Wow. Okay, so locals tonight were a complete bust...partway into round 1 one of our regulars goes on an absolute tirade at his opponent, becoming a 50/50 mix of ruleshark and roid-raging PMS for a ridiculous stretch of time.

The set-off? HIs opponent Mind Control'd his Chaos Sorcerer and tried to use its effect on a face-down monster. He then started flat-out ordering the guy to banish his own other face-up monster because "he'd already activated the effect."

I'd been having a shitty enough day as it was and was trying to unwind. His opponent up and quit after that and, the calm of the storm having been utterly shattered and any chance of a peaceful night shot to hell, I called for store credit for the evening and left also.

I took my ConArt deck to ARG Indianapolis.

I did horribly with a record of 3-5. Basically, my wins were against decks worse than Constellars/Artifacts (LSRulers, who had bad mills, and I could tell since I ran the deck myself) and Pendulum Gadgets (dafuq), and an interesting mirror.

My husband fared better with Spellbooks but he kept bricking. Otherwise he basically 2-0'd whoever was the unlucky sonuvabitch in his way.

Also, Flying "C" can go eat a million dicks, but would it be better to use than, say, Noisy Gnat/Silent Strider VS Burning Abyss once Virgil comes out? After all, all they have to do is plop down a lv 3 Tuner and Virgil himself is generic (******** why).
