I agree they are.
I seen the party city commercial and saw a little girl dressed as the devil
and she had this long low slit across the chest with see through fabric. WTF
All Halloween costumes are poorly made..TBH you pay almost up to 60$ for cheap a** materials.
If I had any kids or parents who have kids should handmade the costumes themselves.
I've seen kids last year come to my house without any undergarments on... like those poor babies are cold cry

It's not as if they're going for a costume contest. Put a scarf on the lil nuggets, jeez. It's cold at night in October.
