The Alarm clock blazed loudly as a brown haired boy beneath the covers rolled over and smacked the alarm clock which short-circuited and broke. The boy looked at the alarm clock from beneath the covers and groaned. "Not again... that's the third one this week." he groaned as he rolled out of bed and onto the floor into a somewhat push-up position his grey covers falling away from him as he did. Derrick lifted himself off the ground and yawned. Derrick was not a morning person, maybe that was why he kept breaking his alarm clock because he wasn't focused enough to control his powers. A sleepy Derrick was a dangerous Derrick, because he wasn't focused and didn't have control over his ablities.

Derrick yawned as he headed over to his dresser and picked out a simple dark blue t-shirt and some blue jeans to wear. He slowly put them on and headed to his closet to grab an old jean jacket. He was glad that he was already packed for school and only had to grab his things and a few things for the bus ride to the school. He wasn't one of those students who could fly to Sky high. He had to take the school bus like everyone else.

Derrick headed down stairs to find his dad a slightly shorter grayish brown haired man, sitting at the table reading the newspaper and his little brother, a smallish eleven year old boy who looked a lot like their mother with his short blonde hair and blue eyes sitting there eating cereal."DJ, do you have to go back to Sky high this year?" Derrick's little brother, Thomas asked. Thomas was the only one in the family that didn't have powers and unless he got them would be going to normal school all his life. His mom, was at the stove making other breakfast. "Yes, Thomas, he has to go to school just like you do now both of you hurry up or you'll miss the bus and be late for school." his mother said to the two brothers. Derrick yawned. "I'm going..." he muttered as he grabbed the piece of toast that had just popped up from the toaster. He juggled it around his his hands waking him up a bit from it being so hot and said good bye to his little brother, mom and dad, before grabbing his things and hurrying out the door.

Derrick got to the bus just in time and climbed aboard. He had his grey luggage with his initials embroidered in gold on them stowed with everyone else below before climbing aboard. He found a single seat near the center at the window and stared out the window as they headed off to Sky High. The ride wasn't anything new but he always loved looking out the window as they flu through the sky. He ignored everyone else around him on the bus, especially the new freshman chattering away.

When the bus got there he quickly got off the bus pushing his way though the crowd of freshmen even if that meant giving some of them a small but harmless shock to get them to move. Like always he had the attendants take his bags up to his room for him. As he planned on unpacking later after he got his class schedule.

Shoving his hands into the pockets of his jacket, he headed towards the registration area for his class schedule. He noticed some familiar faces that he hadn't gotten along with too well last year and some that he didn't recognize. Derrick hated crowds; it was too tempting to use his powers to clear a path so he could get his schedule and get out of there, but he didn't want to use his powers that freely and if someone reacted aggressively towards him it wouldn't be pretty because he knew that if things got out of hand he would end up in detention and didn't feel like going to detention on the first day back.

Derrick noticed a familiar blonde haired boy walk over to the student body president, Heather. Everyone knew of her weather it was good or bad. For him he hadn't decided on if he liked her or not yet. Derrick glared at the blonde haired boy talking to her. "Collin..." he thought as he he glared. Derrick hated him. It was his fault for the way people looked at him now. He was getting better and people were getting slightly less scared of him and not treating him as much of an outcast, but then that brat had to go and spread a rumor about how he shocked someone one time and put them in the hospital, and ruin everything. He and Collin weren't exactly on the best terms and Derrick didn't trust Collin, not one bit.

Derrick sighed as he got closer to the registration area and closer to Collin, his head was low, he didn't even want to look at him he was still pissed off at Collin and wanted to avoid him as much as he possibly could. He sighed he just wanted to get this over with.

As he stood waiting for his turn he wondered what his roommate would be like. "Not that it really matters they'll probably have already heard of my reputation and try and stay as far away from me as possible anyways...?" he thought with a sigh. "I hope I get Infiltration this year." He thought to himself.

Mr.
Bad ✭ Boy

The alarm clock blazed and the sun slipped though the curtains shining into the sleeping Dean's eyes. The brown haired boy opened his blue eye and carefully turned off the alarm clock that was blazing on the bedside table trying not to disturb his three sleeping dogs that lay on his bed around him. His two big dogs, Talin and Rocky, lay one at his feet and one beside him while his little white stuffed animal of a dog, Artemis, lay asleep on the other pillow. As he moved slightly he disturbed Rocky who lay at his feet who in turn disturbed Talin and soon he had his two big dogs licking his face. "Hey, stop it. Okay, I'm getting up." he muttered as his dogs licked him, he knocked the other pillow now awakening Artemis who yipped and tried to join in on the fun.

Dean crawled out from under the covers of his bed placing his bare feet on the cold hard wooden floors. With another yawn he lifted himself from the bed, grabbed his cell phone off the dresser. He pulled on a pair of blue jeans and headed out of his room walking slowly down the halls as he knew that his father was probably passed out in his room and didn't want to disturb him. Dean knew his father was probably still pissed at him from having to bail him out of jail over the weekend. He remembered what his father had told him when they were walking out of the station. "You're an adult now. So start acting like it. You're eighteen so start being responsible for your actions." his father had said and he remembered thinking about telling his father to start acting like one too but he knew it was in his best interest to keep his mouth shut. His dogs followed him as he walked.

Scratching the back of his head he headed down stairs to the kitchen and let the dogs out the back door as he started to make coffee. Dean hated mornings. He hated getting up so early to go to school, even though half of the time he didn't end up going to classes. As he waited for his coffee to brew he texted his best friend, Hayley.

To: Hayley
From: Dean

Not feeling like going to class today want to go somewhere? Meet me in front of the school, okay?

He finished up the text and grabbed the dogs bowls to feed them their breakfast and set the bowls out for the dogs to eat. He set his phone on the kitchen counter and waited for a reply as he waited for his coffee. Dean yawned, it had been a rough week for him with the whole learning about his new power and all. He head over to the coat rack and shuffled though his pockets to find his nearly empty box of cigarettes and his nearly empty lighter. He grabbed them and headed for the back door to take a quick smoke break outside with his dogs. He leaned against the side of the house on the back porch as he smoked and sighed looking up at the sky.

Gabriel ThomasUser Image

Gabriel awoke from his bed in his hotel room stretching his arms high above his head. He hopped to his feet from his bed and walked over to the window. Pulling back the curtain he smiled as he looked at the glowing red sky. It felt so much like home. Gabriel didn't waste too much time getting dressed in a loose light shirt and shorts. He grabbed a snack out of his backpack for he was a bit hungry from sleeping all day. He combed out his hair and put on his sandals grabbing his wallet on his way out. He planned to do some shopping for some more clothes before heading down to the beach to relax for the night.

Gabriel had not had the chance to really go shopping or look around at all since he got here yesterday as he had jet-lag and was exhausted from his morning flight from Egypt. Although he had arrived here later in the evening. Gabriel was not used to the shops closing so early here and was a little disappointed to find hardly clothing stores open this late. Gabriel sighed as he ran his hand through his black hair and decided to head down to the beach knowing that that was probably one of the only public places that would be open all night.

