Tsukika is, Cold, Calm, Collected, Uncaring, Unfathomable, Cruel, Dark, Emotionless, Smart, Reasonable, Assertive, Formal, Powerful, Cynical, Viciously calculating, Analytical, and Merciless. Tsukika really doesn't care if Aizen rules the world or not, as long as it benefits her in some way, then sure, she won't mind. Also, her calmness when addressing casualties and deaths is known to be maddening, and rage - evoking. She is, very surprisingly, highly charismatic (or threatening) because her eyes seem to be either filled with courage or filled with some sort of dark motivation. Also, she is highly analytical and clever in her battles, she prefers not to actually use her Zanapakuto, but kidou instead. She will try end the battle with as little effort as possible, by agitating her opponent, which clouds their reason, and attacking her with much force, and showing her their abilities first. She analyzes them and develops a strategy to defeat them. When her opponent attacks her in a rush, there is a high probability that she would dodge (her family's specialty is hand to hand combat and her cousin is the flashstep master). On a daily basis she doesn't speak unless necessary, and when she does, its only to address very serious matters.
But Tsukika also seems to have a few other faces, for one during battle against a powerful opponent, she might lose control over her bloodthirsty Zanpakuto and suddenly experience bloodlust, and a the usual cold calm and collected her, becomes dark and murderous, and she might slightly taunt her opponent in cruel ways, and use sarcasm. Also, she's going to be using her Zanpakuto in this stage much more than normal.
Also, with a past like hers, Tsukika probably wasn't born a very cold and hateful person, but she was only forced into it, and locked away, under permanent seal her emotions. Underneath it all, the coldness, the hatred, the power, she's really just weak and broken, although no one has ever seen that side of her, and she doesn't plan on that happening either. Also, Tsukika herself, never even thinks about this side, so she hardly knows, its somewhere in the back of her soul, where she doesn't even know.
Tsukika's final side is the scariest. It will only happen once or twice in her entire life (which is almost forever), and that is insane. And this is basically a mixture and combination of all the previous, meaning she's now bloodthirsty, cold, cruel, and slightly sarcastic. Also, in this form she is the strongest, because she is now releasing all those emotions she kept inside after so many years. For those who actually see her, her eyes, usually cold and calculating, take on an edge of emptiness, insanity, and somewhat hatefulness.

Tokoshinae Toketsu (Frozen Eternity 冷凍エタニティ). Tsukika's Zanpakuto is one of most beautiful, yet powerful Zanpakutos in the Soul Society, not unlike its wielder, but not the most ancient. It's sheath is an elegant midnight blue, with a small amount of gold layering on the very end. The guard of the Zanpakuto is made of two pure gold crescent moons facing each other, connected by a golden rim. The design on the hilt is very unique as well. About half of the hilt is embedded in pure, shining gold, over the dark blue of it. The gold forms an intricately lovely swirl of the cold clouds of night, and a small section of the gold curves of the hilt. Attached to that small section is a small, but beautiful, crescent moon pendant that is connected to the section with a tiny, thin, expertly formed black chain that entwines around the moon as well. Tokoshinae Toketsu's Zanpakuto attributes are ice and darkness, again, quite like its master, ans focuses more on illusion abilities that place the mind into a state of madness. The spirit residing within Tsukika's Zanpakuto is an otherworldly, majestic dragon Its scales are made impenetrable pure black ice. It also has a brilliant moon between its two antennae, that make its onyx scales glisten in the moonlight. It also resides in an hyouden (eternal snow field), that seems to stretch for eternity. The snow field is also covered in black ice petals from the moonflowers. The whole matter of that world is basically black and white, however the Dragon's eyes, are a piercing scarlet red. It stands out and contrasts perfectly, and is strong enough to inject fear right into your body. Tsukika's eyes are also a similar color, crimson red.
Zanpaktou Length: Tsukika can be considered a bit of a "showoff" in this aspect. As all Shinigami know, one's Zanapkuto length is a reflection of their own reiatsu, but of course, all captains can control their length, and so can Tsukika, being the Commander. However, she keeps it enough so that it isn't ridiculously long, but longer than average. It's falls one inch blow three feet, at 35.5", and almost touches the ground, being tied around her waist. That also might be because of her personal dislike of kodachi blades, she likes long, thin, and elegant katanas.
