Williαm Thomas Duke

"The good kind of different, right?" Will said as a smile crept across his [Alan's] face. Will heard that Alan had played soccer as a kid and chuckled slightly at his comment about being goalie was never fun. "Well, you'll be happy to know that I don't play goalie. But a good friend of mine does, so don't go easy on him." Will said with a chuckle. Will knew he was tall and liked being tall. Being stuck in a shorter body like Alan's was bugging him. He wasn't that tall really. He was about average height he would say. He was around six foot two inches tall and he was pretty sure he had stopped growing. He got his height from his dad's side of the family even though it had skipped a generation for his dad. His dad was slightly shorter than Will was and his mom was smaller than that.

Speaking of his mom, Alan had looked a bit nervous there when they heard his mom's slippers walking down the hallway. He didn't think much of it though. Right now, he could smell food being cooked downstairs. He smiled as he closed his eyes and took in the smell of pancakes and bacon. "Do you like pancakes and bacon cause I think that's what mom's making me for breakfast. You're not allergic to anything are you?" he asked. Will was a big fan of food and loved to eat but he still stayed fit from all the running around he did. He wasn't too worried about Alan [well him in Alan's body] being able to stay for breakfast as he sometimes had friends over and his mom had never said anything about it. She usually seemed happy to make more food when there were guest over. Will's mom was like the perfect housewife. She was a stay at home mom for all his life so far and did all the cooking and cleaning. Will never knew how she did it.

He listened to Alan talk about himself a bit. He notice that he said that his friends and mom were the most important thing in the world to him. That got him thinking. What was Alan's relationship with his dad really like? He didn't want to pry too much though, it would seem kind of rude in his mind. Even with all things considered. He heard that Alan liked giving his friends constant hugs and made a slight pouty face, that was actually quite cute. "Um...I'm not really into the whole hugging thing. So that might be a slight problem." Will said. His pout faded slightly into a smile as he tried to hold back a laugh. "You're best friend is a girl named Alana?" he asked. He was pretty good with names but having to pretend that your best friend was named almost the same thing yet they called you by your name. It was all too confusing for him. But he guessed he was lucky that Alana was on vacation in Hawaii.

William brought up his pictures on his lap top that were in a folder on the desktop. He scrolled through them until he found a picture of his soccer team. It was a somewhat recent picture of the team. He had taken it just this past summer at their yearly summer soccer retreat."Okay, since you might have to go to practice today. I'll catch you up to speed on so faces you'll want to know." he said. He first pointed to the coach, which was obvious by the fact that he held a clip board in his hand and was wearing a whistle around his neck. "That's Coach Turner." Will said. He next pointed to a crouched down boy with black hair that was only a little bit shorter than Alan's. "That's Collin. He's the goalie and my best bud on the team. We usually practice a lot together as I play forward." Will went on to explain who the rest of the boys in the pictures were, from the blonde twins who played left and right full back to the dark haired boy who played right defender. He didn't expect Alan to remember all of their names but being able to recognize them from their picture was half the battle.

Afterwards Will thought about how he would describe himself. That was tough and he had to think about it for a moment. "Well...overall, I'm pretty easy to get along with. People say I'm a bit competitive and have my jerk moments but who isn't." Will said scratching the back of his [Alan's neck]. He had a bad habit of doing that when he was a bit uncomfortable with things or nervous. He kept his hair short mostly for that reason so his hand wouldn't get caught in his hair and it kept him cool while he was out running around. Alan's longer hair was really starting to annoy him as he couldn't get to the back of his neck as easily.

You say Sloth like it's a bad thing...

Beneath the covers of a large queen sized bed, slept an eighteen year old brown haired boy. The alarm clock blazed for the third time that morning but Alex still didn't want to get up. He smacked the annoying alarm clock again and groaned. He was not a morning person or an evening person, for that matter. He liked to sleep. It was one of his favorite past times. As was watching TV, since coming to the human realm. But most of all he enjoyed anything that didn't require actual work. Back home he was called Sloth and that name fit him to a T. Sure where he was from he and the other 'deadly Sinners' were mocked and ridiculed but did he care, not in the slightest.

