It's not a good deck at all.

It's topped once? at a tournament with less than 20 people and the players there are aren't anything special.

Both of the decks respectively are better on their own.

I knew a player who did the same thing, he just looped Gustkrake's over and over, but without any of the Stellar/Hieratics. It's so easy to do, I wonder how many people will try to spam it.
