After all, I do love to cozy up in my comfy chair and crack open a book to read. My parents raised me to be a polite and sophisticated young woman, so I generally speak with a polite air. Not too over-the-top polite as in "why, Mister Darcy, I daresay your tie looks agreeably fashionable", but you know what I mean. I'm also quite friendly and easy-going, so I'm easily approachable if you're looking for a friend. That does not, however, mean that you can come up to me and randomly ask to be my friend. I like to get to know you a little before we become friends.

✩About me: I come from a rich family. My dad specializes in International Relations whereas my mom's a conference interpreter. Anyway, I spent most of my childhood life in Seoul, South Korea, but at the age of nine, my family ended up moving to another country. Since I only knew how to speak Korean at the time, I was very lost on how to communicate with the locals. Now I'm pretty much bilingual in Korean and English. Oh, did I tell you I'm half-Japanese, half-Korean? My dad's Korean and my mom's Japanese. However, I don't know how to speak Japanese. Personality-wise, I'm an introvert, but I'm not exactly shy. I just don't like being upbeat and spunky all the time. I'm very much into lolita fashion (especially sweet lolita and wa-lolita), but I only wear the styles on weekends. Oh, and I love Kpop and Jpop.
✩Why I decided to come: My parents to enroll me at this academy since it was the closest one to home. However, they didn't exactly count on there being non-human beings at the school--they thought that it was just a normal school. Oh, how wrong they were. But since they paid good money for my education, they decided to just let me stay and finish my high school education here. They warned me and told me to be cautious around creatures that go "bump in the night", such as vampires, zombies, and werewolves, but they haven't done anything to me...yet. Plus, what's life without a little danger once in a while? I may not have any abilities of my own, but at least I know some tae kwon do and aikido to defend myself if necessary.

I'm pretty much like any human on land, but once my leg touches water (bath water and drinking water don't count), I transform into a mermaid. My mermaid form is different from my human form--not only do I sprout a fish tail, but my physical appearance also changes. I think I look older when I'm in mermaid form. I'm a very curious person. That means I love to explore and learn new things. Also, I'm cheerful and energetic. I guess you could also say that I'm a child at heart most of the time.

As a child growing up, Victoria was mostly raised by a governess while her parents worked, even though governesses were no longer common in England as they were in the past. She grew close to her governess and often relied on her governess to tell her stories and teach her things that interested her. Despite being rich, Victoria disallowed herself to be spoiled or pampered, and only permitted herself to have nice things when she truly deserved it. Also as she was growing up, Victoria was taught how to play the piano (which she didn't like because she could never coordinate her hands to play at the same time) and sing. At the age of 8, she took up the violin and liked it more than the piano. She also acquired fluency in French and German thanks to her governess who was of both heritage and descent. Victoria was recently sent overseas for her education because her parents could not find a school in England that was fit for their daughter's "abnormality."