With another sigh he rolled off the bed and scratched his messy hair just making his bed head worse. Not that it really mattered with his short brown hair anyways. He was too lazy to ever do anything with it even too lazy to comb it through sometimes, which was why he kept it somewhat short as it was low maintenance. He was used to this human body by now. Normally he didn't get up until at least noon but he had school today. He sighed at the thought of school. He hated school. What was the point? He usually ended up falling asleep in class anyways which landed him in detention sometimes which meant he could sleep more, unless he was interrupted. The one troublesome thing that bothered Alex the most at school, though was his new discovered power.

Ever since he had been sent to the Human realm as punishment he had been 'gifted' or as he liked to call 'cursed' with the ability to read minds. The only problem was that he couldn't turn it on and off at will so sometimes hearing all those thoughts gave him a headache. At school it was even worse, as there were all those stupid human teenagers, those teenage girls were the worse though. They annoyed him. He just wanted to go home but wasn't ambitious enough to try to do anything to get back to his own realm. If it required work, Alex wasn't that interested.

Alex hardly ever got a break with his power. Sometimes it was even active around the other Sins as well. The only place where he knew he was at peace was in his own room. He knew the others had powers as well and his power came in handy sometimes but other times he wished he could go back home where he didn't have it. Then the thought occurred to him. What if, if he ever got home he still had that power and it was now permanent. That would suck. He doubt it though as he didn't have it until he got to this stupid human realm.

Slowly he started to change out of his pajama bottoms and get dressed into a simple loose black tee shirt and a pair of jeans that were ripped in the knees. He sat on his bed and pulled on his faded black converse and sighed as he looked at his alarm clock. He considered if he might as well head down for breakfast and get going to school. The human teenagers here called high school 'Hell on Earth'. He couldn't argue. He'd been to hell and high school was definitely worse. He was usually one of the last people to leave the house and sometimes even showed up late for class. But he could care less. He was just biding his time until he could figure out how to go home. He was one of the few of the demons that actually wanted to go home. He didn't see why some of the others wanted to stay here and liked it here for that matter.

Beneath a dark green comforter in a bed pushed up against the wall next to the window of a two story house, slept a sleeping teenage boy. The wall of the room were mostly plain and white with covered up holes in them in certain points, except for wall to the left of the door way that was half painted green. It had never been finished and probably never would be. The room didn't have much furniture but it was cluttered none the less. In the corner of the room was a punching bag with boxing gloves laying on the floor next to it. Clothes littered the hardwood floor although there was a laundry basket next to the door that was over flowing with clothes as well. There was a small closet where the door was shut tight hiding the mirror and mess on the other side. There was a bookshelf and a desk that was also a mess as well. On the dresser next to the bed an alarm clock blared.

There was movement beneath the covers as Beau groaned and rolled over. He swung and missed at the first attempt of silencing the alarm clock. He swing his arm again and smacked it once more knocking it off the dresser and causing a loud crashing sound on the floor. Beau slowly opened one of his blue eyes and sighed as he looked down over the edge of the bed to see the broken alarm clock. It wasn't that bad the bottom that held the batteries had just come off as the tape that held it from the last time he broke it had come off in the fall. This was the second time in a month that he had broken his alarm clock. He sighed as he pulled the blanket away from his body exposing his toned bare torso.

He swung his legs over and placed his bare feet onto the cold hardwood floor. His hair was a mess and he was only wearing a pair of black plaid boxers. The house was quiet as it always was since his parents seemed to stop caring about him anymore. He pulled open the bottom drawer of his dresser and pulled out a pair of jeans with holes in the knees. He grabbed the alarm clock off the floor and put the batteries back into it. He'd set it later as he set it next to his cell phone on the top. He pulled open another drawer and pulled out a black tee shirt to wear. He ruffled his blond shaggy hair and yawned as he got dressed. He pulled out a pair of checkered van shoes and tossed them on the bed and pushed his cell phone into his jean pocket after grabbing it from off the top of the dresser. He walked over to the closet and pulled out his black jacket that hung above the cluster of shoes and other things gathered at the bottom of the closet. He fished out his roller blades from the mess at the bottom of the closet and tossed them over his shoulder. He grabbed his gray backpack that hung on the edge of the chair next to his desk and shoved his shoes inside the backpack that was crammed with books and papers.