As he walked down to the beach and across the sand he felt the cooled sand beneath his feet and was reminded of home and made a mental note to himself to call home when he got back to the hotel.

He wasn't like everyone else who preferred bars and restaurants at this hour and he was no romantic either. It just felt more like home at the beach but it also felt a lot colder.

Gabriel shivered slightly as a small breeze went by him he wasn't used to it being chilly at night.

Dean sighed as he stepped out of the car and pulled his brown coat closer to him. Beneath his coat his shirt was untucked and his pants were wrinkled but he didn't care, he never really did care too much for the uniform. He was used to the the cold somewhat but that didn't stop him from wearin his coat and gloves. He grabbed his bags and waited for the car to drive off before grabbing a cigerette and his lighter from his pockets and lighting up. He shoved the lighter back into his pocket and hoisted his bag over his shoulder as he headed up to the school.

Dean headed towards the dorms with a sigh. He had heard that the headmaster had retired this year and they had a new headmaster this year, that wouldn't do much for his progress. Dean sighed he really didn't want to be repeating the eleventh grade. He failed the first time around what made the staff think that he'd pass this time. Unfortunely it wasn't as if he could drop out of school, he'd have no place to go if he did that. His parents were already pissed at him for having failed last year and told him that if he dropped out for him not to ever come back to the house.

Dean finished up his cigerette upon approaching the student dorms and put it out in the snow next to the door before heading inside. Dean had decided to take his chances with double dorms this year because he was used to sharing a room with another guy so it didn't bother him, in fact he wasn't too sure what to do with an empty room all to himself. He walked down the hallway looking double room number four and found it. He turned the handle to see if it was open. It wasn't so he pulled out his key and unlocked it and opened the door. He left the door open as he walked inside. The room was empty, so Dean sighed and picked one of the beds. He set his stuff on the bed and fell back onto the bed. He was exausted it had been a long trip from Colorado."Another year..." he sighed.

The Teacher with a Secret

Chris nodded when the nurse asked if he was Christopher Hunt. Chris's hand went limp as he let go of Billie's when he heard the news. "No..." he whispered tears welling up in his eyes slightly. "It can't be. He can't be dead" Chris thought. Chris wiped away a tear stopping it from falling down his face. "What room is he in..." he asked his sister. When she told him he nodded and turned to Billie. "Go check on Jess. I want to be alone with my father for a while." Chris said wiping back tears with his arm.

He was trying to be strong but it wasn't working very well. He got the room number from his sister and headed down the hallway alone to the room. He found his mom in the room and she was crying next to the bed where his father's body lay. He hugged his mom and asked if he could spend some time alone with dad. His mother nodded and left the room. Chris closed the door and sat down in the chair next to his father.

"Hey Dad. I know you're gone but I still wanted to tell you something. I've been keeping it a secret from everyone for a while now but I have to tell you." Chris said his voice cracking slightly from crying. "I know what you would have said to me but I'm telling you now. I'm going to be a father. Nobody know about it because the mother is a student of mine. I know. I know it was wrong. You even knew her. Remember Little Billie Jean Dimera. Well, she's not little anymore, she's gorgeous and she's the one. I know we crossed the line but we're trying to figure out what to do. I promise, Dad. I promise I'll help raise that kid even if people don't know that I'm the father. I love you." After finishing his monologue he kissed his father's cold cheek and headed out of the room.

His face was stained with tears as he walked down the hallway. His life as just getting worse and worse. First he couldn't be with the woman he loved and now his father died. He didn't feel like talking to anyone right now. He didn't feel like checking on Jess either. He knew that Jess was okay. Chris planned on going back to his mom's house later and staying there while they arranged funeral plans. He didn't want to think about them but they had to be done and seeing as he was the man of the household now he had to be strong even if he didn't want to.

    ☆ Derrick James Hunter ★

Derrick groaned as he rolled over in his bed. He had actually gotten some sleep the night before and for once it felt good. He really didn't want to get out of bed but knew that he had to. Derrick yawned as he rolled onto the floor taking his blankets with him. He throw on a pair of jeans and a loose fitting blue tee shirt. He made sure that his shark's took pendent was tucked beneath his shirt and out of sight. He never took that necklace off it had been a present from his twin brother, Kevin on their fifth birthday. It had been quite funny that Derrick had gotten the exact same thing for his brother. They had always been that close.

He was quite skinny considering that he didn't eat as much as he should. He noticed that his roommate was already gone. He knew that his roommate didn't usually sleep and Derrick often stayed up and hung out with him sometimes. As he got ready he wondered if he'd get any mail from his brothers or parents. They'd send him mail every once in a while.

Derrick threw a few coins in his pockets. He had been saving them because although he tried he wasn't always on good behavior. Derrick scratched his messy hair as he pulled on his shoes. He wasn't much of a morning person. He yawned as he left his room and walked down the hallway. He wondered what was for breakfast when he heard the announcements for the day. "Wonder which I want. Pancakes or Waffles?" he contemplated. He actually felt like eating today. He heard a scream and sighed. "Another one's acting up again..." he thought to himself.

At the moment he was feeling fine but he never knew when his bipolar symptoms would act up. He could do without swimming later today. He had always enjoyed swimming when he was younger though. Well, back when he was little but that was before his brother drown. Ever since then he'd only put his feet in the water or never went into the water past his waist. He had blamed himself for Kevin's drowning. If only Derrick had stopped him from going out too far. His brother, Kevin, had been the more daring of the two of them when they were younger. He had showed so much promise. But that was all in the past now.

Derrick decided to head down to the game room to kill some time. There weren't that many people there. He noticed his room mate was over watching something. It looked like some kind of cartoon from the distance. He decided to head over to him and the girl that was with him and say hi.

♂ Ben • • Chip • • Basil ♂

Ben groaned as the alarm clock in his cluttered room blazed loudly next to his head on the nightstand. That meant it was time to get up. This was the second time this morning that the alarm clock had gone off. Ben rolled over reluctantly, taking an absentminded swing at the alarm clock before tumbling out of the bed taking the covers with him. He groaned and reached up to turn the alarm clock off. Yawning and sitting up on the floor wrapped up in blankets he unwrapped himself and rubbed his head before tossing the blankets back onto the bed. He didn't care about making his bed. His room was a disaster as it was what was the point.

Ben shivered slightly from the coldness in his room that was in the morning. As he was only wearing a pair of boxers, it was no wonder that he was cold. After a moment he stood up and headed over to his dresser to figure out what he was going to wear for the day. Pulling open a drawer he pulled out a new pair of boxers, and a pair of socks before slamming the drawer shut. Leaning down to the ground he picked up a pair of jeans off the floor and sniffed them. They smelled fine so he put them on with the new pair of boxers. After he was now half dressed he headed to his bathroom to splash some water on his face in attempt to try and wake up more.

