So I've decided to get into Heroclix via the new Yugioh series. I'm only familiar with Heroclix via Mage Knight 2.0, which I was fond of for its dungeon-delving emphasis. I'm much more fond of RPG-like gameplay for my tabletop games, but was a big Yugioh fan for some time, so it was inviting enough. I'm considering coming up with some DungeonDice Monsters and D&D-esque alternative gameplay styles if I find the base game enjoyable enough.
Is anyone here very familiar with Heroclix in general? Is the Yugioh series compatible with the main game? How has your experience been with this series?
