Shouji Hyashi actually came from a family of post office owners. It's not as glamorous or interesting as other families but it was something that they were interested in. The family 'business' is mainly situated in Neverland where he is currently looking over in place of his parents whom are located in another town managing the connection there. It all started when the true owners of the post office passed away, soon after stories of it being haunted arose and no one wanted to go near the place. It was a bit chaotic, no letters were sent or received for days until the brave Hyashi adults decided to step up to the plate. Some people feared their safety while others just called them insane, though much to everyone's surprise they were actually alright. The pair didn't seemed hurt, possessed, or zombie-like. The post office opened once again and the flow of the Neverland letters was back to normal.
Born into the life of paper and postage stamps, Shouji became fond of the smell of the envelopes his family lovingly delivered to neighbors and other cities and towns. There wasn't a day in his childhood where he wasn't near the familiar heavy canvas bag of envelopes. His parents were social people, always talking and making friends with those they came across during their delivery. Communication was a big thing for their family, so at least once or twice a week, trips out to the city and near by towns were made to send mail to farther away places.
It was planned for him to be part of the post office, but it was soon discovered that he was not quite fit to be. Before he even turned three, he met more bumps, crashes, and accidents than the regular kid. Not to mention, he was sometimes late for some reason, often getting distracted by a butterfly or the neighbor's cat. His future looked grim as a mail man---or even as a regular person. No human being should be this accident-prone. His parents tried everything they could possibly do. Teaching him how to balance books on his head, perfect his posture, stretching exercise. Nothing seemed to work and ten years have passed with him being as clumsy as usual.
By the time he turned sixteen, his parents decided they trusted him enough to handle delivering mail around Neverland while they left to manage a branch of the post office in another town. Of course they had some doubts, considering how clumsy and ungraceful he is. It wasn't unlikely if he somehow catches the entire post office on fire ---but they had to start somewhere. It had gone decently enough since then (really, it could have been worse). With the deal finally set and done Shouji Hayashi was now officially Neverland's post man, though the lad didn't want to admit out loud, but he still feared the myths and legends of the post office. And none of them sounded too positive, his parents reassured him that during their time at the office nothing ghostly like had ever happened. That statement had calmed him down somewhat, but Shouji still didn't want to take the chances of being alone. So the male had hired himself a personal post assistant to work by his side (and possibly be a witness if they did came across a ghost). It's been four years since he had first booked the job and Shouji has become just a pinch less clumsy. Besides the whole haunting problem hanging over his head, he enjoys roaming the town and delivering mail to people he has come to know over the years.
・✶.。✎
『Clumsy』--- No matter how athletic he could be, he will and always be a klutz. He'll stumble, slip and fall more often than the normal human being. It doesn't matter how flat the floor is, Shouji will find some sort of invisible flaw and will trip on it and bump his face into the nearest solid object or the ground most of the time. Most of the residents of Neverland are aware of how accident prone he is. It's his clumsiness that usually makes him late in sending mail, but he does try to send them all on time during the day. It's not that he's the worst when it comes to finding directions--He's number one at finding his way around--it's just means that he was never meant to go places without bumping into something and potentially breaking his face on something.
『Caring』--- It's a mistake to get sick with Shouji present beside you ! In fact you may end up regretting it. In the rapid blink of an eye, he'll loyally be by your side asking why your up when you should obviously be resting snugly in bed. If you didn't go home right at that instant, he'd shove some sort of medicine down your throat or devise some nonsense lecture on proper hygiene. Anything to make sure you'll go back go home. His (poor) flirting skills will be set to max and you will be tricked into going back to your humble abode, even if it means he has to tie you to his waist and take you to the post office to nurse you, all the while telling you how 'pretty' you are. He's a calm fellow generally but really, don't get sick around him. Shouji will most likely add visiting you to his daily routines, he'll be coming by nearly every day after work to feed you some sort of microwaved noodles. I warn you it's not the best ...