Width: Tokoshinae Toketsu is not a very wide blade, even with the sheath. Tsukika personally also dislikes broadswords, which is why its slim at 2.5" with the sheath, and 1.5" without, despite this, its still can stand many attacks, from the tip of an enemy blade, directly to the body of the her blade, and is highly durable, mostly due to Tsukika's own high reiatsu levels.
Thickness: Again, Tsukika really does not like blades that are too wide and thick, its rather graceless, and more importantly, slows you down, and is a hindrance during battle. Which is why her Zanpakuto is rather thin, at 1 centimeter of pure, strong, cold, silver, and 1.3 with the sheath one of the best possible metals for a Zanpakuto. Also, because it shines deceptively in the moonlight, and can be used to refract against an opponent's eyes.
Shikai: Achieved
Shikai Name: Jikanhanten (時間反転), Tokoshinae Toketsu (Time Reversal, Frozen Eternity)
Shikai Release Incantation: 目覚め (Awaken) Tokoshinae Toketsu
Shikai Description: [x] Upon the release into Shikai, the blade of Tsukika's zanpkuto will automatically crystalize into pure ice, unbreakable. It's said to be quite beautiful, but with a dark presence, for the ice of pure crystal onyx, the hilt becomes and the ruin inscriptions along the side of the blade glow, and with a flash of light, the blade changes, the hilt and guard remain almost the same, however, the twin crescent moons in this form are enlarged. Tsukika's shikai also grows stronger depending on the moon phase, whether its waxing or waning. It is strongest at full moon, and weakest when their is no moon. Her shikair is what truly shows her Zanpakutos element attributes, and makes it obvious, her ice is pure, onyx black. Upon going into Shikai, Tsukika's reiatsu levels will sharply rise, and she her reiatsu, will course through Tokoshinae Toketsu, thus causing the blade to elongate and then crystallize, in fact, it sometimes seems as if her reiatsu is what causes it to change form like that.
Shikai Ability: (絶対的なしびれ Absolute Numbness) Junzentaru Shibire
This ability is much more than it seems, at first, this is not very impressive, and "weak" considering Tsukika's rank, but the stronger the opponent, and the longer that battle, this ability proves more and more effective. After being in contact with Tsukika's ice, well not exactly contact, but having it in your bloodstream (i.e. being stabbed or cut), the ice will gradually spread throughout one's body, thus taking away the feeling of it. This causes the subject to slowly loose his or her sense of reality, and feel extremely distant, and then after that, if the battle lasts long enough, they will gradually loose feeling of pain. At first, this might look like a good thing, allowing the person to fight unprecendented, however, this also causes them to weaken themselves. Plain is a receptor, telling the body when it needs to stop or give up, however, once you don't feel it anymore, you have no idea to when to stop, until the point where your body overloads and shuts down. In this stage, Tsukika can wait her enemy out, but she hates that, which is why she almost never uses this ability, since she does not like to drag things on, but when it is in effect, Tsukika must concentrate on dodging double - powered attacks that aren't influenced by pain. All in all, her Shikai ability is multi - faced and usage is avoided.
Attack no.1: ダンス堕天使の Odori no Daraku Shita Tenshi (Dance of Fallen Angels)
Fallen Angels can take the form of one's worst fears, as is this attack. It's difficult to perform and requires a great amount of concentration. Odori no Daraku Shita Tenshi, does not exactly manifest creatures with broken wings, however, it takes the form of mirrors encircling and opponent, and the mirrors, are of course, pure black ice.
After all the mirrors are aligned, and the opponent is inside the area of the circle, in each of these mirrors will manifest one of the person's worst fears, and makes it do battle against the person. It starts with one fear, and then two, and then three, until all ten of the mirrors have manifested something. Also, these things can return to the mirrors, they came from and then come out of another, as a form of dodging attacks.
Also, this can be difficult to control, because, primarily, these manifestations can function on their own, however, they do not have human minds and can be outsmarted, which is why sometimes Tsukika chooses to puppetmaster one of them. However the more she chooses to control, the more concentration and energy it will take, and the more vulnerable it leaves her.
The only way to escape this nightmarish entrapment is to destroy every single mirror or to break Tsukika's concentration on this technique, again, its uses up a lot of focus, and once that focus is lost, it will be gone.
