-- What are your talents: Like all Asgardians, Thor is incredibly long-lived and relies upon periodic consumption of the Golden Apples of Idunn to sustain his extended lifespan, which to date has lasted many millennia. Being the son of Odin and the elder goddess Gaea, Thor is physically the strongest of the Asgardians. If pressed in battle, Thor is also capable of entering into a state known as the "Warrior's Madness" which will temporarily increase his strength and stamina tenfold, although in this state he attacks friend and foe alike. Thor possesses a very high resistance to physical injury that approaches invulnerability. Thor also possesses keen senses that allows him to track objects traveling faster than light and hear cries from the other side of the planet. Thor has the ability to travel through time. His stamina allowed him to battle an entire Frost Giant army for nine months without any sustenance or rest.

Thor has also shown the ability to regenerate wounded portions of his body such as severe life-threatening injuries or broken bones with the aid of magical forces like Mjolnir. Thor has superhuman strength, speed, agility, and reflexes, enabling him to deflect bullets with his hammer. Like all Asgardians he has immunity to all Earthly diseases and a strong resistance to magic. However, some exceptionally powerful magic can overwhelm Odin's enchantment that transforms him between Asgardian and mortal forms. As the Norse god of Thunder, Thor can summon the elements of the storm (Lightning/Rain/Wind/Snow) and uses Mjolnir as a tool to focus this ability. Although the hammer cannot command artificial weather, only natural. He can cause these weather effects all over the world and destroy entire buildings. As the son of the Earth goddess Gaea, Thor has shown some control over the Earth.

Thor is a superb hand-to-hand combatant and is skilled in armed combat, excelling in the use of the war hammer, sword, axe and mace. Thor possesses two items which assist him in combat. The enchanted Belt of Strength, and his signature weapon, the mystical hammer Mjolnir. The Belt of Strength doubles Thor's strength and endurance. Mjolnir is used to control his Weather Manipulation. Flight. Energy Projection and Absorption. Dimensional Travel and Matter Manipulation. As well as the most powerful of his offensives, the God Blast (which taps into Thor's life force) and the Anti-Force (which counteracts another force). Using Mjolnir by throwing in the desired direction and then holding on to the handle's leather loop, Thor can also fly at supersonic speeds in Earth's atmosphere and travel faster than light in space. Thor has the capability of transporting companions and/or objects to a destination by himself. To anyone besides Thor, Mjolnir cannot be lifted from the ground nor wrested from Thor’s grip.

-- Personality: A sort of larger than life figure, Thor embodies a lot of the qualities Asgardians might idealize in their warriors. To speak of first impressions and shallow acquaintance, he can come across friendly, one of those almost intimidating extroverts who has no problem talking to anyone, and glowing with a veritable fount of self-confidence. This can be a very positive trait, and serves him well in the day to day, but unkind assumptions can be made. Even after being knocked down several pegs, he has a solid ego, a superior streak, and though he can be kind, he can also be cruel, sometimes by accident. He can be and often is blunt and demanding, and when it comes to complex or delicate tasks, he would rather take a direct approach, as subtle as the hammer he carries.

Thor is the kind of person to have thereabouts one emotion at a time. Anger. Joy. Sadness. These emotions are emphatic and seem to block out all other options, or are at least difficult to curb into something else. Emotionally stubborn as well as practically stubborn, Thor tends to want to do things his own way and go after exactly what he desires to have or do, and this is both an admirable quality as well as a not so admirable one, sprung from entitlement and privilege. In the beginning Thor is ill-suited to be a king of anything - a warrior rather than a leader. By the time he is approached by the Avengers, it's still a work in progress. But he has some strong, positive streaks too. His sense of Honor. The value of keeping promises. Being honest. These are things he values and things he does easily. Although obliviously selfish in his youth, he has become more sacrificial.

Putting the needs of others before his own wants, or at least, it is a behavior he strives to have. He is flawed as the next man (or god), does not always achieve. He is also brave. Although some may argue that his bravery comes from being powerful and all around difficult to kill. In that he has fun when he does battle as opposed to court real fear. However, he has demonstrated courage during his time on Earth when he was confined to a mortal body. It's too tangled a quality to separate from obnoxious confidence. The act of breaking the Bifröst is a different sort of brave. Fear, in the conventional sense, is a thing that Thor does not struggle with. He disdains of cowards and people who would run and hide instead of confront. Thus so, he doesn't fear putting himself at risk. Even when he doesn't have all the powers he is used to having, or when he is outnumbered.