Ben wasn't really a morning person, especially when the night before he had been out late at night and up late the night before. Heading back to his room he found a clean black tee shirt and pulled it on over his head. The shirt conformed to his torso and Ben ran a hand loosely through his hair. He found his gray converse that were hiding under his bed and laced them up. Grabbing his cell phone and shoving it into the pocket of his jeans as he left closing his bedroom door behind him. Heading downstairs for breakfast he saw his dad sitting at the table reading the newspaper and drinking coffee. His mother was over the stove making breakfast and set a plate of toast and eggs in front of him when Ben sat down. As usual, it was eerily quiet when he and his father were in the same room together if they were not fighting over something.

Ben and his dad hardly talked and it was always quiet and awkward to have to two of them in the same room. Ben's mother place a glass of orange juice in front of Ben. Ben took a bite of his toast and downed the glass of orange juice. "I'm off to school now" Ben said as he quickly shoved the rest of the toast into his mouth and left the table his father not even glancing over his newspaper to look at him. Grabbing another piece of toast before leaving the kitchen.

Grabbing his backpack and jacket that sat near the door Ben rushed out to his car. He didn't want to stay there any longer than he had to and hopped into his old beat-up blue pick up truck and started the engine. It purred to life and Ben headed off to school.

Ben munched on the toast that he had snagged from home as he drove trying to cool his head. And also trying to wake up. Ben didn't like going home that often anymore because him and his dad were practically always at each other's throats. He was sick and tired of the way that his father treated him, because Ben couldn't live up to his father's high expectations of him.

Ben pulled into the parking lot and parked the truck. Hopping out, he left his backpack in the backseat and lowered the truck tail gate and sat on it as he waited for his friends and girlfriend to show up. "I'm never going to be like my father. I'm never going to treat my kids like the way he treats me." Ben thought as he sat on the tail gate of his truck with his hands folded as he waited.

Ben tapped his fingers together as he looked around wondering where everyone was. Ben's eyes drifted towards the sky as he waited patiently. Ben hated the first day of school but he figured that school was better than having to be around his dad. Ben had found a summer job so he didn't spend as much time at home but it had ended last week so he still had to face those awkward moments with his father. His mother never said anything about it anymore and just let things be unless they started yelling and screaming at each other.

Beneath a forest green comforter slept a sleeping figure. The sunlight snuck in through a crack in the navy blue curtains hitting just the right spot so the sunlight shown in the sleeping boy's eyes. Groaning Bastian rolled over and fell right off the bed with a thunk. Bastian groaned as he sleepily opened his eyes. Bastian wasn't the most cheerful person in the morning when he first woke up and it was evident on his face. He sat on the hardwood floor of his room bundled up in this comforter trying to decide if he wanted to move. Sighing, with some effort Bastian stretched his pale skinned arms above his head after fighting to free himself from the blanket.

Bastian flung the blanket back onto his bed after he unwrapped himself from it. He shivered slightly as he was only wearing a pair of blue boxers and it was somewhat cold in the room. Heading over to his dresser he pulled open the second drawer and pulled out a pair of jeans that he planned to wear after taking a shower. He planned on taking a shower to help wake him up. It usually helped. Bastian grabbed a towel and headed for the bathroom knocking on the door to make sure that no one was in there first before he opened it and locked the door behind him.

Turning the water on he adjusted the water to be the right temperature before stepping into the shower and closing the glass door behind him. He let the warm water run over his body for a good while before he actually started to wash. After he was done he wrapped his towel around his lower torso and unlocked the bathroom door. Heading back to his room trying not to disturb any of his sleeping roommates.

Getting back to his room he didn't bother making his bed like always and pulled on his jeans and a fresh pair of boxers. He throw on a form fitting dark blue tee shirt and opened the top drawer of his dresser where he kept important things. Inside among other things was a blue hard bound book. That was where he often stored things that he didn't want other people to see. He opened it to the center to find a photograph of a small girl. The girl in the photo was his daughter. Yes, Bastian had a three year old daughter. He had had her when he was seventeen and left her and her mother behind in Seattle, three years ago. He still regret it but at least the girls mother was nice enough to send photos every now and than.

Glancing at the photograph for a moment made him smile. He then closed the book and closed the drawer afterwards. He headed into the kitchen to make some breakfast. He was someone who loved food and had taken to cooking. He looked around the kitchen cupboards looking to see what they had that he could make. In the end he decided to make french toast. Cooking the french toast he smelled the aroma as it wafted above him. It smelled so good. He made some extras just in case any of his roommates wanted any and put them on the counter with foil over them and scribbled a note leaving them beside it.

Made French toast if anyone wants any go right ahead.
        Bastian

He then grabbed the syrup out of the fridge and sat at the table to eat his breakfast.

Hearing that Eva's father was the god she was related to narrowed the list of possible suspects of who she belong to. But not by much as there were more gods than goddesses. "Yeah, you guessed right. My Dad is the god that I'm related to. I met my dad about a year ago and ever since than I've been living and traveling with him. It's fun and all but I sometimes miss my mom you know? I actually met him when my mom and I were on a research trip in Florida. It was around that time that there was that huge storm." Bastian said. Bastain didn't give too much information about meeting his dad as the one thing that would tip her off was that storm a year ago was the result of his father and him yelling at each other.

Bastian noticed that Eva ignored his question about why the others would avoid her but didn't press for details. Bastain was starting to feel a bit more comfortable around Eva now. He wasn't as nervous as he was before. "So, you play the cello? Are you any good?" Bastian asked. Bastain himself didn't play an instrament. He had never had the patiance to sit and practice when he could be doing other things. Generally if Bastian didn't take to something quickly he gave up on it and moved on to something else.

Bastain started to loosen his tie slightly. He never was one for ties and he could see why. The night hadn't practicially started yet and he was already getting tired of it. "You know, I tried to learn to play something once. I just didn't have enough patiance for it though." Bastian said. "I guess, I'm more of a sports guy than an arts guy. I mean you may not be able to tell, but I am a bit competitive." Bastian said.

- Dean Ford -
The Devil's Left Wingman

A young blondish-brown haired boy looked over his room as he finished packing his duffle bag and backpack. The duffle bag bore his school's team logo on it and was emblazed with the words, "Devils" across it and his name stitched in on the front. Dean had packed everything he would need in the backpack and duffle bag so it was quite heavy but he could handle it. Dean went to Hollandsworth and was on the hockey team. The Devil's had always been the team that he played for but this year due to money issues his school and an all girl's school was combining hockey teams. He wasn't very happy with it. He didn't want some girl to take his spot that he had worked so hard to get when he first entered the school. But there was nothing he could do about it. Dean finished packing up his hockey gear and stuff into his two bags and grabbed his rollerblades that sat by the door and headed downstairs.

He put on his rollerblades at the foot of the stairs and skated into the kitchen to grab some breakfast. "Bye mom." Dean said as he grabbed a piece of toast sitting on the counter waiting for him. "I told you not to skate in the house" Dean's mother said scolding him slightly but smiled and said goodbye to her son anyways. Dean headed out of the house with his backpack on his back and duffle bag over his shoulder.