Attack no.2: (死の氷の花 Death's Ice Blossoms) Zetsumei Hanagoori
Zetsumei Hanagoori is truly a beautiful, yet deadly attack. Upon saying the attack name, the normally pure onyx crystal Shikai blade will scatter, although hilt and guard still remain. The blade slowly, gracefully dissintegrates into multiple black ice cherry blossom petals, that are each razor sharp and infused with Tsukika's reiatsu. Tsukika can freely manipulate these deadly petals by using her hands and/or the hilt of her Zanpakuto, and even return it into its ordinary Shikai form. Her signature move with this attack is the whirlwind/typhoon created from the petals made to completely engulf the opponent within the forceful storm, and slice them up within the "little" hurricane. While entrapped in this storm, the opponent looses perception of time (which is why the Shikai is called "Time Reversal" ) and feel the dizziness from being spun around and around all over again, while being cut into shreds. It's a cruel attack and takes up a lot of energy, afterward, depending on how long it is used, it may cause extreme tiredness and fatigue.
Other than a storm, the ice petals can mold into other things, like a bird, or most commonly an ice pheonix, that charges at its opponent, and then strikes them down swiftly, however, even that will be painful due to the fact that the time spell is still in place and that the pain of being struck down will remain with them forever.
*Note: Most people who have encountered this attack do not live very long after that, or live at all.
Bankai: Achieved
Bankai Release: 粉砕天国, 黙示録の夜明け Jokai Tatakikowasu, Akatsuki no Keiji Tokoshinae Toketsu (Shatter Heaven, Dawn of Apocalypse, Frozen Eternity)
Bankai Name: 神々の呪い Tsukimono no Kamisama, Tokoketsu Tokoshinae (Curse of the Gods, Frozen Eternity)
Bankai Description: [x] Tokoshinae Toketsu completely evaporates in Bankai, the actual Zanpakuto sealed form of it that is, nothing of its Bankai even resembles the blade. Upon release into Bankai, a large, shimmering Moonpool appears below where Tsukika is standing, and then reflects an unseen, mysterious black moon inside. Tsukika then slowly plunges the Toketsu Tokoshinae within this pool, then watches as it becomes black and silver streams of energy taking the form of moonflowers as it all slowly sinks into the pool. This is truly a sight to behold as it looks almost like a dissappearing miracle, as it is performed like a sacred ritual. If one observed closely enough, they would see that the about half of the blade plunged in has become silver swirls of light and darkness below the mirage, it is truly a mystery and no one understands what is going on and what the true purpose is of it. However, one fact is for sure, Tsukika's Zanpakuto is certainly one of the most powerful in the Soul Society. This Bankai is what gave her command over Gotei 13, despite her own unwillingness. This is why people always believe in her strength no matter how she is on the outside. However, Bankai is right now not at its true potential, because as said, a Zanpakuto is a reflection of one's soul, and since Tsukika does not really understand her soul, she cannot use it to its full potential, which is why she cannot unlock its final attack.
Bankai Ability: ( 地獄生まれ変わる Hell Reincarnate ) Jigoku Fukkatsu Shimasu
Unlike the Shikai ability, the ability of Tokoshinae Toketsu in Bankai is undeniably strong, and it is in full physical ability, but has worse after effects, way worse after effects. Upon release into Bankai, Tsukika's reiatsu will skyrocket (she keeps it highly suppressed on a daily basis) and the entire terrain will change into what Tokoshinae Toketsu expresses as the "World's End", basically calling forth a, literally, frozen hell. The entire terrain of the surrounding area becomes the world ending in ice, and it is all frozen into black ice. The surrounding sky also begins snowing, however it is black snow, and it is deadly as well. The Bankai ability also creates barrier locking in both Tsukika and the opponent into a battleground where she gets to manipulate everything, she can form the earth into stalagmites making it lethal to the touch, and the sky, making the snowfall into a weapon as well. Also, the barrier around the area even seals off reiatsu, making the opponent practically untrackable, and sealing off the use of Hoho, thus making them vunerable to the terrain manipulations.