But he has other fears. Probably too esoteric for him to identify easily. There is a fear of not being exactly who he pictures himself to be. Of not living up to expectation. Of not being able to acquire what he wants. Being trapped or rendered helpless, in any real way, is a horrifying thing that would chafe against what he's used to. He fears losing the people he loves despite his best efforts. Asgardians are long living, making death a very significant impact when it's one of his own. Thor's arrogance is likely his biggest weakness. He will underestimate almost everyone who crosses his path, and be blind to possibilities that do not relate to strength and combative prowess. Thus making him easily outsmarted, lied to, or manipulated. He also has a raging temper. Especially when he gets into the heat of battle. It is very hard to make him stop once he starts, regardless as to whether or not he has his powers.

-- Biography: Thor had an idyllic childhood, brought up in Asgard as the treasured son of Odin and his wife Frigga. His best friend and playmate was his adopted brother Loki, and though they were rivals for their father's throne, they still remained close companions. Brought up in the warrior culture of the Asgardians, Thor valued strength, courage, and loyalty above all else. He desired to be exactly like his father the war hero, and often remarks on the monsters he will slay and the wars he will win when he is king. Thor would be worshiped as a deity of strength and courage among Scandinavian cultures. He proves himself a great warrior, often leading his band of warriors (which includes Loki, the Lady Sif, and the Warriors Three) on adventures. However, he is also known to be reckless when Loki jokingly reminds him that he would be dead had he not used a smoke veil to allow them to escape during one battle.

Although Odin chose him as his heir, he openly remarked that he thought Thor was a "vain, greedy, cruel boy" after Thor started an ill-advised war against the Frost Giants. It is later revealed that Loki was never in contention for the throne because of his Frost Giant heritage, meaning that regardless of his boyish attitude, Thor was always meant to be king. A ceremony in Asgard is about to let Thor ascend to the Throne of Asgard as Odin is about to finally enter the Odinsleep after putting it off for so long. Thor revels in the ceremony and undergoes the passage of becoming King from Odin. As Odin is about to name Thor King, he senses that Frost Giants have snuck into Asgard and into Odin's Vault to steal the Casket of Ancient Winters. Odin, Thor and Loki go to the vault to find the Frost Giants slayed by the Destroyer. Thor says that they must an army to Jötunheim as Odin did before him, though he is forbidden to do so.

Later, Thor gathers his friends Sif and the Warriors Three to disobey Odin's orders to force answers out of Laufey, king of Jötunheim. Convincing Heimdall, the warrior who guards the Bifrost, Thor and his allies visit Jötunheim to interrogate Laufey without success. Thor's pride forces him to begin a battle with the Jotuns which leaves many of them dead or vengeful. Odin saves Thor and the others before they are outnumbered. Thor's actions lead Laufey to threaten Asgard with war, and as punishment Thor is stripped of his mighty hammer and his godlike strength and banished to Earth where he is forced to live as a mortal. Thor lands in New Mexico and is hit by a truck driven by researchers Jane Foster, Erik Selvig and Darcy Lewis. Thor is tazered by Darcy when she feels "freaked out" by his behavior. Thor wakes in a hospital bed where he thinks he is being held captive.

He eventually escapes to meet Jane Foster again, who wants to speak to him on how he ended up in the storm which brought him to Earth. Thor is instantly attracted to Jane and overhears a conversation between to two men who claim to have been trying to remove a satellite from a crater in the desert. He knows this is in fact his hammer. Thor is accused by Selvig of being insane due to his claims to be the Son of Odin and is compelled to leave them. However, fate allows him to bump into Jane again, who drives him to the crater where the intelligence agency S.H.I.E.L.D. are investigating the hammer. Thor uses his Asgardian warrior skills to fight past dozens of agents until he reaches Mjolnir, but finds that he cannot lift the hammer because it has deemed him unworthy. Thor is imprisoned by Phil Coulson and speaks with a vision of Loki, who deceives Thor by telling him that Odin is dead and Thor's banishment is conditional on the truce with Jötunheim.

