tbh i look forward to the costumes of the npcs every year

but theres only like 2 actual costumes! emotion_facepalm

Gaia is pushing hard to advertise Lake Kindred, which I believe is a good thing.
I certainly don't want it to fail like so many other games Gaia has released.

I think the whole event is kind of disappointing... =|
What pisses me off is that I was in the shops, seeing cool costumes...and then when I went back later, they were Kindred. So they went to the trouble of making them awesome just to do THAT? Nice.

Yes.

I understand they're trying to bring more traffic to the game, but s**t.
I'm only playing when events are dependent on it. The game is boring.

The lack of costumes are a huge disappointment.

Also, what's up with the strength of these Kin?
My lvl. 10 Tanuki was taken down by a lvl. 6 Ghost Candy-corn thing.
And my lvl. 11 Echo ain't doing any better. When my regular attacks
only do 25 damage at lvl. 11 but the wild lvl. 6 Kin's regular attacks
do at least 40 damage, that's a ******** flaw.

These events are kinda grindy as fudge... I don't like grinding all the time. /ROLLLSSS

I'm fine with Lake Kindred being utilized as a part of events.
However, making a whole Halloween event reliant upon it is very disappointing for a person who didn't really care for Lake Kindred.
I played it a little back when it came out. Got my echo to level 8, but then, as the grind got worse and worse, felt discouraged to go on. I just never found Lake Kindred to be exciting, especially when there's no planning to be done other than magic - magic - maybe use an item - magic over and over.
I'm sure some others will find this event fun! And I'm happy for them.
I just wish it wasn't near-100% Lake Kindred based.