He headed downstairs with his backpack over one shoulder and carrying his rollerblades with one hand. He usually rollerbladed to school now a days as he didn't want to bother his parents to give him a lift if it wasn't needed. It had been six years since he came downstairs to find his mother cooking breakfast in the kitchen. Sure he missed it sometimes but he had gotten used to the fact that since Joshua, His twin brother, was gone things would never be the same. He popped in two pieces of bread into the toaster and made up his lunch while he waited for the toast to pop. By the time he had finished packing the small lunch the toast popped up. He grabbed one trying not to burn his fingers and grabbed out the jelly and spread it on the toast. He quickly ate that piece and grabbed the now cooled off piece of plain toast and set it in his mouth before heading outside. He no longer called good bye to his parents anymore. There wasn't any point.

He headed outside and sat down on the front porch to put his roller blades on. Here he was eighteen years old and still didn't have a car yet. He chewed at the toast as he flew down the street towards school. He loved the feeling of the wind flying through his hair and in his face. He got to school in no time and found it pretty empty, except for a few cars which were mostly his "favorite people in the world", the teachers. Yes that was sarcasm. He and teachers didn't exactly get along.

A red haired boy poked his head out of his tent and sighed as he looked out of his tent, that he had set up not too far from town. He looked to the sky. It looked like it might rain today."I hate rain..." he muttered to himself. If it did rain today he would be staying in the inn in town and probably wouldn't be able to perform as in the rain his powers didn't work so well.

A small goldenrod in color, weasel scurried up Derrick's leg and around Derrick's shoulders. "Did I wake you?" Derrick asked looking at the weasel whose head was on Derrick's right shoulder. Derrick had been traveling with his companion and friend, Tuck for a few years now and Derrick was never lonely since he had Tuck to keep him company. "It might rain today, Tuck" Derrick said to his friend. The weasel barked somewhat in response. "I know what that means. I'll have to sneak you into the inn..." Derrick said.

The two of them didn't normally sleep in town unless it was raining. They normally set up camp a mile or so from town and slept in a tent. It was easier that way and it was cheaper as well as the two of them usually lived on what ever they could make from Derrick's performances from town to town which wasn't much but it was enough.

Derrick gathered up some wood to make a fire that the two of them could sit by. Derrick set up the wood and crouched down next to it. Snapping his fingers close to the wood he created a spark that was just enough to ignite the wood. Blowing on the flame to help make it bigger he then sat back on the ground.

Asher James Carver
The Guy who's dating his Best Friend's Younger Daughter

【 • Single DadBest FriendDating that friend's Daughter

Asher smiled at the sound of Emily's giggling, but kept his eyes on the road. Even though that sound was so distracting but he was used to distractions with his son around. He looked over at her when they hit a stop light. She mentioned that she had two weeks off while normally you only got one. Sam only had a week off so that's why he knew. It had been a while since he last went to school. But he was enjoying it somewhat again through his son. It wasn't quite the same but it was close enough. He didn't remember his early childhood years that well anyways so he was re living them through Sam.

"You know you don't have look for a job now. You're lucky that you're able to stay at home while you're still in school. It's hard living on your own. You're planning on going to college in the fall right?" he asked. He wanted Emily to go to college. College had been the best years of his life and wanted Emily to experience them as well. He somewhat hoped she would stay local though so that he could keep seeing her; but if she got into some great school else where that would be fantastic. He would support her in decision that she made. He knew either way when Emily went off to college they wouldn't see each other as much as she would be busy with school work, which he would be happy to help her with. Even if it would be only another reason to see here. Asher would have invited Emily to move in but his place was already so small that in the past when she would sleep over he could offer up his room and sleep on the couch. He would never be able to afford a three bedroom apartment on his salary alone. And having Emily sleep with him in his room was out of the question with Sam there.

"Sam's doing good. He's over at his mom's parent's right now. It was already planned that they'd watch him for the day anyways. He keeps asking about you. Keeps asking me when the princess is coming over. I think he likes you." Asher said with a smile. He looked over into the backseat where Emily had pointed to the toy dinosaur that Sam had left behind. He chuckled lightly. "Yes, he's still in love with dinosaurs" Ash said as he continued to drive along until they reached the park. It was still early so the park was still pretty empty. Asher put the car in park and unfastened his seatbelt before sitting there staring at Emily. "God, she's so beautiful." he thought to himself with a smile.