Thor enters a state of depression until he is freed by Erik Selvig, who tells the agents that Thor is a former physician named Donald Blake. Thor returns to Jane and gives her a fraction of her research which S.H.I.E.L.D. had stolen. He then explains to her about his godhood, Asgard and the Nine Realms and, for the first time, feels comfortable as a mortal man. The next day, Thor's friends the Warriors Three and Sif arrive to bring him home, explaining that Odin is alive and Loki has claimed leadership over Asgard. Loki sends the Destroyer to kill Thor, leveling the small town. After the Asgardians fail to defeat the Destroyer, Thor offers his life to the automoton to save the Earth. A blow from the Destroyer kills Thor' mortal form, restoring his worthiness to wield Mjolnir and reclaim his powers. Thor defeats the Destroyer and promises Phil Coulson an alliance. Thor travels to Asgard, promising Jane that he will return for her and giving her a passionate kiss before leaving for Asgard.

Thor reveals Loki's plot to their mother Frigga and battles Loki at Bifrost, which is devastating Jötunheim with its power. Thor chooses to save the Jotuns by shattering the rainbow bridge and destroying Bifrost. Odin saves Loki and Thor before they fall into space. Loki, knowing his actions have not earned him the respect he wanted, allows himself to fall into the abyss and Thor cries out for his brother. Thor mourns Loki's apparent death and longs to see Jane again, knowing he cannot as long as Bifrost is gone. He makes amends with his father and speaks with Heimdall about the likelihood of returning to Earth, to which Heimdall only offers hope. When Asgard discovers Loki is upon Earth, seeking the Tesseract, Odin uses some dark sorcery to send Thor to Earth to stop him. Thor lands on the jet in which Loki is being escorted back to the Helicarrier by Captain America, Iron Man and Black Widow, and he takes Loki from their custody.

Thor tries to convince Loki to give up his plans and return home to Asgard with the Tesseract, though Loki still resents Thor. Iron Man attacks him and the two trade blows when Iron Man refuses to allow Thor to take Loki away. When Captain America intervenes, he points out that they shouldn't be fighting with each other, and asks Thor to put Mjolnir down. In response, Thor brings his hammer down on Captain America, who blocks it with his shield which absorbs the impact, shocking Thor, who realizes they have the same goal and so stops fighting. They return to the SHIELD Helicarrier, where Loki is put into a cell designed to hold and dispose of the Hulk if necessary. Thor is quick to point out that while Loki is unstable he is his adoptive brother. Later he asks Coulson about Jane Foster and is told that she was moved to a secure location when Loki returned and Erik Selvig was put under his control.

Thor is asked by Fury if he is capable of inflicting torture on Loki to reveal his goals. Later as Thor and the others argue, Loki's mind controlled henchmen blow up one of the Helicarrier's engines and help free Loki, also triggering Banner to unwillingly transform into the Hulk. Thor fights the Hulk, being the only one who can match him for strength. After the Hulk has been led off of the Helicarrier, Thor goes to make sure Loki is still contained. When he arrives the cell door is open, and Thor tries to stop Loki leaving but it turns out to be an illusion and Thor gets trapped in the cell. Loki threatens to drop the cage when Coulson confronts him with a gun made from the Destroyer, however Loki stabs Coulson and drops Thor. As he plummets towards Earth, Thor manages to smash free from the cell just in time to avoid the impact. After recovering, Thor uses Mjolnir's powers to replenish his strength before he heads to New York city to confront Loki.