『Organized』--- Shouji Hayashi is the most organized person you'll ever came face to face with. What can you expect from the post man? Wouldn't want any confusion or lost mail would you ? Papers, notebooks, books, folders, immense amounts of letters (and even pencils) are organized all over his bedroom. If he had the time it would be alphabetized and color coded too. Being a borderline neat freak works for him, everything always make it to their set on destination. He can find things without a problem, he never loses things ... well not till this day.
『Friendly』--- Shouji is your friendly neighborhood post man. He is the type of person who is most likely friends with the entire class--in this case, the entire town. He loves to chat with people he meets or passes by, even if it's a simple 'Good morning, nice day were having' At first, he may seem a bit timid, but once he delivers mail to you once or twice, he starts to open up a bit more. Anyone's welcome to come up to him and make some small talk. This twenty year old teddy bear is willing to listen to anyone's troubles or to just talk and keep someone company.
『Shy』--- Shouji is a really timid guy, especially when it comes to the opposite gender. This male will stutter and blush to the point where you begin to wonder if everything is alright. This sort of routine takes place with almost every girl, especially one he finds attractive. Shouji has gone on a few official dates in the past but hasn't exactly gotten to the 'r' word stage yet. Yes, a true relationship ! Though deep down his innocent bumbling exterior beats the heart of a good to honest sweet heart. Hopefully some day he'll find that perfect gal who will accept this ungraceful yet intelligent package for who he is.

Personality -- Hiromi Kiyoshi is the type of guy you'd associate the words innocent personality to. Optimistic, friendly, talented, and not to mention just a tad shy are just a few of his characteristics. The sixteen year old tends the be a tad messy and tardy at times, not that's it's a bad thing every now and then. Since his entrance into the Host Club he has polished up his act, he's made sure not to make it some sort of permanent unbreakable habit. Besides his father had already drilled into his mind that tidiness and being well dressed will get you far in life. The brown eyed lad is known as the sort of person to make sure to turn any visible frown up side down, even if it has to involve himself looking like some sort of fool. He is a confident growing teen and insults or worse won't lower his self-esteem in any matter, especially since he has his friends to pick him right back up when things are looking grim. Don't let any flying rumors about the host club fool you, this boy will certainly never take advantage of a girl's feelings. You could say he uses his attractive nature for good. Hiromi is a well-mannered gentleman outside and behind closed doors, treating all women with the respect they deserve ... wouldn't want to upset mommy dearest.
History --
This story began on the busting, romantic, and ever well known Paris, France. A twenty two year old blond and blue eyed french woman now known as Elizabeth Kiyoshi had finished giving birth to her first born, her bundle of joy, her new son. Peering down at the cooing baby she was immediately struck with a name, yes she'd call him Hiromi, Hiromi Kiyoshi. His Asian father nodded in agreement as he held his son in his arms, playing around with his curious petit fingers. He and his mother had met approximately 2 years ago at a traditional Japanese festival, once their eyes locked on to each other it was already obvious what had taken place. It could be categorized as love at first sight. It only took the jet black haired man a few months to finally pop the question. The adult had already begun imagining the great things his son would become. Superstar athlete, talented violinist, perhaps an important and rather wealthy business man just like himself? People would know him as the son of the great Youichi Kiyoshi. Mr. Kiyoshi had decided to pack up the family and bring them back to the roots of his family, Japan. Not to mention he'd be closer to his job's headquarters. As the young male Kiyoshi hit his teenage years his future had already been planned and set in stone. In order to become the greatest Hiromi was sent to the best of the best, the cherry of an ice cream sunday, the mount. Olympus of education (perhaps father was exaggerating a bit too much). Yes indeed, it was the glorious Ouran High ! In his father's eyes Ouran seemed to be the exact location to send his first and only son. It seemed everything was going along swimmingly good behavior , decent athlete, acceptable grades ... though there was one thing that seemed to be catching people's attention, his charm. It wasn't intended, that gentle attitude and soft grin just came naturally. This little gift was so successful, he was one day pulled aside by a popular upperclassman, the one known as the 'Prince'. Since then he has dedicated his mornings and afternoons to pleasing the female student body along side his five equally talented comrades of course.
