather annoying. Suitable colors that can be read easily. I don't care about the format of your posts, as long as others can tell who you are. That means your name and a picture of yourself is required. There is no limit to the amount you can write in your post, but a minimum of 2 beefy paragraphs has been selected. I prefer quality over quantity. Meaning that your post needs to be able to be replied to. If you can do that in two paragraphs, good on you. If you need more paragraphs then so be it. As long as your post isn't filled with information that has nothing to do with the Rp just to make length. With posting comes reading. It is recommended that you read everyone's posts. It helps get an idea on what is happening in other places within the Rp and you never know weather someone might just mention you or interact with you.

Applications ~ Woah! You made it to the final rule. If you skipped to this, shame on you! Please go back and read the rules. I will know if you did or didn't, because well, you will obviously break the rules if you did not read them. First of all, you will need to reserve your spot. To do this you must PM Souleaterkidthefirst a 321 x 121 image of your character and what age you wish your character to be, as well as a sample post (or a link to a sample). If you are unsure of what age your character should be have a look at the profile skeleton. After, not before, your reserve has been accepted you may PM in your profile. You will have 24 hours to send in your profile or your spot in the Rp will be given to someone else.

Here are a few things that you should consider and/or keep in mind while looking to enter or while in the Rp. If you find, or think, that I may be missing something feel free to mention it. I may agree with you and add it. Though don't worry, if anything is changed or added everyone will be informed.

The roleplay takes place in an area of Russia that is isolated from civilization. The Koromov family have lived here for years since the almost extinction of their race. Only leaving there Mansion and territory to find prey in any of the closest cities. Believing that any existing vampire hunters are around they take their prey back to the Mansion where they choose to kill or keep the human. The elders of the Koromov family sent their servants out to retrieve five humans for the young members of the family. As part of the new experience of dealing with humans the young Koromov's may do as they wish with their new human blood bags.

For the description of the Koromov mansion you are going to have to use your imagination, though there will be pictures where applicable.

The front view of the mansion - x
Inside the mansion there is a basement, two floors and an attic. On the ground floor (1st floor) is where the living room, library (x) and kitchen (x) are located. The kitchen is fairly large and has a bar attached to it (x).
On the second floor are where most of the rooms are located. Each of the Koromov children have their own room where they can choose to have their human sleep with them or have them sleep on the floor or whatever they want really. All rooms were made identical to stop family disputes over who would get the better looking room - (x). There is a bathroom coming off of every bedroom with a shower, bath and all the necessities to each.
Out the back of the mansion is mostly that of a wide variety of flower. So basically it's a big garden with a pool in the center - (x).
Surrounding the garden and the rest of the house, so that no one can really see it, is forest - (x)

As there is romance in this rp, humans don't have to fall for the vampire that chose them, they may fall for other humans or other vampires. Same for the vampires.

I can definitely inform you that vampires do NOT sparkle in daylight. This is not twilight and according to me vampires burn to ash in daylight. Though in this Rp, vampires become weak and powerless in anything that resembles daylight, be that it be daylight itself or lights that resemble daylight. But, in the event that a vampire is in the presence of daylight for a long period of time, they will die.

A vampire bite can be very painful the first few times, but will become an addictive feeling. Kinda like a drug addiction with a better feeling.

As long as they feed regularly they won't be cold to the touch, they won't age (physically), they won't go mad with bloodlust, etc.

For a human to become a vampire, a swapping of blood needs to occur after the humans death. The human needs to die with vampire blood in their blood system, and once they awaken needs to feed off of their maker. With the maker taking some of the human turned vampire's blood in return.

For the time being, vampires can only have the abilities of super speed and advanced strength. Any other ability will need to be discussed in the ooc thread.

As far as ages go, the Koromov children need to be less than 100 years old (though they will appear fairly young), which is considered young to vampires.

Every human will have different background form the other, but they would have one thing in common. Which would be that, even though they were taken from their home towns, no one would notice that they were missing. Whether they were orphans and grew up on the streets, someone who faked their own death, family giving them up for money, etc.

All humans will be between the ages of 17 to 25.

When they are brought to the Koromov Residence they are locked up in the basement. There the Koromov children will be left by the elder Koromov to do as they please. The humans will have nothing but what they had on them when they were taken. Such as, things in their pockets and the clothes that they are wearing. (This is where the Rp will start).

Humans are not allowed to escape the Koromov residence.

The Koromov children are free to punish the humans as they see fit.

Stubborn - Due to the fact that he doesn't like to be told what to do, Cyn can be quite stubborn. He will often go so far as to make up idiotic excuses or pretend to completely ignore you, so that he won't have to do as you ask of him.
Violent - As well as being stubborn Cyn can be violent. Resorting to violence when he doesn't get his way. Or even hitting someone over the back of the head, just because he doesn't like what they are saying.
☤║вιɵ ⊁ Cynric grew up as the only son of a poor family. His father would be gone the better part of the day working as a butler for one of the rich families in the area. Only to come home at night and gamble his earnings away, barely keeping enough money to live off. Whereas, his mother would be home one night and gone the next as she prostituted herself out to other men, and women, for as much money as she could muster. Though her efforts would be in vain, when Cynric's father would abuse her until she relinquished the money to him. When this would happen Cynric would lock himself up in his so called room, or leave the house for a few hours. As the act became common, and less and less food being bought, Cynric began stealing. Sometimes involving fight with other neighborhood kids. He did what he needed to, to survive.
