What is your minimum for a chibi?
And can you do transparent background if possible? Thanks

minimums vary between what someone can usually afford, but so far the lowest is 5bil and the highest was 20bil for a chibi so anywhere between there, and yes I can do a transparent background, funny that you're the only one who's asked that


I love transparent backgrounds even though the sample one was pretty :3

The colors for the hair, wings, horns and skirt should be according to the reference images. Aside from this, the colors haven't been decided yet. so it's fine as long as they're in the same color scheme.She wears a crown (I didn't have enough place left on the paper hehe)The crown shouldn't be exactly on top of her head but a bit to the left.