Dean planned on going to Canada after high school and playing Junior League Hockey until he was picked up for Major League, if he didn't get a hockey scholarship that is. He wasn't the best in academics after all so hockey was all he really had going for him. Dean was somewhat pissed off with the merge of the two teams as that meant that he had less play time and that meant less time to be seen by scouts. Dean was going to give it his all at hockey camp and show those girls that he deserved to be there. Sure his team might not be the best but they all held their own. Dean was fast on any kind of skates. He remembered back when he first started ice skating that he had the speed but he couldn't stop. That had been dangerous as he was constantly slamming into the walls in games and practice in attempt to stop. But now he could skate circles around practically anyone on ice skates or roller blades and stop on the head of a pin as well. Dean wasn't really bundled up as he was used to the cold but did have a scarf, jacket and beanie on as well as gloves.

Dean rushed down the street towards the meeting place where the buses were going to pick them up to take them to hockey camp. Dean turned the corner and came barreling down the street stopping sharply as he saw a woman waiting by the buses in the distance. Dean smirked as he slowly skated up to her. "Hey there" he said slowly rolling towards her. Dean had a smile on his face. Dean guessed that this woman was probably one of the girl's team's coach as she looked a bit old to still be in high school. Dean was slightly out of breath as he was skating somewhat fast but had all that extra weight holding him down as well.

✎ William Robert Ford ✎

The High School Teacher

A dark haired man slept peacefully in his bed. The sun barely broke through the navy blue curtains. The door to Will's bedroom lay slightly a jar. A creak was heard as the door was pushed open by a large dog followed by another dog. The two dogs walked over to the bed that Will lay asleep in. The darker one licked Will's hand that had slipped out of the covers and dangled off the side of the bed while the other dog jumped up on the bed and started to lick Will's face.

Will stirred and moaned slightly from being licked. "Okay, Okay. I'm getting up" Will said groggily as his eyes slowly opened. The dog that was on top of him, Katie continued to lick Will's face until he sat up in the bed with some effort. Roscoe barked as Katie hopped down from the bed. The two dogs didn't leave the bedroom until Will pulled back the covers and swung his legs over the side of the bed and placed his bare feet on the cold hardwood floor.

With a yawn, Will looked over at the alarm clock that sat next to his bed. He groaned. It was only six thirty in the morning. Normally Will would be up at five forty five for work but today was the first day of summer vacation and his dogs had let him sleep in before disturbing him. Will hoisted himself from the bed and headed to the bath room. When he got out of the bath room he headed to the kitchen to feed the dogs their breakfast before making his own, which just consisted of cereal and a glass of Orange Juice. After breakfast he took a quick shower and threw on a simple navy blue tee shirt, a pair of jeans and some converse. He then grabbed his jacket, cell phone and keys before searching for the two dog leashes. He planned on taking his dogs to the park for a walk. It was a nice day outside and he didn't really have any plans anyways, as he wasn't working summer school this year.

Whistling for the two large dogs he got them both into the car before closing the door and locking it. Will lived alone except for his two dogs but he was okay with it for now. He had been recently looking for a roommate but hadn't had any luck yet as his dogs were overly friendly sometimes and thought they were lap-dogs. Will drove to the park and parked in a small parking lot before letting his dogs out of the car and attaching their leashes. They were pretty good with not yanking him in opposite directions when they went for a walk. Popping the trunk he grabbed out a frisbee that he kept in his trunk as he never got around to taking it out in thought that he might play frisbee with his dogs later.

He shut the trunk and then was off following behind his two dogs that walked at about the same pace, yet pulling him forward slightly. Will sighed breathing in the fresh air. Today was looking like it was going to be a great day. Will didn't have too many worries right now. He planned to spend the day relaxing and playing with his dogs. Something that he hadn't been able to do much during the school year as he was always busy with grading tests an homework assignments.

Will walked along peacefully still slightly sleepy. He would stop every once in a while as one of the dogs would stop and sniff around while the other waited patiently for his/her buddy. Will waved to some of his neighbors that he saw and smiled. He sighed. Ah the neighborhood cookout, how he had missed that while he was away at college. He spotted some older folk who he recognized from back when was a kid. They were still the same people just a little bit older.

✯ Christopher Daniel Starr ✯

Chris glared over at his brother as if to say 'give it a rest already'. He was getting tired of his siblings dogging on Aiden and his dog. It was getting old real fast. When Asher spoke out about threatening to leave Aiden there Chris sighed and shook his head. He had a feeling that they wouldn't get along at all this summer. And Chris didn't feel like playing mediator between them. Chris had a feeling that this was going to be a long summer. And for once in his life couldn't wait for it to be over.

When Aiden spoke up about being from Manhatten this peaked his interest and was somewhat intreiged by the fact that Aiden had just come back from Germany. Chris had never been out of the country and had only been to the city once when he ran away from home one time. He remembered that his family had somehow found him and gotten him to come back to the ranch with them. He still wanted to go live in the city again but he hadn't tried to runaway again. Especially not when he knew that his family needed him there, no matter how unhappy he was about it.

Hearing that Aiden had never ridden a horse before, Chris wasn't surprised at all. "Well, we'll just have to change that. I'll teach ya, I guess." Chris said knowing far too well that Asher wouldn't have the patiance for Aiden seeing how they were acting and was worried that Colby would get into a fight with him if she tried. His other sister wasn't really into riding horses and he knew that he couldn't ask his ma or pa because they would be way too busy to deal with these rich kids, so that just left him. Chris made a slight face when face when Aiden said as long as it wasn't dirty or anything. Chris full on knew that you could get a bit dirty especially starting out but he didn't say anything. Chris had a feeling that it just might give him a headache thinking about how they'd probably be arguing about it the whole first day that he'd try to teach him.

Upon being asked if he had ever been out of Montana into the city, Chris smiled, perking up slightly. He wasn't really allowed to talk about his feelings about the city anymore. As he knew it was a waste of time to try and convince his father to let him leave before he turned eighteen and graduated from high school. He had a feeling that they might just get somewhat along, as long as he could look past Aiden's somewhat stuck up ways. "Yeah, I've been to the city. Once. Loved it. I would love to go back if I could" Saying this he glanced over at his family. "Montana's nice and all but I prefer the city, myself." Chris said.

Conner got dressed in his swimming trunks and pulled on a plain white tee shirt over his torso as well. He decided to go down to the lake for an early morning swim. He tossed his towel over his shoulder and headed towards the elevator. He doubt that anyone would be around at this time of night especially going swimming in the lake. Normally at this time the lake was quite cold but Conner didn't mind he was comfortable in almost any temperature of water.

Heading outside he walked out to the lake and set his towel and flip flops on the shore and pulling off his tee shirt and setting it with the other stuff before heading over to the water. He took a deep breath and dove down deep under the water. He hadn't noticed the other set of clothes that were there though as he hadn't been paying too much attention to his surroundings and it was still somewhat dark. Conner could practically breath under water so the only reason he took a deep breath was so that he could let it put to give him more propelling speed as he dove deep into the water. The water felt nice against his skin as he swam.