Attack no.1: ( 神の悪夢 Divine Nightmare ) Kami no Akumu
Upon the use of the ability of the Bankai, Tsukika would usually go directly into this attack, Kami no Akumu, or Divine Nightmare. After your body is enduring physical torture, than your mind must face the wrath of Tokoshinae Toketsu in breaking your mind into pieces, and that it has successfully done all the time. After being entrapped in a virtual frozen hell, the attack, Kami no Akumu, will cause ethereal chains to run right through a person's soul many, many times. The chain is made of black ice, like everything else, and each individual latch represents one of the opponent's unpleasant memories, or a re - collection of the terrible events of one's life. So the chain shall shoot right through anyone from all directions, below the earth, in the sky, east and west, until the fully pierce a person's body. Now, this is where the true definition of Tsukika's Zanpakuto comes out, while in this, frozen visage, their physical being being encased in the elements of ice and darkness, their mind is trapped in a torture of eternity, an eternity that is frozen.
Attack no.2: n/a for now
Also, Tsukika entered Gotei 13 under a false Bankai, because using the real one would probably kill her, plus, she didn't want to become a captain in the first place.
Also, due to her Zanpakuto abilities, and appearance, and Tsukika's apparent "mastery" over it, she has earned the nickname the "Black Diamond".

Blood.
That had been my first sight, the first memory I ever had. I was born a daughter of the Shihouin Clan, during the time when the Spirit King was still in power, Yes, I still remember it, like it all happened one second ago.
Being completely newborn, I had no idea of anything going on around me, all I heard were loud, shrill sounds, as well as a stench of loathing in the air. I didn't understand what any of it was, but all I could see, was this sharp, scarlet liquid, and it hung in my memory for a while, what was it? I didn't know, but it seemed to match the color of my dark crimson eyes at the time. Then, suddenly, i felt something cold, and shiny, at my neck, it was pressed tight against it. Back then I had no idea what it was, so i reached for it with my tiny, soft hands, and I stroked the object against me neck. What was this? I reached for it as I suddenly heard a gasp from a low voice,
"Hey, what's with this kid? Shouldn't she be crying?"
"Yeah, I know, she must be some kinda of hellspawn or somethin'."
"Well, aren't all kids like that?"
Their conversation and mock laughter continued for a while, but there words seemed to me like chaos and noise just entering and filling my mind, giving a an indescribable amount of confusion. I screamed and hollered as I clutched the cold, shiny, sharp, object. I wanted these people gone, gone out of my mind. Of course, the assassins were beginning to get freaked out by me, "Demon!" screamed one them as they grabbed the object out of my frail hands, and held it above my cradle menacingly. I, naturally, did not understand the situation, and only kicked and screamed louder and louder. The object plunged towards me, but time seemed to stop there. With all this boiling up inside me, I felt a sudden darkness, coldness in the air. I was releasing reiatsu with ever scream. This shocked the assassins, what was I? Then suddenly, the knife fell to ground, as the guards arrived. Then their was more blood, everywhere. It filled the range of my vision, as I soon began calming down. But the timing of it all . . .they arrived in time to save me . . . but wasn't that because I saved myself first? Was this just bad luck? Or was I in fact a demon . . .
I still remember the moon that day. Full, luminous, beautiful. But haunting and deadly as well, mystery swirling beneath its pale depths. I saw it, and I was fascinated, but that night, if was a mirror, dyed crimson, by the bloodshed, and cast a shadow over the death. It had blended so perfectly, that I was named after it. But it was intended as a curse, a name fitting of the demon born into my Clan, Tsukika, or "beautiful moon".
The years rolled by, as I soon realized, I had no place in this world, it was be the best or else, and in order to survive here, I did exactly what my Clan told me. But I kept facing those stares, those hateful eyes, that I easily returned. After all, why should I care, about a world that hate me? I learned that emotions were useless, and I devoted my life to becoming more powerful. For the fact, that my life wasn't much, just hatred cycling around, and power being the only thing keeping me alive, preventing me from getting disowned. I realized, that I was being used, but I used others as well, it was just a game to see who was more manipulative. My mind was always trained to be sharp, so I did what I was told, and reeked benefits off of it myself.
Well, that was, until the day I was forced into Gotei 13.
I had trained much on my own, and I did it for myself, not to protect others. Why should I protect people that wished for my death with their being? I didn't see a point in that, but I was forced to anyway. I easily breezed through the Academy and flew through the ranks of Gotei 13, all the way to a Captain, of the Fifth Division, after the betrayal of Aizen. I wasn't interested one bit in fighting in the war, besides the victor was obvious, no need to get myself beaten up for no reason. I stayed in Hueco Mundo, dealt with a few hollows, and awaited their return, while I helped heal injuries and prepare Las Noches for the new residents. Of course, I hated the Arrancar for making me put up with this place, so I do intend to destroy them, and reclaim the Soul Society, but not for the sake of a few souls.