Hunter of what goes Bump in the Night

╔════════════════════════════════════════╗

It was early in the morning when Bastian woke up in his motel room that he had rented for the night. He woke up with a start and sat up quickly in his bed covered in sweat, the blankets falling away from his bare torso. Now normally he wasn't much of morning person as he usually did most of his 'hunting' at night when the monsters, demons and such were out. He had had a nightmare. A nightmare about his brother, Wes being in trouble. He hadn't had a dream about his brother in months and could tell that this was just as bad as it ever was, maybe a little worse. But he didn't want to think about that. He breathed heavily and rubbed his eyes as his cell phone vibrated on the bedside table next to him. He sighed as he reached over and answered the phone.

"Hello?" he said. On the other end of the line was a woman's voice. His mother's voice actually. "Bastian, I'm sorry to call you so early but could you do your father and I a favor?" his mother asked. Bastian sat up in the bed. "Sure mom what's up?" he asked with a yawn. "We got some information that there might be a nest of vampires in Las Vegas and was wondering if you could check it out and handle it. Your father and I would handle it but we're stuck in Maine and the roads are blocked due to a landslide so I don't know how long we'll be stuck here until they get cleared. We aren't able to make it so we're going to have to ask you to take care of it. I'll forward you the location to you through your father's cell phone. Well I got to get going. Good luck son and be careful. Remember, your brother isn't there to watch your back." she said. All while on the phone Bastian was rubbing his eyes trying to wake up and concentrate on what his mother was saying. "Alright mom, I will. Tell dad I said hi. You guys be careful too." he heard his mother say they always were before hanging up the phone.

He sighed as he closed his phone and set it back on the small table next to the bed. He looked over at the empty queen sized bed that lay next to him on the other side of the table. He had gotten a room with two queens out of habit even though it had been years since he hunted with his twin brother and needed a room with two beds. He had managed to get his brother to help him out with a hunt one last time three years ago but Wes swore that after the hunt was over that he was done and didn't want Bastian to find him again, not if it was for another hunt. Wes had told him that he was through, he wanted to live a normal life, and have a normal family. He didn't want to be pulled back into the messed up life of a hunter again.

Bastian couldn't blame his brother. At times Bastian had considered trying to live a normal life himself but he couldn't do it. All the things he saw had broken him and he knew he couldn't have an 'American Dream' life. He envied his twin brother in that respect. The fact that Wes knew about all of this and could still go on to live a normal peaceful life, Bastian couldn't help but be slightly jealous. Sometimes Bastian resented his brother for that same reason.

Bastian sighed as he pulled back the covers of the bed revealing that he was only wearing boxers underneath. He got out of the bed and headed towards the bathroom to take a shower. He knew that he would be driving most of the day to get to Las Vegas and wouldn't have time to stop and take a shower until he got there so he might as well take one now. He took a quick shower and came out with a towel wrapped around his waist. Crossing the motel room he headed over to his medium sized duffle bag that he had packed with some clothes in it from his truck that waited for him outside in the motel parking lot. He had only 'paid' the motel enough money to stay for last night so he had to get out of there before noon today. Which with a new job in mind wasn't going to be a problem. He quickly got dressed in one of his usual outfits. He wore a pentagram necklace that his mother had given to both him and his twin brother when they were first starting out learning the family trade, which still to this day he hardly ever took off. Another thing hung on the silverish chain around his neck. It was a ring.

This ring was special to him. His brother had given it to him for their birthday and had actually earned the money for it the honest way. That was the last present that he ever got from his brother and the year that Wes ran off to live a normal life. He also wore a pair of slightly faded blue jeans with a gray shirt and work boots. He pulled on his brown leather jacket and tossed anything that was his from the motel room into his bag and shoved his cell phone into his pocket. By now he had his destination sent to his cell phone, courtesy of his parents. He took one final look around the motel room and then headed out to his truck.

The drive to Las Vegas was long and tiring. He was wide awake by the time he finally reached Las Vegas and found a somewhat cheap hotel to stay at. It wasn't the most convenient to the site of the hunt but when you run credit card scams, the more expensive the place the higher the risk. He rented a room and set up base camp there before heading out to go scope out the place with his favorite gun tucked hidden in the waistband of the back of his jeans and covered by his shirt and jacket. He never went anywhere unarmed. Back at his truck he shifted through his false IDs to find one that would work in this situation. He just hoped he didn't run into any amateurs this time. The last time he dealt with Vampires he nearly got a kid killed because he was stupid and had to save that sorry boy's life and his own. He didn't trust other hunters that well. Only a handful that he had actually had to work with were decent hunters. Finding the right ID for this occasion or one that might come up he shoved the box hidden away and locked his truck up tight before heading off towards the Venetian.