He had explored the deepest parts of the lake before and had discovered an underwater cave, thanks to his fish friends. He had made friends with the fish in the lake quickly. The fish in the lake were his closest friends as he could trust them not to turn on him. Sure it was a bit weird but he didn't care. He didn't think anyone knew about it and sometimes went there to think. It was a nice place it was quiet and right in the water just how Conner liked it.

As he was swimming towards the cave the fish circled him making Conner smile as they swam around him asking how he had been. They told him that there was someone else in the cave. "What?" Conner thought upon hearing this. He wondered who else would be down here and how. But then he remembered the air pocket in the cave which explained how they had survived and didn't see a body at the bottom of the lake.

Conner swam quickly to the cave a school of fish following behind him. Conner swam to the surface of the water at the cave and popped his head out. Looking left and right as his eyes adjusted to the light difference. Then he spotted the girl that he had seem Damon with earlier, Jinx, and a small smile crossed his face noticing that she didn't have clothes on. Hoisting himself up onto land, he shook out his wet hair and looked over at her. "Hey" Conner said as he stood there dripping wet. "What are you doing here?" Conner asked somewhat curious in fact of indeed why she was there.

Jake ✰ Ryan ✰ McGreggor
☆ Oldest McGreggor Kid ☆

Jake fumbled a little as he was pushed off guard. He turned his attention away from Courtney and onto Gabe. The Cowl on his face not faltering. He then heard his 'little' brother, Syn come up behind him and back him up. Jake held his hand up against his younger brother's chest to hold him back slightly. "Syn, back off...I've got this" he said trying to keep his own temper under control. He was smaller than his his younger brother who he knew could have a bad temper at times but usally Jake was able to keep him in check despite being several inches smaller than Syn was, which always bugged Jake.

Jake heard Elaine tell him not to touch her from the stairs. Then not too much longer did she actually show up. Jake flexed his fist. Curling and uncurling it as he breathed. The other hand still at Syn's chest. Jake listened to Elaine's 'speech'. Glaring at Elaine he knew that the two of them were both in the same shoes. He was looking out for the sake of his brothers and she was looking out for her sisters.

After Elaine's speech the front door flew open. "Jake?!" He heard a voice from below. It was his father. They must have heard all the yelling from inside and come in as soon as they could. Jake heard running up the stairs as he knew his father was coming up wondering what the hell was going on. Being the oldest and the fact that he was holding Syn back, Jake knew that he would be held responsible. He would be held responsible for if anything happened because he was the older brother. He should be able to keep his brothers at bay.

As the boys father got to the top of the stairs Jakes eyes shifted to looking at his father and back at the girls. His fist where he had punched the wall bruised up and bleeding slightly. "What the hell happened?" The boys' father asked sternly looking at Jake for answers. Jake wouldn't look at his father in the eyes still too mad and hadn't yet had time to process all that Elaine had said just now. "Jake, answer me!" Lawrence said loudly. When Jake didn't, his dad had no chose but to punch him in the jaw. Jake's head turned. And he released Syn his uninjured hand adjusting his jaw. Jake turned his head back and looked at his father."We'll talk about this later, boys. Now all of you get back to your rooms. This is no way to treat you guests." the boys father said. He didn't want to deal with the boys. He didn't care who had started it or who was involved but he just wanted all of them to go away.

Jake sighed and did what his father had asked. Luckily he had that party to go to tonight as he now needed a distraction from all of this. Jake walked down the hall. He was still not very happy and even less happy that he was headed to Carson's room instead of his own as his room had been taken by the girls. Jake knew that his father would be tough on him but he had refused to say anything any ways.

When the boys were out of sight, Lawerance turned and looked back at the girls. "I'm so sorry about the boys. Are you girls okay?" he asked. He was the one who had told his Army buddies that the girls could stay with them. He didn't realize at the time how much trouble the boys would cause because of it.

((Took control of the dad, if that's okay.... if not...um..sorry...))

Brothers Blake
Jesse and Samuel

Sam had been up for a while now. Sam, unlike his brother was an early riser and had been sitting on his bed fully dressed in his outfit for the day. He had pulled out the outfit the day before so that he knew what he was going to wear. He wore a plain blue shirt with a pair of blue jeans and checkered vans. Sam sat on his bed reading a book. He loved to read and learn new things. He sighed as he looked over at his alarm clock that sat on his dresser. His eyes got wide as he saw what time it was. "crap...we got to get going. Or we'll be late" Sam thought as he closed his book and shoved it into his backpack before hopping off his bed.

He left his room and headed down the upstairs hallway. Walking over to his older brother's room he banged on the door loudly. "Jesse, get up. We got to go to school! Wake up! Come on!" he shouted through the wood door. Down stairs the two dogs barked. Sam continued to bang on the door and waited until he heard a reply from his brother before he groaned and headed down stairs. He couldn't wait until he was old enough to drive himself to school so he wouldn't have to rely on his brother getting them there on time. He unlike his brother most of the time, liked school. Well all except for the bullies who thought he was a teacher's pet because of how smart he was.

He headed into the kitchen and fed the two big hungry dogs before letting them outside. He then made toast and put jam on it before setting it on a plate next to the brown paper bag that had Jesse's name on it on the counter. Their mom always packed them lunch in the morning before she left for work. He sighed as he grabbed his own brown lunch bag with the words 'Sam' written across it in black sharpie and shoved it into his bag. He headed into the living room, grabbing his pale yellow jacket and pulling it on and plopped down on the couch before taking out his book from his backpack that he had been reading earlier.

Sam eyed his brother as he came down the stairs and walked into the kitchen. "Yes. I fed them and put them outside." he shouted back in response to his brother asking if he had fed the dogs before going back to his book. When his brother said let's go Sam closed his book and shoved it back into his backpack before getting off the couch. Sam headed outside and leaned against the car waiting for Jesse. He climbed into the passanger seat of Jesse's car and looked out the window as they drive along. When the car pulled into the parking lot of the school Sam only waited until the car was stopped and the engine turned off, before he quickly got out of the car. They got to school fifteen minutes before the bell was going to ring. He headed up to the school and headed to class. He headed to his locker and got out his books. He had almost all honors classes and even they were almost too easy for him. He wanted to see if he could transfer to a few of the upper level classes but so far he had had no such luck. He had Honors English I as his first class of the day today, which he knew that he'd be sitting in the back of the class reading probably through the class. He generally did as he usually read a head so that whenever the teacher called on him he almost always had the answer. People called him a nerd which was somewhat why he had joined the swim team. In swimming there are no text books so it was all about you and what you could do not on how well you learned.