Arriving at Stark Tower once Loki has used the Tesseract to open a portal allowing the Chitauri to invade Earth, Thor again tries to convince him to stop, since the Chitauri are destroying the world he wants to rule. Failing, he briefly clashes with his brother before Loki flees on a Chitauri vessel. Thor joins Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye on the battlefield, and starts helping to fight the Chitauri, before Iron Man and Hulk join them. Captain America orders Thor to use his power to stem the flow of enemies coming through the portal, which he does using lightning bolts, before joining the battle. He helps Hulk bring down a Leviathan. Soon Iron Man sends a nuclear missile intended for the city through the portal, but his attempt is shot down by Chitauri as they had scouted his attempt. The missile fell into the ocean below and exploded upon impacting the ocean floor. It had been their one chance to end this and now it was too late. On the platform of Stark Tower, Chitauri soldiers swarmed it overwhelming Black Widow & Dr. Selvig, despite intervention from Hawkeye, before they had a chance to shut the machine down. On the ground Thor, Captain America & Hulk were in the motions of retreating, recognizing that their situation was going from worse to much worse. They would retreat for now, but they would not give up fighting until Loki and the Chitauri were defeated indefinitely.

Nicholas as a whole is a very Intelligent man who utilizes his vast knowledge for good. He is an excellent engineer and mechanic capable of fixing almost, if not all, machinery due to his extensive research and studies in Bio-Engineering. Nicholas is an inventive mechanical engineering icon within his family, constantly creating new technology and looking for ways to improve it. Despite his past alcoholism and subsequent recovery, Nicholas is composed of a tremendous strength of will. Never giving up and often emerging from personal defeat even stronger. In order to maintain his frame to fit perfectly in his suit as it was custom made for his exact build, he engages in moderate regulated exercise and dieting. Which puts his personal strength outside of the suit at a near Olympic Athlete level. Despite his overwhelming Intelligence and athleticism, Nicholas is a smooth talker and a very charismatic individual.

Often attending parties or city-held events of a high caliber despite his mother being the one who owns his family company. Despite living in the example of a typical 'rich kid', Nicholas rather spends his money towards charities and helping those in need to find a better lifestyle. Additionally, his excess money goes towards repairing and modifying his power suit that he built throughout the years as a teenager and young adult. Typically classified as a ladies man and a romantic, Nicholas often makes points to win a female over for a night or two when he has down time. But feels that he personally has no time for a long lasting relationship. In response to his father passing away a year before his 25th birthday, Nicholas took up drinking and has had more then a few incidents with hangovers. But in a nutshell, the best words to describe him would be that of Courageous. Brave. Daring. Risky. Driven. Charismatic. Dynamic. Complex. And most of all, Motivated.

Nicholas Anthony Pierce was born on August 31, 1987 to two high class and very well known parents. His father, an industrialist and inventor who was famous for his contributions to the government of creating the first ever Armor Piercing Sidewinder Missile. His mother was a Doctor who traveled the world and tended to Aiding those overseas and within the United States themselves to which she won multiple Certifications and Awards for her accomplishments. His father receiving the same amount for his never ending contributions and inventions from within his own companies Weapons System Division. As a young child, Nicholas has two routes he could take from an early age to further his life and start it off on the right track. Easily excelling above other classmates and achieving faster graduation abilities should he study hard enough and make the grade. But in Nicholas's mind, all he wanted to do was help others and make a difference.

With both his mother and father constantly devoting their free time to furthering Nicholas's education and studies, achieving a greater knowledge of higher grade topics was not a problem. He graduated High School at the age of 18 and went on to a college by the name of Ogden-Weber Tech immediately afterwards to fulfill a study in Engineering and Mechanics. Like his father. While he studied, his mother taught him a thing or two about Pharmaceuticals and Medication while allowing him to read her texts books and notes when he was bored. But his true studies relied on how quickly he was picking up on the topics of Technical, Mechanical and Engineering mastery. As a job, Nicholas took up an apprenticeship with his father in the Weapons System Division of the family business due to his father being the CEO and allowing his son to be of an assistance in the labs. This would only further Nicholas's fascination and understanding of the family business.

Finishing a six-year college term and graduating Summa c** Laude while making the Dean's List and achieving a Master's Degree in the Science of Bio-Mechanical Engineering, Nicholas at the age of twenty four was finally free of his education. It was his chance to then follow through with his job in the family business and having been loyal to the job for years, it paid off. He was given a raise and a bump up in the job titles and classifications which caused him to have an extreme amount of pride in his work. For all of the years that he spent countless night studying and spending his time chugging coffee and writing notes, it all paid off. His happiness would soon and unexpectedly crumble when not more then a week later, Nicholas would find out that his father was killed after a live display of the new Sidewinder Missile he had spent so many years building backfired and ended up exploding prematurely. Nicholas was devastated and took to hard drinking to cope.

