Its actually called Princess of Tsurugi.

He was making up another version of Princess of Tsurugi. It has the same affect, but it has stronger attack/defense, therefore it's upgraded to "queen" instead of princess. Either way, the Japanese name of Princess of Tsurugi is Tsurugi Joou, translating as Queen Tsurugi. I don't know why they changed it for the English release.
Anyway, my card: Blue Eyes White Chick
Level: 2
Attack: 600
Defense: 1000
Effect: You can pay 600 life points to tribute this card in order to special summon one Blue Eyes White Dragon from your hand.
     

Love knows no gender, no ethnicity, no kingdom of origin, no height or weight...
...but sometimes it can still be f***ing creepy.

Negate the effect of one face-up magic or trap card and flip it facedown onto the owner's field. That card cannot be re-activated this turn.

This will make double costs (2000 for Delinquent Duo instead of 1000 for example) deadly and fill up a space on their field, just for fun. Also, you could easily destroy it if you so desired afterwards.

Field Spell Card

To late theirs already a card made in the show for them fused E-Hero Rampet Gunner.