"You should always put family first. I'm living proof of that..."

Wes was actually lightening up but things changed when he got a text message. Wes felt his cell phone vibrate in his jacket pocket and looked over at Faith. "Excuse me" he said as he pulled out his cell phone and flipped it open. It was a text message from his brother and leader Aiden. He read it over quickly. Errand boy again? And coffee really? I was just there. he thought to himself with a sigh as he started to text his brother back. He couldn't say what he thought though. He hated what he had been reduced to and still needed to find a way to redeem himself in Aiden's eyes. He had been reduced to errand boy. Aiden didn't trust him with anything important. Which Wes couldn't blame him completely, but it still ticked him off a bit that Aiden wouldn't give him a chance to redeem himself.

        To: Aiden
        From: Wes
The usual right? I'll be back in a bit.

Sending the message off he closed his phone and shoved it back into his pocket. This was what he was reduced to now a days, errand boy. It pissed him off sometimes but he couldn't let Aiden see him like that. He turned back to Faith. "I'm sorry, I got to run Faith. I got an errand to run. I'll catch you around though." he said with a smile as he walked past her and back outside back to his car. As he pasted Drusilla he adverted his eyes and quickly got to his car.

He got to his car and started it up again. Turning on the radio he pulled out of his parking spot and headed back over to Starbucks. Of course when he got there there was a line. He sighed as he waited patiently well rather impatiently in line and awaited a reply back from his brother. He crossed his arms wondering what was taking so long. He was getting annoyed. He peeked around the people in front of him to find that the incompetent guy at the register had done something wrong that was holding everyone up. He didn't have time to waste on this.

Bastian smiled as she kissed him."Mmm. An omelette sounds good" he said as she sat in his lap and he took in her smell and carefully leaned his head against hers. He moved his head when she turned her head and kissed his jawline. "As long as you're okay." he said as he looked up at her with a small smile. "Okay, I'll be waiting for you when you get back" he said as she left the room. He was still sitting in the exact same spot when Evan peeked her head onto his room a little bit later. But he was slightly more awake now then he was before. He smiled as he heard Evan say that she would be in the kitchen before disappearing from his doorway. He sighed willing himself to get up from his bed.

He was glad that his parents were out of town for a few days. That way they wouldn't bug him about being 'safe' when Evan slept over. That was often a real pain in the arse, but lately they stopped doing it as he had had a talk with his parents about it saying that they needed to stop saying that and trust him more. Give him more credit than that. Of course he wasn't going to tell them that he was already sleeping with her. They didn't have to know that. He sighed as he lifted himself off the bed and crossed the room. He picked up a few peices of clothing that was on the floor as he walked over to his dresser tossing the dirty clothes into the hamper behind the door and pulled open the dresser. He pulled out a pair of faded blue carpenter's jeans and a loose navy blue V-neck tee shirt. He tossed them over his shoulder and decided he might as well take a shower this morning and headed down the hallway to the bathroom. Stopping only once at the linen closet to grab out a towel which he tossed over his shoulder as well before continuing on.

He climbed into the shower when the water was the way he liked it nice and warm and let the water run over his body for a moment before he washed up. He didn't take a long shower as he didn't want to keep Evan waiting too long for him and got dressed in the new clothes. His hair wet and flat until he spiked it slightly from the wetness of the water that held onto his hair and shook it out so it didn't look too bad, but yet was still somewhat spiked, but in a more tamed way. Tossing the towel and dirty clothes down the laundry chute, he then headed downstairs to go help Evan with breakfast. He walked up slowly behind her and hung his arms around her over her shoulders and leaned down and kissed her slightly on the cheek with a smile before turning to the stove to turn it on and warm it up for his omelettes. He didn't want her doing all the work when he was a fully capable cook himself. But it was nice to have help for a change. He grabbed out a bowl from the cupboard above his head and started cracking eggs into the bowl. It had taken a bit of practice, but he was able to do it one handed now. "So, what do you want to do today? The twerps are over at friends houses and won't be back for a while. I've got the day off and my parents are away so that leaves us alone with being able to do pretty much anything today. Unless you want to take it easy because you're not feeling that great" he said as he finished cracking eggs and mixed them together in the bowl.