While at the funeral a few days later, Nicholas was introduced by his fathers colleagues to a few higher up men in the business as well as a few military men from the Air Force and Army who knew his father personally. Some even having a history with his father either during High School or friends for years. Regardless, Nicholas was told the same ole' saying of 'I see good things in you' or 'We expect great things from you in the near future'. To him, it was the same old song and dance. never changed. The following week, a meeting was held to decide who would be the successor to the family business as the business couldn't operate on varied opinions alone and had to have a substantial head of the company leading the charge. Feeling as if he was too young and didn't have a true grasp upon his fathers real image and desire behind the business's progression, Nicholas let his mother take over the company.

Maintaining his position in the Weapons Division of the company, it would appear that his mother would try to steer the company in the direction of research behind Medical Cures and Pharmaceuticals while leaving the Weapons Division and military funding a thing of the past. Not agreeing with this decision at all, Nicholas made a decision that would prove to be possibly one of the best things he had ever done for himself and his fathers company as a whole. Around the time that the Weapons Division was on a see saw of surviving, Nicholas had bought a large warehouse by the edge of the city located within a comfortable distance from his house. Using his family name as an edge and persuasive tactic to hand over the Weapons Division and Bio-Mechanical Divisions to his name and ownership, Nicholas had the entire series of departments and branched divisions relocated to the warehouse. He made sure the Warehouse was reinforced and privatized so that no one could come on the property that didn't work for him or his fathers Weapons and Bio-Mechanical Divisions.

As soon as the employees of the Weapons & Bio-Mechanical Divisions were laid off due to lack of need, Nicholas made a return to the company just to see if they had left anything back at the family tower. As soon as he was sure there was nothing left after making successful and frequent trips to the now bare labs and floor that used to be so lively and full of machinery, he returned to the warehouse to form a new theory he had in mind. A Power Suit strong enough to withstand intense amounts of punishment and firepower. Even missiles. A lot of the former employees saw this as a waste of money and opted to leave the project to fulfill careers with other jobs around the city that pertained the their previous work. Which left Nicholas down to only five people left on his team. And ironically, they were the higher ups who saw Nicholas's morale and drive behind the idea and stuck with him behind him one hundred percent.

Over the course of a year, Nicholas and his trusted Divisions Experts had wrote up a blue print on how the power suit was to be formulated and built. Mostly with Nicholas's physique and overall muscular structure in mind as he was the brains behind the entire theory and idea alone. They managed to build two suits to which Nicholas had tried out himself, but both were either lacking in electrical circuitry in order to power the suit and all of it's features. Or just didn't have enough shielding to withstand all of the punishment he expected it to take. By then a lot of his fellow Division Members were only focusing on the amount of money going down the drain and collectively agreed to back away from the project. Leaving it all to Nicholas and him alone so they wouldn't be used as an excuse for the families money plummeting. Almost on his last thread of hope, Nicholas started to think to himself how he could piece everything together in a way that it would all work out.

The answer would come to him in a dream as he would start to remember how electronics could be combined in the methods of thermoelectric generators and advanced robotics. The suit itself would be a built upon layering instead of one consistent layer and everything packed onto it. That was when Nicholas, fresh awakened out of his dream had spent hours in a day, sometimes even bypassing sleep as a whole to work on his suit instinctively. He would pass out for a few hours, wake up, eat and drink, then get right back into the process once more. Until he felt as if he had done enough work each day for a good successful forward progression to the time frame he wanted to finish the suit. A few months after his birthday, just upon the brink of New Years Day, the suit was finally completed. A burly and scruffy looking Nicholas would finally look upon the suit as his pride and joy as it met all of the qualifications and modifications he could ever want.

There were still a few modifications he wanted to include for possible overseas Anti-Terrorist campaigns, but in general, the suit was his greatest work of art. His personal perfection. He even went as far as to include a voice recognition program that was not only installed into the suit, but his cell phone as well. He called it T.R.A.V.I.S. But in long term, it stood for Tactical Reconnaissance and Virtual Intelligence System. It was programmed to only work for him by his voice and by his command. Even recognizing his height and weight within the suit as an added security scheme. Testing it out on a few older models of the suit, Nicholas was pleasantly surprised and pleased by how responsive and quick the computers and electrical sensors were in comparison to his movements and overall flexing and joint motion. After a few minor tweaks and finalized tests, his suit was perfect at last and he custom built a case for the suit that had a number pad lock on it that only he knew the passcode to.