Other -- He's fluent in french (due to his mother) and is starting to dabble with the violin (because of his father).
Color -- Calm Blue

xxxxxHiromi's chocolate colored orbs wandered off a tad only to realize her statement was in fact true, mirroring her expression a small smirk of his own appeared. " Smart girl, I suppose your right" the boy shrugged gently a he slightly brushed a few of her stray hairs away from her visage using his fingertips. She was indeed an interesting enough guppy to play around with ... even if it were just for a tad. "Do I get a few points for trying to frighten you?" Hiromi replied stepping back returning his pair of hands comfortably into his pockets as the girl smoothly retreated backwards. Though he wasn't really expecting an answer, or a serious one at that. The Little Devil had a cute petite physique, an innocent appearance if you will, but everyone knew that down under that facade she was just an entertaining troublemaker. It was something someone should really pay attention to, those flirty words can change into something of trouble in an instant. "Talking with your opponents isn't all that bad, it could be fun don't you think?" Hiromi stated mentally agreeing with what he had just said, in his opinion the Ouran boys were always looking for some good competition. The brunette went on to say that it wasn't wise to bother the principal's little darlings " Well I can assure you miss your mother has nothing to worry about, we Ouran boys are known for being on perfect behavior" he added innocently, amused by the girl's latest sentence. Hiromi hadn't been able to cal her by name due to the fact he didn't remember it, he had often referred to the female hostesses by their labels or types to be more accurate.

A pair of almost colorless grey irises had been staring aimlessly at the sight of the peaceful and slow weather currently taking place, completely blocking out everything happening in the crowded slave room. He could no longer hear the familiar as well as annoying sounds of whimpering, complaining, and the occasional vulgar sentences heard from the different mouths of the packed room of slaves. Tall and short, loud and soft, seductive and shy, skinny and well plus sized, it was all so funny. A bunch of human beings treated as some sort of valuable pieces of candy awaiting for that one master to choose and savor them however they wished. The glaring sun, the soft thumping of the wind against the window. It was almost as if it were knocking to him, tempting him to come outside. Such a thought would never come true. When was the last time the nineteen year old Hiromi Hayashi had ever taken time to pay attention to something simple as the weather ? Suddenly a question popped up in his mind, how long had it been since he last felt warm and comforting beating rays of the sun? It was something the Asian lad had enjoyed when he was free, getting caught in the rain.
It really had been too long to be exact since he had felt such a soothing sensation. Most master's thought it'd be wise to keep him behind close doors and enjoy their little pet in private . His hand slowly moved down the glass of the small cool window, his only gateway to have access to the outside world. All it did was over look the expensive parked cars down below, but what did it matter? It was all so comforting. To be quite honest it had taken him much time to conquer this particular spot. A lot of sweet talking actually, Hiromi was known for his tongue among other things. Luckily it did not involve violence. That cold feeling he currently felt on his hand was what most people tried to stray away from, for him it was something he grown accustomed with after all these years, it was the one of the reason's he liked winter best. That and the fact that his now deceased mother had given birth to him during that unforgettable season of the year.
Hiromi winced just a bit it wasn't smart to lift up his slightly injured arm, though he wouldn't let anyone else notice that. The last thing he needed was to show signs of weakness, it only brought about ridicule and hardships from those who believed they were better then you. The male gently ran his finger tips down the bandaged wound, it was fresh something he had received just a day or two ago. How had the Asian teen received it, you ask? Simple from a previous master, one who had a fetish with biting ... and hard. The memory was much too clear the blood, the screaming, and the pain.