        - - -

Beneath a navy blue comforter slept the older Blake brother. He slept peacefully until he was awoken by shouting and pounding on his door. Jesse groaned as he rolled over and tried to go back to sleep but it was no use. Rolling over again he looked at the fluorescent red numbers on his alarm clock and groaned. He had forgotten to set his alarm last night. He yawned and sat up, pulling the comforter back away from him and setting his bare feet on the cold hard wood floor."Okay, okay. I'm up" Jesse shouted. The pounding stopped and Jesse sighed. He yawned once again and rubbed his eye. He stood up and walked over to his dresser to pull open one of the drawers. Rummaging through it he pulled out a plain white tee shirt, and a pair of faded blue jeans. He laced up a pair of black and gray sneakers and grabbed his black and gray zip up hoodie from the back of his computer chair before heading down stairs dressed in his outfit, grabbing his book bag as he left.

He spotted Sam on the couch reading and looked impatiant while he waited. Heading into the kitchen he shouted out to his brother. "Did you feed the dogs?" he asked as he walked into the kitchen not seeing the two dogs. Hearing that Sam had fed them he grabbed his sack lunch and shoved it into his book bag. "Okay, let's go" he called out and shoved the piece of toast into his mouth. He checked his pockets to make sure he had his cell phone and car keys in his jacket pockets before heading out to the car. Sam was already waiting outside for him.

Jesse threw his bag into the back seat and climbed into the driver's side. He turned on the engine with the radio set to the local rock station he started to drive off to school. The drive to school was relatively quiet except for the music that played over the radio. Jesse pulled into the school parking lot with fifteen minutes till the bell rang. Sam got out of the car as soon as Jesse turned the car off. Jesse shrugged and grabbed his book bag from the back seat and got out. Locking the door behind him he slowly headed up to the school after his brother. Jesse usually dreaded going to class as he was already behind as it was.

Jesse might have been eighteen but he had started a year late so he was behind a year everyone else that was eighteen like him. Jesse headed to his locker and put in the combination. He sighed as he opened it. He was still tired, and that one piece of toast didn't do much for him. He was not looking forward to having Algebra II as his first class of the day. Math was his worst subject by far. And he hated how his younger brother, Sammy, had to help him with it from time to time. It made him look stupid but him and math had never really gotten along. He and Sam were like polar opposites sometimes. Jesse was the more athletic of the two and Sam was the more book smart of the two, although Jesse had to give Sam credit that Sam was on the swim team.

Derrick James Wright
Our Fiyero

"What was that? I couldn't hear you. Was that a hello, I heard?" Derrick said sarcastically with a smirk. Derrick made himself comfortable next to Emily. He gave a quick wave to Josh to acknowledge the other boy. It would only be somewhat nice since Josh was one of the popular kids as well so it was okay. When she didn't say anything witty like she usually did Derrick was surprised. But he let it go and remembered when she said that he had gotten Fiyero. He then remembered that he wanted to talk about that. "yeah...about that. There must be some kind of mistake. I mean I didn't even audition for that part. I tried out of one of the ensemble people. The teacher must have gotten my name confused with someone else." he said.

Sure Derrick could probably handle the part of Fiyero but did he really want to. It would mean that he'd have more lines to memorize and also would have to come to more practices taking away time from other things. His phone vibrated in his jacket pocket and he pulled it out. It was from his mom asking if he was going to be home for dinner tonight. Oh how that woman worried about him. Sometimes it was nice that she did so much for him but other times it was just plain annoying. He sighed and texted her back saying that he didn't know yet and that he'd call her about it later when he knew. He then shoved his phone back into his pocket and looked around to see if he could see any one else that he recognized. It went off again not two seconds later from his mom again saying they were having Honey roasted ham. Derrick licked his lips slightly at the thought of it. He loved it when his mom made that. He text back saying that he'd try to make it and would call as soon as he knew. He then shoved the phone back into his pocket.

He took off his backpack and set it down on the stage beside him. Normally around this time he would have sports practice but it was the off season so he didn't have anything to do. That was one of the reasons that he was able to audition for the musical in the first place because sports didn't conflict with it. He would have been really pissed if sports did conflict with it and he had gotten the role that he had gotten. But as it was it was okay. Derrick sighed as he swing his feet back and forth. Glancing at the clock, he pulled out a bag of M&Ms from his pocket and opened them. It was time for a snack. Derrick liked to eat every two or three hours even if the snack wasn't the most healthy for him. He knew he'd work it off later when he got home."So uh...when do we get out scripts and stuff?" Derrick asked as he chewed on a handful of the chocolate and peanut butter candy. He was kind of new to the whole theater experience so he didn't know what to really expect.

Jesse James Johnson
Mr. Blind

"Paint me a picture. So I can see..."

Jesse slept peacefully in his bed beneath the dark green comforter on a full sized bed. His dog slept at the foot of his bed curled up asleep as well. Jesse's room was set up really simply. His walls were bare and painted white, as the bedroom had been the downstairs guest room before his accident where his mom decided to move him from his upstairs bedroom to the downstairs guest room and move the guest room upstairs. The room was quite neat and tidy as well. There was little furniture in the room besides the bed. There was only as dresser, and a desk and chair up against the wall. There was a closet with the door taken off the hinges and next to the closet sat a keyboard that was on a stand that stood at Jesse's height. A small knock came from the plain white wooden door to his room. The large german shepherd was the first to hear the small knock and perked up his head it's ears upright. The dog barked and the door creaked open.

"Jesse..." a woman's voice was heard before she came into the room. Jesse's mother looked like a female version of Jesse. She was tall and skinny with long straight beautiful brown hair and dark brown eyes and fair skin. "Are you awake?" she asked her voice sweet and gentle. There was no alarm clock in Jesse's room so he had to rely on his mother waking him up each morning. A brown haired boy sat up in his bed and opened his eyes. It made no difference to the boy though as it was dark weather his eyes were open or not. Jesse was blind and had been for just over a year now. He had recently gotten approved for a service dog and gotten Chipper his guide dog but he couldn't take him to school with him. Speaking of school, Jesse was starting a new school today. Jesse sighed as he sat up in his bed holding himself up with his arms for a moment as he blinked. He might be blind but he was still not used to it. His mother had tried home school him for a while last year but it was too much for her being a single mom and the sole bread-bringer and his last school wasn't equipped well enough to accommodate him anymore, so he was switching schools to one that could.

"Are you ready for your first day at your new school?" his mother asked a smile on her face that Jesse could not see. Jesse could tell that she was nervous for him though, it was in the sound of her voice. Being blind did have it's advantages sometimes though as he could pick up little subtle changes in people's voices that reflected their emotions. "I guess..." Jesse said with a yawn as he rubbed at his eyes instinctively. Jesse turned his head as though looking at his mother. "Mom, I'd like to get dressed now" Jesse said. "Do you need help?" his mother asked. "Mom! I'm not helpless I can get dressed on my own. I'm not a little boy" Jesse said getting slightly defensive. "Alright. I'll go make you breakfast" his mother said slight hesitation in her voice. Jesse listened for her footsteps on his hard wood floor to know that she was leaving and sighed. He could take care of himself and was getting a little annoyed at his mom always babying him. He felt a brush of thick fur against his hand and knew it was Chipper. The German Shepherd was more than just his guide dog. Chipper was his best friend who would love him unconditionally no matter what, even if he was blind. Sometimes he wished that he could see his beautiful companion, but if he could see Chipper would serve no purpose being there.

