I'm curious, I haven't played M&M a whole lot but I understood that you can basically do anything you want with the system. So what has been the most ridiculous character or campaign you ever encountered or created in mutants?

I tend to keep my builds pretty grounded, lean towards Weapon Master types.

One of my fellow players plan to build a character based entirely around a sentient suit with powers. Not a battlesuit, as in tie and jacket. Freaky stuff.

So I'm gonna get Mutants and Masterminds soon... but Does anyone know what the difference is between the regular game and the DC book? Or is it just an expansion?

Far as I know, the DC book is just an expansion.