Hunter James

When Robin said that he had some explaining to do Hunter gave a weak smile."Ya..." he said and nibbled on his lower lip. He sighed. "Would you believe me if I told you, I was in the wrong place at the wrong time?" he asked. He wasn't even convincing himself of that, so how did he expect her to believe that. He sighed again and ran his hand through his hair. This was a great first impression he was making. "Alright, truth is. Well. How do I explain this..." he said thinking out loud and scratching the back of his neck.

Hunter didn't even know where to start."Well, you see. I'm from Boston and I've been having some trouble pinning down a well, legal job, for about a year and a half now since I got here. It's not to say that I didn't try, cause I have. So anyways, I take anything I can get that pays. And sometimes they're not exactly well you know legal. Just this morning, I was called in to help load up some, I assume stolen, TVs but I don't ask it's simpler that way. In my opinion, the less you know the better. If you get caught you're not a liability and you can't sell anyone else out, so it's safer. So well someone must have tipped the police off and we got busted. I ran when I saw the chance and bumped into you. That about sums it up. I couldn't be taken in, again. Yeah, I've got a bit of a record and don't have the money to bail myself out. I'm sorry for getting you involved with this" he said finishing off his explanation. He hoped that she didn't just get up and leave then but the doors closed and the subway started moving so she didn't have a chance.

Hunter bit his lower lip and was silent. He waited to hear what Robin had to say about all this. Would she hate him for the mistakes he had made and the way he had grown up. He hoped not. Not everyone can grow up with the perfect life without their share of troubles. His troubles just happened to be with the law.

The Unfaithful Boyfriend AKA Boy one

Beneath the covers of a king sized bed a blond haired boy stirred. He rolled over to find his girlfriend, Addy, snuggled up next to him. He sighed softly as he carefully slipped out of bed and placed his feet on the floor. He carefully moved on to the edge of the bed. The covers falling away from his bare torso. He was toned and tan practically all over from his years of martial arts training although there were a few places that were still pale white that hadn't gotten much sun in a while. One of them being the tops of his feet and his left wrist where he wore his watch. He looked slightly sleepily around the bedroom, spotting his packed suitcases in the corner of the room. "That's right. Today we're headed down to Zane's beach house for a get together that Addy arranged." he thought to himself. It was unlike him to be already packed up and ready to go. But he had been restless last night so he decided he might as well. He was usually the type to pack the morning of.

Since Acacia was allergic to furry animals he left his two dogs at his parents place but visited often. He had a picture of him and the dogs together outside over on the top of the far dresser that he had claimed as his. He had been living with Acacia for a while now but rather recently it was somewhat miserable being around her all the time. Although he tried not to show it all that much. Carefully he got up from the bed trying not to jossle the mattress too much to disturb Acacia, as he knew how light of a sleeper she could be. He was wearing nothing but a pair of plaid red boxers. He yawned as he walked over to his dresser and looked at his cell phone, that lay motionless on top, to see if anyone had text messaged him while he was asleep. There were no text messages or missed phone calls so he flipped open his phone and typed in the password. He had activated the password feature and didn't tell Addy what the code was when he started cheating on her with Mae. Once the phone was unlocked he started composing a text message. He scrolled through his contacts finding the one he was looking for. Mae.

To: Mae
From: Wes

Hey, just got up. Going to take a shower and I'll be headed out to the beach house soon. I'll have Addy in tow though so we can't do anything until probably later tonight at best. Had a dream about you last night. wink

He sent the text message off and waited a minute or two for the lock feature to activate again before setting it back on the top of the dresser. He figured he might as well take a shower before he got dressed this morning and headed out of the bedroom and down the hallway towards the bathroom. He got the shower to the right temperature and stepped inside after shedding his boxers leaving them on the floor of the bathroom. He pulled the shower curtain shut behind him. He let the water run over his body letting the warmth of the shower wake him up slightly before he washed his hair and body. He felt his face and felt it was slightly rough and made a face as he grabbed his razor and shaving cream. He wiped away at the mirror that was above the sink so he could see out of it and not cut himself shaving. It didn't take long for him to finish shaving and then finish his shower. He turned the water off and stepped out of the shower wrapping a towel around his lower half. He shook out his hair that was dripping wet and hanging flat. He then ran his hand through it to spike it slightly. He didn't really have to do much with his hair in the morning. He usually just ran his hand through it and it was good all day long.

