It has come to my attention that many of you are stalking my test forum. While this is perfectly okay, I ask that you not post, or steal my layouts/RPs. However, I would much appreciate it if you gave me feedback on the RPs (I know the post layouts suck, no need to tell me). Also, you can ask about them, too! It always makes me happy when people inquire of my work, and when it shall be open.

The rule of the dragons has come and gone. With the dawn of the modern times, they have slunk back, now barely even legends. No one believes the old dragons stories. It's a shame really, since they're right under their noses. In particular, the town of Midson. Powerful Sept leaders now rule districts of the vast city, instead of the forests. The only neutral territory is where the humans inhabit, like the high school, where currently all the Sept leader's children are attempting to blend in. Revealing dragons to the population is strictly forbidden, but among the children, things are often a lot looser. Most of them are friends with a few humans, and even have romances budding. But they better be careful, because those humans are no Dragon Maidens...

Setting: The town of Midson, a current date town with sprawling cul-de-sacs, large parks, towering office buildings, and its very own shady slums.

1. I, Echo of Cassiopeia, am the Goddess of this RP. Wolf kieki is my deputy, and I reserve the right to promote and demote whoever I chose. What I (or they, in my absence) say, goes.

2. Semi-lit. We understand block, but absolutely no one liners. No txt tlk, or ** for actions. Pretty posts rock.

3. Send all profiles to Echo of Cassiopeia. Title them as your race.

4. If you play a Wyvern, or another pre-established character, please take a little time to know their past. I am more than willing to catch you up on anything.

5. Everyone has a human form. You'll need a pic for both.

6. Make it clear when you do OCC.

7. Put a ninja on your profiles to make sure you read the rules.

8. Romance/Violence are obviously allowed, but let's keep it PG-16. We don't want to read your gory fantasies, or your romance fantasies. No cybering.

9. Follow Gaia ToS

10. Rules are subject to change, and you get no refund :3

11. We'll post about any in-game events, because they shall be bound to happen.

Character Slots

We will add adult slots as needed. If you plan on playing one of the children from the Septs, their ages should all be around 375 years, though the age they appear may vary, and can determine their grade. If you really, really, really want to join with an original character, but slots are filled, PM me and we'll talk.

Humans

Humans are normal people. None of them know of the dragons or wyverns, even though many of them are friends with them. But, they can notice a certain 'something' going on with some of the school.They can notice a certain hierarchy among the dragons, though they don't understand why.

Wyverns

Almost all wyverns are male. It is exceedingly rare for a female wyvern to exist, and when it does occur, it is because their brother, the original Sept leader, was killed, or refused the position. I will allow one female sept leader. Wyverns are leaders, or in this case, possible leaders, of Septs. They are stronger than the average dragon, and more powerful. Other dragons tend to obey them. Wyverns being romantically involved with any humans other than Maidens is greatly frowned upon by their society.

Dragons

The citizens, and bulk of the scaly population. They may be either male or female, and are occasionally the siblings of wyverns, though most of the wyverns attending school this year have had their siblings age faster, or die in olden day skirmishes. They may come from any dragon family, but each family still answers to their Sept, and live in their Sept's district. It is considered acceptable in dragon society for wyverns and dragons to be romantically involved, and human and dragon relationships are tolerated, but not encouraged.

» What I've seen: Where should I begin? To say the least I've been around the block, despite my young age. I'm book smart, a genius if I do say so myself, but I don't care much for that stuff. As long as my grades stay high enough to skip years my parents don't bother me, feel kinda distant from them. I've got a lot of street smarts too, that's where I truly belong, my calling. School is for the kids who have time to waste learning something repetitive they'll never use. Me, I'm doing what I love every day and if it breaks a few laws then so be it, not like I'll ever be caught. I've noticed a few kids forming some new kind of click on the days I can actually be bothered to come to school. For some reason I just can't explain they intrigue me, I'll have to check 'em out. What I find, well that's a whole different book now, isn't it?

» A dragon's memory never fails: I was the first child, and only Wyvern born to Chloe, and Alfonse. I scarred my eye, when I was but a day old, after getting into a fight with a Dire Rat, to protect Bella. When it healed, my left eye was only a pale green, blind, yet not at the same time. It sees things not of this world, and I have a contact lens to hide the fact that it is blind. When I was five, my hair turned the blonde of my mother's. I don't exactly remember having black hair, but I do know everyone tells me how much I looked like Jace. When I was a year or two older, I learned that my Father, is also the father of Jace.

» A dragon's memory never fails: Father taught me a lot of things while I was growing up. I didn't get to play much with the others but we all get along. I'm not afraid to offer a friend a hand but would prefer to stay out of a fight if I can help it. Like Dad I can't breathe fire, not like it matters anymore though, it's not like anything good ever comes from it. Mom say's I get my brains from her but I got no talent in the magical field, not very popular with the humans at the moment too. We're in school now, it's cool I guess. Not that I have anything better to do but I just don't see how it's going to help. There are a bunch of weird kids too, they're all so obsessed with what everyone does or doesn't have, it makes me sick. Why can't everyone just get along and stop comparing each other, it's not like any of it matters once they die anyways.

» A dragon's memory never fails: I'm from a regular, Green Sept family. The house is actually pretty normal. Titus lives up the street from me, and we hung out ever since we were kids. Most of the time, I've been bigger than him, but it seems like he finally caught up, height wise. We're friends, and absolutely nothing else. He treats me like one of the guys, and I beat up anyone who harasses him. Pretty sweet deal, in my opinion.