Months later, Nicholas had managed to construct an underground storage garage beneath his house through means of an elevator that would take him down. Everything from the warehouse was relocated to his underground storage through an in-depth way of digging a hole in the ground where a service elevator could be placed and covering the top with a concealable turf padding that made it appear to be the same likeness of the grass around the area. Plus, his house was big enough and had a fence around it so who would really be able to see it in the first place. Plus, his house was located far away from normal civilization since it was by the beach so he had the freedom of no neighboring guests for a mile or so. Finally having everything moved in underground, his surface hatch disguised and the old warehouse taken down by means of a paid construction job, Nicholas finally had the peace and quiet he always wanted.

Personality :: People say that I am an a*****e? I would have to agree. I don't particularly like nicknames or pet names. At all. I enjoy my full name. Extremely. But I hate shortened names or minimal effort taken to say it. I am very opinionated. I'm not afraid to say what is on my mind and I tend to not focus on the downfall or repercussions of what I say till later. I have a one-track mind and I don't like to be derailed. I generally act flippant and arrogant. Constantly playing word games, especially when it comes to dancing around an issue. Even more so especially when that issue involves my true feelings on the line. Distracting me from achieving a goal? You'd better have something worthy of a skill set or knowledge base to interrupt me. You might not live if you don't. But that doesn't stop me from being a smartass or sarcastic jerk to you.

It's all in good fun. At least in my playbook. You'll know when I'm pissed off. Trust me. I don't hide it. I have a short fuse. a very short fuse. Doesn't take me long to get annoyed. And certainly doesn't take long for me to get pissed off. That's why I'm extremely picky choosey of who I associate and/or talk to. Oh. And whatever you do, don't touch me. Seriously. Women, yes. But there are ramifications and rules behind that. Guys, I'll break a limb. Or two. Or all of them. I've been told I have an aristocratic, elegant demeanor. Self-Contained and reserved on the surface. Not to mention a very pragmatic outlook on life. I believe the nature of a vampire is inherently dark, and that if you do not feed on humans, you are unnatural and weak.

Biography :: The story of my life is simple, yet will throw you on a roller coaster so wild, you will mentally vomit. Don't tell me I didn't warn you. I was born in South Carolina to a father who owned a marina by the beach and a mother who owned a rock and mineral store. My only other sibling was a younger brother of five years. Allow me to say first hand that as much as we're brothers, we don't have the best of history. Never did. Never will. The amount of violent tendencies and fights we've had adds up over the years. But whatever. Back to the story. Oh, did I fail to mention I was born in 1839? Yeah. That's probably an important piece of information. Fast forward through all the wars and confederate crap, to the point where I was shot. Yes. Through the chest. Through the heart. Dead. So how Am I still telling you this story? Easy. Some attractive woman with a sexy bombshell of a body decided that I was handsome enough to save and she bit my neck. Yes. Bit my neck. Vampire reference. You get it? You got it? Good.

Week later, I'm alive. I'm laying next to my brother in some hidden shack on the outskirts of town and my brother and I both wake at the same time. woman who bit me was there as well with freshly killed humans. Problem is? They were our parents. And we were ordered to feed on their blood. I was hesitant. I was repulsed by the idea. But after learning what new life I now life after a brief understanding sales pitch from the chick, I gave in. I took my mother. My brother? My father. We were trained at the same time yet I was given more attention due to my personality as well as my older and much more mature age differential. My brother didn't appreciate that. So he left town. Haven't seen him since. But throughout the years, I learned everything. I fed. I perfected my craft. I became one to my change and engulfed myself in it. I swam in it. Breathed it. Lived it. Celebrated it. But recently, it's become dull. So what did I do? I left town. Made way to New York which is where I now live. With a hell of lot of people mind you. It's not entirely the most fun of times. But they keep me entertained. I have no reason to leave. Yet.