Rhyske is and incredible lazy person. On top of that he sleeps. Twelve hours a day. 11 hours and 55 seconds are spent gambling and wandering around Rukongai. 5 seconds are spent in New Seireitei storing up his winnings. Surprisingly, Rhyske's IQ is almost off the charts, he's incredible intelligent, and often drives people crazy with how smart he can be. This attitude has almost gotten him killed on multiple occasions, but then again, he is known for his unusual luck. Rhyske also likes the occasional cup of sake, though he's not really addicted to it. He is quite laid back, doesn't care about almost anything, and wouldn't purposely lose a battle, just so that he can go back to sleep. Also, the last person who bothered him and got him mad had their head ripped off a few seconds later, so he's quite irritable when he wants to be. Rhyske's casual, laid - back manner gets him into trouble a lot with the higher ups (not his captain though, and he only really gets super respectful around Aizen, and sometimes Tousen). On top of some hostility he gets for his personality, he has to watch over his captain, to make sure she doesn't do anything too stupid, much to his own displeasure. He really doesn't care what other people think of him, and doesn't mind being differant (especially in the way he dresses ↑). He's pretty relaxed around everyone, cool - headed, and calm, and kind off nice. He's surprisingly unprejudiced, when it comes to Shinigami, if he sees one randomly walk past him, he won't bother reporting them, unless they're attacking him first, and he didn't bother wording that differently. Interestingly enough, Rhyske is also quite the architect.
That night, he got into a fight with his father, Rhyske didn't really consider it a fight, since he was leaning on a wall, flipping around a coin. His father, however, was hopping mad, saying that he shouldn't have taken the "risk" of letting him live. Rhyske then casually replied that his dad was and idiot about taking a bad "risk".

Despierte; Desgracia (Awaken, Misfortune). Rhyske usually only uses his Zanpakuto when dealing with idiots that annoy him, and that's only to cut them down, he hardly ever goes into his Resurreccion, its too "bothersome". Also, he wears his Zanpakuto across his back, and sometimes is seen casually leaning on it on his shoulders.
Desgracia's other half: Bueno Hace (Good Will)
With the Release command El descanso, Bueno Hace (Rest, good Will), When he flips over his Zanpakuto, the black and red pattern on the scabbard becomes a black and white pattern, which only comes out Rhyske requires it for healing. It has amazing healing properties that rival that of Inoue Orihime's, for one, the Blade of his Zanpakuto becomes a transparent projectile that he stabs through the victim, then begins mending them from the soul out, then when its over, he takes out his Zanpakuto and flips it again, and if returns to Desgracia.

Rhyske was born in the Middle Ages. His family wasn't all that rich, and his dad thought it that it was a "risk" having him born. It turned out that he was right, thus his name. His mother died in childbirth, and he grew up with his dad, who owned a small shop. Rhyske had to work 24/7 in his dad's stupid little store; cleaning, selling, dealing with idiot customers who asked too many questions for their own good. Of course Rhyske, being a natural born genius, made his dad and him, one of the richest families in the land, but of course, his self - important, arrogant father took all the credit. Rhyske didn't care a thing. He cared whether or not his chopped lamb was cooked correctly. Every day, he managed his family wealth, attributing it all to his father of course, but in his free time, he didn't have much to do. He rolled around dice, and played against everyone he knew, with him as the obvious winner. Then when his father decided that his son was showing off "too much intellect" he cut him off from all forms of socializing with people his age or slightly older.
Of course, the reason being, that his dad feared his son would get too many allies and overthrow him, and show that he was the one pulling the string's behind his family's success, and didn't want to take the "risk". Rhyske, at this point, was getting annoyed by his father. He was confined to their huge family estate, playing chess against himself, and sometimes swinging around a sword when he was bored. Naturally, Rhyske's definition of "swinging around a sword" did not match the average person's at the time. In truth, his casual little practices were on par with that of a seasoned general's (and this is what he does when bored). Seeing the raw talent in the boy, he was offered, by the military at the time, as position of a Knight. Well, much to his dad's horror, Rhyske rudely shut down that offer as soon as it was made. He wasn't a big fan of chivalry, he was even less a fan of randomly yelling and hacking off random people's limbs, it was a waste of a good horse.
