I'm not completely sure what you mean. Are you trying to untap the horn? Because you'll onyl be able to use it once, because it requires tapping. Or are you trying to untap a creature? Or both?
Anyway, a nice untap creature is pili-pala, or maybe leech bonder if you wanna go blue.