He headed back to the bedroom and started to pull out a change of clothes. He pulled on a pair of shorts with a blue plaid like button up short sleeve shirt pulled over his torso. He grabbed his sunglasses off the top of the dresser and hung them on the collar of his shirt before pulling on his Boston Red Sox baseball cap. He sat on the ground looking over at Addy as he pulled on a pair of sandals over his pale white feet that he planned on getting tanned to match the rest of his skin tone this summer. He was just about ready to go now all he had to do was wait for Acacia.

Gabriel Alan Fletcher
The Bad Boy

Gabriel had been nodding in and out of sleep against the window on the bus ride home. He hadn't gotten much sleep during the time that he and his best friends were at boot camp. He was glad that they were going home. He missed his girlfriend, Koa. And was dying to see her and hold her in his arms again. He sighed unable to get back to sleep, he turned away from the window as the scenery wasn't much to look at. He looked over and saw Dustin, Max and Jonny. They seemed to be excited about going home as well. He was glad that he was going to be home for the holidays and couldn't wait to show Koa how much he had changed since he last saw her.

It was amazing what a little hard core discipline could do for Gabriel. When he left to go to Boot camp with the others he was hare core anti-authority. A few hundred maybe even a thousand pushups and jumping jacks later and Gabriel showed some respect to his superiors. No one back home would have thought that he'd make it this far without coming back home but he had proved them wrong and stuck it out through the entire course of Boot camp. Now as a reward he was being sent on leave to go home before he and the others were shipped off to Yamen, the current war zone.

Boot Camp had tired him out. There were so many times when he wanted to just quit and come home but the others always convinced him to tough it up and stay. He sighed. How much longer would he be on this bus. He wanted to get off now. He had somehow managed to get a little bit of sleep on the bus although he wasn't exactly sure how he managed. He was looking forward to getting a hopefully well earned good nights rest in his own comfortable bed tonight. Something that he had longed for since day one.

He smiled as he glanced over at Dustin and Max who sat nearby on the crowded bus. He remembered the first day on the bus how loud it was and how quiet it was no that everyone was tired and ready to go home. He leaned forward and looked at his friends. "You guys excited about finally getting to go home for a while?" he asked. "How much do you want to bet that the girls are going to be waiting for us when we get there? And how Alexis is going to knock Dusty over?" he said with a chuckle and a small smile.

Adam faintly heard Alexa's voice telling him to hold on before he was pulled out of the water. It was taking everything he had to keep himself human. He was shaking like crazy he coul feel the wolf inside if him fighting to break free. He was so out of it that he barely responded to Alexa. As Alexa helped him walk, Adam kept muttering under his breath "No. No. I don't want to change". He hadn't even really noticed where they were going either. Soon the were inside though and he was set upon the floor. Adam curled up into a ball still shaking he could feel the bones on his spine beneath his skin starting to crack. He couldn't hang on much long. His will was strong but the wolf was putting up a good fight.

Adam couldn't heard Alexa's pleas. He cried out in agony as he felt his bones shifting beneath his skin trying to make him transform. His pupils were starting to dialate. Next thing he knew he was inside a bathtub surrounded by boiling hot water that felt oh so nice to him. His bones shifted back into place. He blinked as he pupils returned to normal and heard Alexa's voice. He looked at Alexa who had fallen on top of him and Adam couldn't help but smile as he looked into her eyes. "Thank you" he said softly and pulled her into a hug.

He looked around for a moment as he hugged her and noticed he was in a bathroom. Well to be more precise in a bathtub wearing only a long sleeved shirt. He blinked a few times trying to figure out where he was but then his eyes grew big for a moment when he did. They were at "The Cabin". Had Alexa brought him here while he was out of it? He pulled away from the hug and sighed. "You have to get out of here" he said worry in his voice. He was afraid for Alexa. Damien hated her and although most of the others hadn't met her yet, they'd follow Damien's orders if he told them to attack her. Besides he hadn't been here since the day that Damien had told him to get out. Sure the guys would be glad to see him, if they weren't already wolves, but it would still feel awkward.

Adam gripped the sides of the bathtub and let out a sigh as he hoisted himself up. He had to get changed into warm clothes again and get Alexa back to her jeep and back home as soon as he could. Once he was out of the tub he helped Alexa out as well. He was warm now and the steamed up bathroom helped as well. He grabbed a few towels from the cupboard beneath the sink and warpped one around Alexa and kissed her on her forehead. He wrapped another around himself and smiled and pulled her into a hug, rubbing the part of the towel that was on her arm. He could stay like this forever but knew they couldn't stay here long. He grabbed her hand and led her out of the bathroom down the familar halls that he had not walked for almost over a month towards his old bedroom in the corner of the cabin.