Jesse carefully placed his bare feet onto the cool hardwood floor and lifted himself from the bed. He knew the layout of the room as even though he had moved floor his mom made sure to keep the layout the same. He walked over to the dresser and counted down drawers to find the drawer that housed his shirts. He pulled it open and pulled out a shirt which although he couldn't tell what it looked like it just so happened to be an off green color. Going down another drawer he pulled out a pair of jeans and put both of them on replacing his red plaid pajama bottoms. As he got dressed he could smell his mother cooking him pancakes in the kitchen. Jesse licked his lips slightly as he smelt the smell of melting chocolate. Jesse finished getting dressed finding his shoes that he had placed at the edge of his closet and grabbing his jacket that he had left on the back of the chair his cell phone placed inside the pocket, and headed out of his room with Chipper close on his heels. Chipper hardly ever left his side even when he was in the shower, Chipper would stand outside the bathroom door waiting for Jesse to finish. Jesse felt bad leaving Chipper home alone all day while he was at school, but there was nothing he could do about it.

Jesse walked into the kitchen, walking along the wall feeling the wall as he walked. He kept one hand out in front of him as he walked and touched the chair and table before sitting down. "Pancakes smell good mom" Jesse said with a smile. "Oh I can never surprise you with food anymore, now can I?" his mom said with a laugh. Jesse chuckled and waited for his mom to serve him up a plate of peanut butter and syrup covered chocolate chip pancakes. He knew that Chipper would be laying down at his feet under the table as he ate. Some how or another Jesse cut up the pancakes and managed to eat them all. "I made your lunch and put it in your backpack. Don't forget your stick and I'll drive you to school as soon as your done brushing your teeth." his mother said as she washed the dishes that she had used. Jesse's mom was way too good to him and Jesse knew that his disability was a burden on his mother so he tried his best to do what he could to help her out with what ever he could. Which incidentally wasn't much.

Jesse finished up his pancakes and headed carefully to the hall bathroom to brush his teeth. Once he was finished with his mom's help, he loaded into the car. Because of his disability his mom had to drive him to school. Jesse wasn't too happy about it at first as he had been looking forward to learning to drive, but now that he was blind that was never going to happen. He even sometimes doubted if he'd ever get to live on his own. It was still early when they reached the school and Jesse's mom parked the car and walked him to the main office. She walked him to the door and said goodbye. Jesse listened to the clip-pity clop of his mother's heels on the lithium floors. Jesse sighed as he heard the door at the end of the hall open and shut. "Well here goes nothing..." Jesse muttered to himself as he walked inside. He felt against the wall until he came to a chair and sat down in it with a sigh. He heard all the sounds around him like the typing on the keyboard, that he assumed was the lady at the desk; a receptionist probably. He sighed as he set his stick up against the wall next to him. He had grabbed the closest seat to the door. He didn't even know that there was another boy sitting there with him. He sighed as he rest his hand under his face he missed the first time of course but then readjusted where he put his hand and leaned over in his chair and accurately placed his elbow on his knee the first time.

Derrick ✯ James ✯ Ƒord

Derrick had been up early that morning to go jogging. He liked jogging in the morning it woke him up and kept him in shape for sports. He in fact was just getting home from his jog. He was currently wearing a sweatshirt in his high school color with their mascot on it and a pair of black sweat pants. He headed upstairs to his room and peeled off his sweatshirt he was dripping with sweat from running. With his tee shirt and sweatshirt off he headed down the hall towards the bathroom to take a shower. His parents weren't too happy with the grade on his last math test which he as always hadn't studied for. It didn't seem to do him any good to ground him or punish him too much for that matter. But they had told him that now that he was eighteen that if he screwed up bad enough they'd kick him out of the house.

Stepping out of the shower he wrapped a towel around his torso and headed back to his room. He fished out a clean set of clothes which consisted of a pair of jeans with a hole in the knee and a blue tee shirt. He grabbed his red sox baseball cap off the top of his desk and put it on his head. Grabbing his baseball mitt and a base ball that he found on his desk, he headed out of his room. He grabbed his letterman jacket on the way out if his room and shoved his cell phone and keys into the pocket.

He planned on going to school and maybe using their baseball field. He headed out too his car that he and his dad had fixed up from a junk yard not too long ago. His car was a beauty. It was a black 1987 Chevy Impala. And boy did Derrick love that thing. In the trunk of his car he always kept a bunch of sports stuff like a baseball bat, a foot ball, a few extra baseballs and right now he had his foot ball gear in there as well. Derrick's favorite two sports were football and baseball and the fact that they had two different season he was able to play both. Baseball season was coming up soon though and Derrick wanted to make sure he was ready. He considered texting his friend to see if they wanted to hang out with him but he decided that it was still a bit early.

If Flirting is a Crime...

Hunter ♥ Ryan ♥ McDavis
Mr. Lust

User Image
Hunter yawned as he pulled at his tie, that he felt was suffocating him all day. He hated the uniforms here. Let's just face it, he just plain hated it here actually. His mother had threatened him that if he didn't make things work here, she was going to send him off to military school. Hunter's dad was no help as Hunter's mom was the one paying for this preppy Catholic school as his dad could barely afford his small apartment sometimes. And Hunter had been kicked out of pretty much all the schools in Las Vegas.

Hunter cursed under his breath in Italian as he stormed outside. He had been dying ot get out of there since his first class period. He never wanted to be there in the first place but had been caught too many times ditching. The only good thing he had going for him right now was he believed that he had his French teacher dangling on a hook for him. He wasn't positive yet so he would have to keep working. It didn't hurt the fact that he already knew some French and what he could speak he spoke pretty fluently.

He headed towards the fountain in the courtyard and sat on one of the benches with a sigh as he ran his hand through his hair. He had to pull himself together. He didn't like it when people saw him like this. He then started to look around. He spotted a familiar face that he hadn't seen in class today. He didn't really remember her name though. Hunter generally didn't remember people's names all that well, it was simpler that way especially if he planned on doing anything with them and then leaving them in the dust.

The only reason he remembered his roommate's name so well was because he saw the boy so often that it was hard not to remember the boy's name. He also spotted a boy with head phones on who was cute but he didn't want to bother the boy, as he was looking around. The girl on the other hand looked somewhat bored. He figured that he might as well go have a little talk with her. He knew the spring formal was coming up, where the girls asked the guys. And he wanted to make sure that he had plenty of girls to choose from. Seeing as he couldn't take a boy anyways not that he minded much.

Hunter got up from his bench and walked over to Gen. He slid onto the bench beside her and smiled one of his signature smiles. "Hey there, gorgeous. Didn't see you in class today. I missed you" he said. He never called people directly by name so most people didn't know that he didn't remember most people's names. He probably wouldn't remember his teacher's names if they hadn't been practically drilled into his head.

...You best lock me up now.

