so i've been wanting to play a spellwarp sniper for a while now and i might be getting a chance to soon

the build i have is warmage 5 spellwarp 3/ rouge 1 fighter 7

I Have two questions

the first is can my Pc take advantage of rapid shot and many shot

the second is what feats should i have for my spellwarper

i have 4 fighter feats, and i have 7 flaws to born through
