i did some reading up online and apparently they are "white", just not in that typical "american white" way.

those tumblr ******** where making it out to be as if it was the typical white girl-esque white which made it kinda cringy

tumblr is a baaaad place.

there are many different shades of skin - not just light and dark. there's every color in between.

Exactly i just don't understand some people, i live in Canada so we have plenty of people with different skin colors and ethnic backgrounds, it's so silly to me that people assume this s**t.