The situation had come out of nowhere. As usual the eager female had pinned him down on the bed after having a few glasses of wine, it had been the same way since she had bought him. Though today it was different she had whispered she would try something new, something they would both enjoy. The gleam present in her eyes and the mischievous smile upon her lips could only spell one word ... trouble. But what could this slave do? His job was to sit back, listen, and pleasure. The blond began to kiss and caress his face as her lips slowly trailed down to his arm. She had began nibbling upon it as if it were some sort of treat Are you ready? she asked, Hiromi could feel her growing more excited by the second. All of a sudden a sharp pain shot up his arm, he couldn't help but yell. A few streams of blood had began to trickle down, causing his face to grow pale at the sight of the red substance as the drunk woman began to grow upset. The reaction she had just received wasn't what she wanted at all. Obviously the alcohol was preventing for her common sense to come in place. She had immediately struck him across the face calling him an incompetent lover as well as an uninteresting slave. The next day she had returned him knowing full well that what had happened the previous night, should not have resulted to this. Though what sort of master would ever want to let anyone else know that she was actually the one at fault ? Hiromi couldn't help but be happy to be out of her grasp even if it did mean getting hurt to escape, this lady needed help ... unfit to take care of herself much less a slave. And those were indeed his exact last words before being pushed back into the 'waiting' room.
The teen blinked as the scene quickly disappeared from his mind, it was back to the crowded reality for him. Besides there were more important things then reminiscing to worry about ... Auction Day. The day where slaves would be poked, stared at, and if lucky bought like children grabbing unto brand new toys in a stores shelves. Many people worried about this day, especially those new to the whole business. Last minute grooming and bandaging was applied to those who needed it most in order to shed the appearance of damaged goods. Unlike the others Hiromi stayed as he was, nonchalant, good-natured , quiet. What people thought of him was not his problem. In fact his future master or mistress would have to take him as he was, because this male would be the last to get all flustered up over someone. He watched the other slaves as entertainment the violence, misery, the insanity. Yes, the slave room held all sorts of different chapters and each passing day only brought another page to the stories.
Suddenly tight pressure emerged from his jaw line as a man dressed in white forced him to open his mouth. A bright light rapidly passed in front of his hues "Clean" he noted as the stranger then went on to the next nearest being. Upset with the procedure, the Asian growled gently as he stared back with a sort of 'how dare he?' expression on his visage. It wasn't something new, this sort of 'check-up' was always done on Auction Day, the last thing that needed to be sold was an ill slave. It was like putting up a sick puppy for sale, it wouldn't make any sense, would it? Of course I'm clean, idiot he mentally snapped. The difference between he and the most of the others was the fact that he used his talents on other people besides masters. Smooth-talking certain people from the staff helped a long way just to get things from outside of this four cornered box. Things as simple clean water or a decent brush.
ooooooooooooo..::'Cause I don't believe in you.

Bring ! ... Bring ! ... Bring ! started the loud alarm clock only to be greeted with absolute silence and no movement. This annoying sound echoed on for a few more minutes until it came to a sudden halt. Still nothing emerged from underneath the large covers on this full sized bed. No grunting, or whining, no signs of life whatsoever. The bright and inviting rays of sunshine shone between the cracks of the curtains, the morning birds chirped excitedly outside on a tree branch, while the gentle spring breeze tapped against the glass window. All early signs that it was time to wake and embrace the beautiful morning that had already begun. Suddenly a long arm emerged from under the sheets as the rest of the body soon appeared as well "It's a new day" the male whispered to himself. Stretching his limbs with a short yawn he reached over for his glasses, without them his environment was basically just a blur of colors. This young lad was none other than Shouji Hayashi, Neverland's very own friendly post man.
A small smile crept unto his lips as he slipped off the comfortable mattress and made his way towards the closed window. He thrust the curtains open immediately washed with a wave of the sun's light, the twenty year old squinted at the sudden change. There was a reason to be in such a content mood today was, Valentine's Day. He knew full well today would be a long one, a multitude of cards and letters would have to be delivered today which would mean constant traveling to and from the post office. It would be hard, but Shouji wouldn't mind due to the fact that he loved his job and all the work that come along with it. You could say being a post man ran through his veins, actually his parents had been part of the business as well. As a boy he had practically grown up in Peter's Shadow Post Office (despite the rumors of ghosts). The greetings, the envelopes, the people they were all worth waking up for. He grabbed a hold of of a nearby towel, walking towards his next location ... the bathroom.
