To get things started here is my Spirit Goblin build, and its T2, and I am not changing the format its legal in. Also its doing fairly well, winning about 50% of its games.

The sideboard is a tad weak, but I only need about 11 cards from it.

Just get the spellbombs out of there, and replace them with at least something better, you have to have them, maybe from an earlier edtion to your deck.
