Supposedly the GX era champion deck that's getting a structure deck is Elemental Heros

I disagree; you fell woefully short of your quota, mister. :b

In other news, got some queries on Black Garden vs. Kaiser Colosseum.

Q1) My opponent has 1 monster on the field. I activate Black Garden and Normal Summon Goblindbergh. Will I be able to use his effect to summon a monster due to my opponent having a 2nd monster (the Rose Token), or will it not hit the field fast enough?

Q2) Same scenario as above, but instead of Goblindbergh I summon some other Lv 4 monster while having Kagetokage in hand. Can I use Kage's effect?

Goblind hits field successfully, Garden and Goblind go off at same time, you get to choose chain resolution.

If we're not mistaken.

We'd assume the same for Kage.
So my shop owner and a buddy of mine got into an arguement over Spell Shattering Arrow vs Noble Arms. The shop owner said that he had heard that there's a ruling where SSA be the last thing to resolve so my buddies NAs will not be able to activate and re-equip themselves. My friend however argues that it doesn't matter because of the 'If this card' ruling(?) in the rule book states otherwise. I was wondering which of them was right so that I can decided whether or not to side SSA. I love my friend and all but he's a complete douche when he plays with his Noble Knights deck. Thanks in advance!

Your friend is right.

"When....you can" effects CAN miss their timing.

"If...you can" effects CANNOT miss their timing.

Relavent documentation. It came with the Blue Eyes Structure Deck.

The Goblindbergh/Black Garden/Kaiser Colosseum scenario I asked about earlier had me confused...all the answers I got here and on NAC were the same, but everything I've had pounded into my head about SEGOC over the years spoke differently (which was my main concern; G'bergh = optional, Garden = mandatory).

Finally decided to do what, in hindsight, should have been the first thing I did: check the rulebook.

http://www.yugioh-card.com/en/rulebook/SDCR_Rulebook_EN.pdf page 44
If effects of Spell Speed 1 cards (like Trigger effects) are activated at the
same time, they will be resolved in a special Chain.
This Chain is made starting with the turn player’s effects. If there is
only 1 effect, that will be Chain Link 1. If there are 2 or more effects, the
turn player builds the Chain with their card effects, selecting the order
in which they go on the Chain. Then the opponent continues the Chain
with their effects. Therefore, the effects will be resolved starting with
those of the opponent.

So apparently Konami's made it to where SEGOC is "Turn player's effects, then opponent's effects, mandatory/optional status be damned," which means I can make G'bergh CL1 and Garden CL2.

So that's something learned...still, thanks for the help Alter.

Wait, does this mean that I can choose the order I want optional triggers to resolve? Example, Tributing Steelswarm Caller for Steelswarm Moth? can I stack it like Caller at chain 2 - Moth at Chain 1 since they're both Optional Triggers?

Yes, because they both activate at the same time SEGOC applies and you can build the chain however you want

See, that's what I thought, but someone convinced me that I was playing by OCG rules in my Steelswarm thread on pojo.