The young adult moaned in despair running his fingers through his green locks, as he looked at his current appearance tired, messy, not to mention slouchy. It didn't look at all with what people around Neverland were used to seeing, neat and tidy. Nothing a nice warm bath couldn't take care of. Stepping out of his royal blue boxers the male began twisting and turning the knobs in the tub until the water temperature was just right. Closing his light green hues shut he began to wonder off, pondering how everything seemed nice and safe, thus far. Unfortunately Shouji had been an accident prone type of person his whole life. As a child he stuck band aids unto different boo boo's more than any one in his class, as a teenager he had received a cast at least four times. Now as an adult the injuries have become more minor, but are still frequent. The tripping, the bumping, it was all endless. No matter how hard he tried to be graceful, his body always seemed to make contact with the ground about two to three times a day. Yes this wasn't normal, but for now this would have to be a constant flaw he would have to deal with.
Fifteen minutes later , Shouji soon found himself fully dressed, properly groomed, and prepared. He already began marching down the small wooden steps leading to the front door. It was unwise to skip out on breakfast, but he could always grab a treat or two in town. Taking a step outside he was face to face with the peaceful Neverland weather, one just had to feel blessed for living in a such a place. While mounting his bicycle he couldn't help but notice a lovely female taking a jog "Morning Shouji" she giggled innocently from across the street as she continued, it was just a simple greeting. A sudden shyness controlled the post man's body as a blush appeared on his cheeks "G-Goodmorning to y-you" he stuttered waving hesitantly suddenly finding it hard to keep his balance. He was rapidly leaning to the side and soon found himself on the solid ground with a loud thud. Luckily the girl was out of sight by now, unable to witness the scene or hear his soft groans of pain. Had this fall decreased his vision? Because for some odd reason he couldn't see. "Oh my glasses" he said slowly rising to his knees, trying to ignore the aches and pains screaming from his body parts. Crawling along the grass he began desperately searching for them. Not paying attention to his surroundings Shouji clanked his head into his very own mail box "Ow" he growled rubbing his head quickly growing frustrated. How had this day gone from wonderful to absolutely dreadful?
Now most people would view this as a struck of bad luck, but this sort of thing was part of Shouji's everyday life. Patting the ground he had finally found the item of importance, with a sigh of relief Shouji slipped his glasses back up the rim of his nose. One the happier note at least he hadn't broken or cracked them. How embarrassing? he mentally complained looking off at the direction the girl had disappeared to, how bad would it have been if she had to came to his side to aid him? Standing back unto his own two feet he dusted of any hints of dirt and a few blades of grass. Shouji Hayashi wouldn't let this little accident rain on his parade, no sir ! Fixing the messenger bag by his side and straightening out his coat he lifted the bike back up, resumed his position, and began to pedal down the street. Living on an island like Neverland didn't require an cars, getting to place to place on a bicycle was just fine and healthy too. Nothing like a bike ride to get one in good shape, Shouji sort of held the body of an athlete but was far from ever being a true one.
The breezed caressed his visage and slightly tousled his hair as he rode swiftly trough town, a few residents said their hello's and received a nod or a bright smile from the male. Shouji would have waved but that would only be asking for another accident, both of his hands were placed firmly upon the handles. He passed by a few familiar locations on his daily route Rundoon Inn,Pixie Cafe,'You Can Fly!' Boutique, and Jolly Roger's Jewelery. Finally he had arrived at his favorite, his home away from home, Peter's Shadow Post Office. Some wonder how he could even step foot into the small office or even have the courage to work there all day. Sure there were myths about this place and believe it or not Shouji was a firm believer. He had never actually had a ghostly encounter, but he had sometimes endured a few weird events. When Shouji grew weary and tired he wouldn't ride back home, instead he would rather rest at his desk. With the piles of envelopes as his pillow and the very jacket on his back as his sheets. Sometimes when the twenty year old was half asleep he could hear faint whispering and the room would suddenly turn ice cold, though as soon as he woke up everything would go back to normal as if nothing had happened. He only told of such things to his assistant, spreading such words to the residents would only bring about fear.