His bedroom was still pretty much the same and it didn't take long for Adam to find a bunch of dry warm clothing for him to wear. He had pulled on a new long sleeve shirt when he heard movement. He paused and walked over to Alexa and pulled her behind him as he heard the door knob turn.

The Ringmaster's Slave Assistant

Kevin had been up early as always supervising the set up of things. And doing other odd jobs that the Ringmaster always had him doing. He had slept decently in his trailer the night before. He was used to sleepless nights and getting up early. It was part of his job after all, well the getting up early part was. He sighed as he stood there overseeing the roadie-crew hammering in stakes and unfolding bleachers. He had been directing where to put things all morning. Sure he was technically second in command after the Ringmaster on paper but he didn't feel that way. He wished that the could be free of this life but couldn't he didn't know what he was getting into when he signed that contract back when he was six. And here he was stuck there for the rest of his life, thirteen years later. He sighed as he somewhat stared off into space until he was brought back by a voice asking him where they should put something. He blinked and thought quickly for a moment and then pointed and told them over there would work out just fine.

He was wearing a pair of jeans that were a bit faded and a black tee shirt that said 'the circus' screened on the back in red bold large letters. They were currently in in Essex a place near London, where Kevin was originally from. He hadn't been back in years and doubt anyone would recognize him even if he did go there. He ran his hand through his thick brownish hair and sighed. Seeing that everything there was doing okay he decided to to take a walk around and see how the others were doing especially the newbies. How they were adapting to life in the circus.

Kevin was still somewhat tired and was considering heading back to his trailer later for a nap if he wasn't too busy. He had heard that he was going to have one of the newbies shadowing him soon but didn't know who it was yet. As he walked he passed by Amelia and smiled. She had been there even before he got there and they were pretty good friends behind the scenes. "Morning" he said as he nodded to her as he passed by. All the carnies were like his family and if there was ever anything they needed he would see what he could do. Even though the show wasn't until Friday afternoon there was so much to do. Kevin knew he would be busy until the end of the last performance doing something. He so badly wanted to leave this life behind him though but he was almost always busy doing something.

Jensen sighed as he walked over to his girlfriend, Dilana's house. He had his jacket zipped up and it hurt slightly to move. He had gotten into a bit of a fight today with his gang, and he was bruised He wanted out. They wouldn't let him out of the gang. Jensen had been nothing but loyal to them all those years. Now they were threatening him with telling his girlfriend about this. Or as they had called her 'that pretty little thing' the spotted him with. She was fresh meat and they wanted her. But there was no way he was going to let them take her without a fight. He remembered narrowing his eyes at them and threatening that if they even thought about touching her, they'd be sorry. He didn't want her involved. He wanted out so that he could finally leave a peaceful life with his girlfriend.

That was the best that he could ever hope for. He had been involved in his gang for far too long. He deserved a quiet life after everything he had been through. Jensen winced as he rolled his shoulder as he walked trying to endure the pain. He knew that Dilly thought that he was always working so much that was why he was always so busy. If she only knew... he thought. But Jensen didn't want her to know. He would do anything for her not to know about his involvement in a gang.

He felt sore but he couldn't let Dilana know that he was in pain. That would just lead to questions that he didn't have very good answers too. Well he did but he couldn't tell her the truth. He hated lying to her but he would do anything to protect her, from those 'blood thirsty sharks' that he somehow still called 'family'. Family doesn't care if you try to leave... he thought to himself. But those guys had alway been there for him even before he met the love of his life, Dilana.

Jensen was wearing a dark leather jacket with a gray tee shirt underneath. Below he wore a pair of faded blue jeans with socks that were turning gray and black converse. He headed up to where Dilana lived and rang the door bell. He should have called or texted her first but he thought that he would surprise her instead. He couldn’t wait to see her smiling face when she greeted him. It would definitely brighten his day to see her. It always had in the past. Whenever he was feeling low just seeing her would make him feel so much better. There was no way he would willingly let his gang get their ‘greasy’ hands on his precious Dilly. He sighed as he waited for Dilana to answer the door.