That night, Rhyske got into a fight with his father. Well, Rhyske was leaning against a wall, flipping a coin up and down, but that only made his dad even more angry. He hurled insults at his son all night long, until Rhyske was utterly annoyed by the sound of his voice. He easily put his dad in and armlock and sued him the next day. Of course, at the time, their really was no such thing as a court, so he bribed a few nobleman, showed evidence of his dad being corrupt, and easily got him executed. Yup, Rhyske had planned this far ahead. He really was a genius. So now, with his father dead, Rhyske had to take over the family business, and he hated it. It was too much of a bother, he'd much rather have been gambling. But one day, it really drove him insane. He decided to kill himself, just because he was bored of life, not because he was emo. That night, he burned down the entire estate, and went to bed. The next day, he woke up in Hueco Mundo, as he had descended into a hollow, but not just any hollow, a Menos, an Adjucha.
As an Adjucha, he was quite average, but good enough to be an Arrancar, borderline Espada, but he was always fine with his power level. In the Adjucha phase of his death, he pretty much slept all day, writing random equations in the sand, when he wasn't and then came the day he was chosen to be an Arrancar in Aizen's army. Rhyske wasn't very fond of armies, but he was smart, enough to know that saying "no" to Aizen, would have him begging for destruction. When Aizen had made him an Arrancar, it was obvious that someone like him had no chance of being and Espada, lazy, and not good for too much except for gambling and designing buildings, but Aizen kept him around, since their was a lot repair work to do his structures. But he was rarely needed, so he basically hung around Rukongai after Aizen took over.
But one day that changed. Unfortunately for him, Aizen heard of that and Rhyske had to take the resulting promotion. Rhyske is still wondering if the "risk" was worth it.

Something quite noticeable about Sayoko, is her obvious inferiority issues to her older sister, Tsukika. Pretty much not being able to best her sister at anything, besides being/acting weak. She's quite shy and timid, and rarely speaks, not that she's heard anyway. Sayoko pretty much blends in with the background all the time, hardly anyone ever notices her, which makes information her forte, she's stealthy when she really wants to be, though she's also a bit clumsy. Sayoko can also be described as slightly depressed, after all, what would one expect from a person that is never noticed, except in a comparison? At night, she hates the cold, because she thinks it feels like her sister's reiatsu too much, and often yells things in the middle of the night, and that lead almost everyone around her to believe that she was crazy. Of course, she kind of is, but what's worse is that no one ever cares about her, so she never understood what friendship meant, and is truly all alone, and hates it. Power wise, Sayoko is quite average, though probably a bit above average, considering that she's a seated officer.
There's lots of things that can terrify the girl, the cold, the darkness, mice, rats, dragons . . . yeah. Another thing is that she's also very skittish whenever a Captain looks at her, much less talks to her. She falls over her words, stutters, and ends up staring at the ground apologizing.

Kizashienko (Dawning Flame)
In its sealed form, Kizashienko takes the form of a 4 foot standard Shinigami Zanpakuto, well, maybe it isn't exactly "standard", after all, one's Zanpakuto does reflect their reiatsu levels, but Sayoko is kinda short, so her's practically touches the ground when she walks (she wears it at her waist). Sayoko's Zanpakuto is actually quite nice in appearance, its sheath a traditional dark color, with a brace in the center, as well as a frame at the butt of the sheath, as well as the mouth. The tsuba, or hilt, is a furious red, with golden pegs, and red wrappings as well, and the neck is a standard bronze.
Sayoko's shikai is entered with the release command "Shojiro, Kizashienko" or "Arise, Dawning Flame". Upon release into Shikai, the blade of Sayoko's Zanpakuto, completely vanishes in flames, literally. The process begins as the point of the blade part lits on fire, and then spears throughout the rest of the blade, until everything but the hilt and guard has disappeared. Once shikai is released a ring of wildfire surrounds Sayoko and her opponent(s), and Sayoko's Shikai ability is to create hurricanes of flames, controlled by swinging her hilt, much like Rangiku's Haineko.
Bankai: Sayoko has not obtained Bankai yet, but really wants to, seeing that there's more than one person in her squad that actually has it, both the Captain and the vice. So, if vice captains can have Bankai, why can't she?