Leaning his means of transportation on a nearby tree he walked towards the post office and unlocked the door. "Hello?" Shouji asked switching on a few lights to illuminate the place, how odd his assistant hadn't arrived yet?Oh my is she sick, lost, maybe even kidnapped? I have to find her he thought beginning to worry taking a glance at the clock he realized he was a tad early than usual. Placing his hand over his racing heart Shouji couldn't help but chuckle at his overeaction, he was such an easily worried person. His green orbs than traveled unto the stacks of letters on his desk, he sat down on his chair and began leaning backwards he picked up a few and read through the names. They were all so lucky, most of these people had dates or at least had the courage to even ask. Shouji had thought about it, but didn't even try. Would he ever be able to act like a normal man? Would he even show his face at the dance tonight?
Hello, I see you've stumbled upon my little RP. My name is HeavenPrincess23 or you could just call me Heaven :3. This is my fourth Love Hina themed RP, and I've had a few successful one's in the past. Though I'm just hoping that this one will last, all I'm asking for is dedication, literacy, and let's not forget creativity. If you possess these three requirements, fill out an application and please come RP ! You do not need much knowledge on the manga or anime series to join (due to the fact it is very loosely based on either of them), if you have a great imagination and respect this is the place for you. If this interests or you just have a few questions please do contact me ...

When you think of the story Love Hina, I'm sure you remember of all the crazy characters we fell head over heels with ... am I right? The timid chef Shinobu, Honorable warrior Motoko, Gambling/Booze addict Kitsune, Crazy inventor Kaolla Su, Faint turtlenese speaking Mutsumi, and not to mention our favorite lovable couple Keitaro and Naru, but what if these characters never existed? What if Keitaro had never received his job as landlord? No my friends this is not the twilight zone but a fresh beginning...
Schools out and summer has finally begun in the Kanagawa Prefecture. The breeze, the great blue sky, not to mention all the fun that will be in store for the next few months. Everyone is prepared to sit back, relax, and cause chaos at home ... everyone except for one person, Grandma Hinata. You see the dear elderly lady loved the female teens she had been taken care of all year long, they were the most important gifts in the world. The five of them were all like her own children, her little darlings. Although Granny adored them with all her heart taking care of growing girls was a challenge, a difficult one at that. Sure they took care of their chores, but sometimes they grew lazy and left the hard work up to her. The laundry, the cooking, the cleaning, it was all so overwhelming and Lady Hinata was prepared to take a long overdue break.
But what to do? She couldn't just make them go back home for the summer then come back in the fall. The woman sighed in despair as nothing came to mind, searching through the mail she had recently picked up her pale hands came in contact with an attractive brochure. The Kiyoshi Resort, it was something new and large located in a tourist area of Japan. A small smile curled upon her smooth lips, was this the answer to her prayers? Well it seemed too good to be a coincidence. Later on that day an important Hinata Dormitory meeting was held in the living room. The curious residents piled unto the couch as they eagerly awaited the news that would escape their guardian's mouth.
With a deep breath Grandma Hinata announced that they would be going an all expense paid trip for the summer. A few girls squealed and immediately began to chatter while others only gasped with confusion written all over their faces. She then added she wouldn't be able to attend the trip due to the fact she would be taking a little vacation of her own. With a calm visage and soft words the girls just couldn't say no to such an innocent figure, if Granny really wanted some time off they would be more than happy to oblige. That evening the girls began packing, wondering what this interesting break would bring along their path.
Meanwhile a group of young men were in a dilemma of their own. Unlike the other people of their age group their minds were on something besides having fun. Fast food restaurants and camp counselors had now become lame. They were in dire need of summer jobs ! Something adventurous, something captivating ... but what? Luckily one of them was the son of the owner of the grand Kiyoshi Resort. The young lad was able to pull a few strings and nudge his father into letting he and his group have an opportunity to be at such a great place. And now all his friends were booked with some sort of work for the vacation. Ecstatic, they began to pack as well already imagining the things they would do during their off hours. Now the introduction to a summer story has begun, what happens next all depends on you !

So with Lady Hinata gone, female tourists, a handsome male staff, and beautiful scenery ... Will there be new summer romances? Or will everything turn into one big disaster?
