i tried and i get a popup saying

Save failed, please try again.

Reason: Something went wrong. We couldn't build your avatar. Please try again.

If the problem persists, click on "Get Nekkid", save your avatar, and try again.

I do so and nada same thing...help?

With that error all you can do is continue to try and make it work. Sometimes adding or removing an item works, sometimes waiting a bit, etc..