» A dragon's memory never fails: I'm daughter of Lord Drake and Lady Scarlet Nidhug of the White Sept. Apparently I was born with white silver-ish hair, but later changed black. Apparently, I'm not even suppose to be alive today. Mother told me that I was a stillborn at birth, but that because of the intervention of the benevolent Elder, God rest her soul, I was brought back to life. I'm Zephyr's twin and younger sister. For some reason, everyone says that I resemble my mother a lot, but then again, she's my mother...who else am I suppose to resemble? I tend to stick a lot with Titus who seems to be the one who really understands me...besides big brother of course. I still feel horrible for allowing Titus to protect me so much, he even lost his eye because of me. I also like visiting dear cousin Morimoto, from time to time. His maid though, gives me the creeps. She's always glaring at me as if I had done some terrible deed to her in some past life. And Aunty Haru is the best! I can't understand why there ever was or is some rivalry between the Septs...aren't we all family?

» A dragon's memory never fails: Arthuria is the daughter of Ardren Yakkshin of the Gold Sept and his late rider, Korona Wrynn. Although she herself did not know of her connection with the wyverns until around three hundred years after her birth. She had long borne a deep-seated hatred towards dragons, only for it to falter once she had discovered the truth. She carries a burden of deep regret for what she had done. Currently, she lives alone in a simple apartment in the neutral territory where the humans live and occasionally visits her father and her step-mother Lucia in their district. She works at two jobs, her full-time being that of the local school teacher and a part-time job as a waitress at a cafe.

» A dragon's memory never fails: I was born to be a doctor, or a nurse, or simply something in the medical career. At first, my dragon kin recognized that, and set me to work at a midwife at the castle. But I was.. careless. I do not wish to delve into it, but I was taken away from my profession, and forced to work as a maid for my punishment. That was nearly four thousand years ago. To this day, I'm still working under my Lord Kaiser, and currently staying at the spare bedroom in his house. I work at the local school, the one his daughter goes to, and in my spare time, I still have to clean his damned house.

» But for now, I'm in the: err...I don't go to school. I'm often mistaken for a high middle schooler though, so I don't blame you.
» I've seen a few years: 342 years old but I still look like I'm 17...actually I'm sometimes mistaken to be younger than that...

» What I've seen: Haru once worked at her father's farm 325 years ago, cross dressing and pretending to be a boy for her father's sake since he had always wanted a son and her mother had died giving birth to her. Upon getting lost in the forest, chasing after her beloved dog, Snow; she soon found herself in a castle with dragons and others such as herself, dragon maidens...and the fate to be stuck married to a jerk for the rest of her life pushed into her hands. And guess what? She fell in love with the said jerk. And all else just goes from there. Currently, Haru works every other day as an instructor for several martial arts (what? When you've lived several years, you gotta find something to occupy yourself with), using these sports  to channel off her temper...Like that helped...It only made her scarier when angry, as if gaining some more physical strength and resilience from becoming a full fledged dragon maiden wasn't enough. Well, back to the topic. On her off days (actually, even when she has work), she likes to take care of the house and do chores, cooking, cleaning, etcetera etcetera and spending time with her daughter and Kaiser. She gets occasional visits from the other dragons and wyverns... namely, Bella, Zephyr, and their parents that being because she was very close to Scarlet and, of course, Drake, Kaiser's brother.

Adria walked down the sidewalk. She was only five minutes or so from school, but the first bell wouldn't be until 7:45, about twenty minutes from then. So she had time to burn, most of which would probably be spent in the schoolyard, waiting for Titus to haul his a** to school. She had waited most of the summer for this opportunity, to be with her Green Sept friends, even if it required her to go to that damned school. She sucked at almost all of the classes there, and it was hardly like she'd ever use any of those skills in her profession. She was a body guard. Why the hell were they teaching her grammar?

She sighed, just the thoughts of her classes, and more D's, making her frustrated. She shifted her satchel on her shoulder, so the black messenger strap wouldn't dig into her as much. Her grey skirt was short, but she made up for it with a long pair of black leggings that met her combat boots. The shoes put her at a height of nearly six-four, and Adria appreciated the height advantage, particularly when it came to intimidating people. A lime green blouse, just a few shades lighter than her dyed hair, covered her upper body. She'd opted for a slightly more toned down look, one that wouldn't scare the teachers as much on the first day.

The manor lays on a secluded plot of land in the middle of nowhere. It's cloaked in mysteries. Every few years, the Lord requests new servants, and they are brought to him. The only thing is, once there, they can't seem to remember much else. Their memories are strangely fuzzy, particularly ones concerning how they got there. The estate itself is a little... Odd. The only things the new servants are told is that they did, indeed, volunteer for this. Oh, and of course, they are also told the very strict rules:

1. Do not disobey the Lord.
2. Do not go into the woods.
3. Do not leave the property.
4. Do not stay out after sunset.

Are you one of the veteran servants, mysterious and omniscient? Are you one of the recruits, fresh from the outside world, curious and young? Or you someone there just to cause trouble, one of the Lord's children?

★ ☆ Setting ☆ ★

The mansion is isolated, several miles from everything. The nearest town is... No one knows, exactly. Or, they won't say. A lot of the produce is grown in the massive garden belonging to the Lady of the house, but everything else just sort of.. shows up. No one really seems to take too much notice. The house itself is decently sized, nor sprawling, but definitely large enough for someone with the title of Lord. Most of the actual property is taken up by the Lady's garden, and the forest. The garden, a large portion of which is flowers, is about twice the size of the mansion, with an intricate maze at the center. The Lady also has a fondness of marble statues and fountains, which can be found throughout the manor and outside areas.

The forest spreads on and outward from there, uncharted and forbidden. Of course, the servant's commons are there, just before the land gives way to woods. A three story building, with the rooms sorted by age, it's similar to a dorm setting, with shared rooms, a communal kitchen and bathroom, as well as a very small lounge on each floor. The building has few windows, and those that do exist have blinds tightly covering them.