Hunter James

Hunter sat on his couch watching an old Red Sox game that he had recorded. Hunter's phone vibrated with a text message from an unknown number. That was how he usually got his jobs now days, from unknown numbers and anonymous tips. He flipped open his phone and read over the text. The message was simple. It was simply an address to a place that wasn't too far from his apartment. He sighed as he closed his cell phone and got up. He pulled on his shoes and grabbed his jacket pushing his cell phone into his pocket. He decided that he best get going. Usually when he got a call or text he had to be at the address as soon as he could, no questions asked. He headed out of his apartment, locking the door behind him and headed down the stairwell.

He whistled lightly to himself as he walked along with his hands in his pockets. He got to the address quickly and found a large truck with the back open and some guys loading TVs into the back. They were no doubtly stolen but he had a 'don't ask don't tell' policy with the people he worked with. He then started to help the other guys load the TVs onto the truck. He knew he's get paid when they got them to their destination. That was just how it worked. Just as they were finishing up and were about to close the truck's door Hunter heard a familiar sound and cursed under his breath at the next thing that followed. "Freeze this is the police your under arrest. Put your hands in the air" It was the voice of the police. People that Hunter didn't get along too well with in any state really. "Crap..." Hunter thought as he slowly started to put his hands in the air along with the other guys and sighed as turned around and watched the police lower their weapons. As soon as the guns were put away Hunter made a break for it and ran.

Hunter was fast and quick on his feet from running from the police all these years. So he was having no problem out running the police men chasing him. As Hunter ran he dodged traffic of people walking. One thing about NYC was that there were so many people there that the police had a hard time chasing you by car down a busy street so as long as he could stay ahead of them he would be fine. In his head he was shouting curses to himself. He couldn't get caught. He already had a record and if he got caught and they found his file he's go to jail and he didn't have anyone who could bail him out. At the moment he wasn't really worried about getting paid right now.

Hunter ran dodging people who yelled at him as he swirved. He then turned the corner and WAM! He ran into a girl, knocking both of them to the ground. He picked himself up and looked over at the girl (Robin) that he had nearly run over. She was beautiful. She had full red lips and long brown hair. "I am so sorry. Here let me help you up" Hunter said as he held out a hand to help the girl up. He hadnt exactly been watching where he was going and it was his fault that he ran into the girl.

Asher James Carver
The Guy who's dating his Best Friend's Younger Daughter

【 • Single DadBest FriendDating that friend's Daughter

Asher's cell phone vibrated on the table informing him that he just got a text. By then Sam had finished his cereal. The little boy was still in his dinosaur pajamas as well. "Sammy, go get dressed and get your stuff and we'll head over to you grandma ma and Grandpa's okay." Asher said with a smile. The young boy smiled and hopped down out of his chair."Okay, dad" Sam said and headed towards his bedroom. Asher smiled as he watched his son run off before opening his cell phone and looking at the message.

        To: Emi
        From: Ash

Alright. I have to drop Sam off first and then I'll be over. I miss you. What's our cover story going to be this time? BTW mind if I join you for breakfast. I don't feel like Lucky Charms today. ; )

He sent the message off and finished off the rest of his coffee. He grabbed Sam's bowl and drank the last of the milk that was left behind in the bowl before picking it up and taking it to the kitchen. He rinsed it out and set it into the dishwasher along with his coffee mug before returning to the table to grab the cereal box. He shook it to see how much was left and then put it away in the cupboard only to find another box of Lucky Charms there so he didn't have to worry about them running out anytime soon. Once that was done he grabbed his cellphone off the table and headed back to his room. He quickly changed into this outfit. He pulled on his jacket from the hallway closet, shoving his cell phone into the pocket and went to his son's room to check on him.

The little boy was sitting on the floor of his room trying to zip up an overstuffed backpack. The boy was dressed for the day all except his jacket which Asher had already grabbed and was carrying. "Need some help there buddy?" Asher asked watching his son struggle with the backpack. "No dad. I got it" he said and finally managed to zip up the blue backpack. "Come on kiddo. Let's get going" Asher said as he helped the boy get his jacket on along with the heavy backpack. Asher had no doubt that it was filled with dinosaurs. Sam was going through a dinosaurs phase and had a ton of them and posters of dinosaurs on the walls.

Asher grabbed his car keys off the hook near the living area and headed out the door locking it after his son had gotten out. Then then headed to his red toyota sedan. He made sure that Sam was buckled before he started the car and drove off. He stopped the car and turned off the engine, on the curbside of the street in front of Sam's mom's parent's house and watched as the boy got out of the car and ran up the driveway to the front door and rang the doorbell. He rolled down the window and watched as the door was opened by a woman and Sam ran inside. He gave a weak smile and waved at the woman who smiled and waved back before shutting the door. Knowing that his son was safe inside he sighed and started the car again. Turning the radio on to the local rock station he pulled away from the curb and drove off towards the Delium house hold.

It didn't take long to get to their house. He pulled into the driveway and parked his car. Looking up at the beautiful house that his best friend owned. He envied him, but knew that his life was all but perfect. It had been a year since he had started seeing Emily, his best friend's oldest daughter. Before that she would always come to him when she and her father were fighting. He got out of the car and locked it behind him. Walking up the driveway he noticed that Jake's car was in the driveway. "The oldest Delium son must be visiting from college." Ash thought as he walked past it and up to the front door. He knocked on the front door and rang the door bells and then waited for someone to answer the door.

Beau Coy Duke
A modern day Aladdin

He decided to quit while he was ahead and just leave with the candy bar and package of gum. He saw his friends in the store buying things as well and sighed. His pockets could only hold so much without it being to obvious anyways. He could hear Tyler pleading at Charleigh. Sometimes that childish behavior of the guy's annoyed him but they were still friends. Beau would have probably given into the boy eventually, even though he was dirt poor.

He noticed Leon grab a mountain of food as well, pay for it and then head back outside. Beau often wondered how Leon kept so thin even after eating so much. With him there was no question why he was a bit on the underweight side as sometimes food could be a bit scarce for him. He grabbed a bottle of water and decided that he'd at least pay for that with the few bucks he had in his pocket. He paid for the water and spotted the cigarettes behind the counter. He had been trying to quit as it was an expensive habit as well. He bit his lower lip and decided to bit the bullet and get a pack as he was out. Paying for both the water and the cigarettes he just had enough to get them both without having to ask one of the other boys to 'spot' him.

It hurt his pride sometimes asking for help even though his friends willingly gave it to him. He sighed as he grabbed the bag off the counter after paying and headed outside. He pulled out the carton of cigarettes and pulled one of the sticks out. He pulled his plastic bic lighter out of his jeans pocket and place the cigarette between his lips and lit it. He knew that Mason smoked as well so he could have asked the boy for some cigarettes as well but didn't feel like it. He then noticed the 'No Smoking' signs around the gas pumps and thought that was stupid to cell cigarettes there then. He rolled his eyes and headed back over to the car shoving the lighter back into his pocket and tossing the cigerette packet back into the plastic bag that held his water as well.
