You got to unlock Stage Two for you to be able to see them (Kindred Wilds).

I've only encountered 3 stagonies, got an egg after defeating the 3rd one.

It took me a long time to get my Stagony. I was lvl16 when I got it.
On the other hand I have 10 willocroak.. Im still missing cubdrop and leafkit but I have at least one of everything else I can get from in game.

I'm going to be unoriginal and use this thread as a record for all the Stagonies I fight.

Until I get a damn egg (never going to happen).

My two highest level kins:

Leafkit Level 13
Cabochomp Level 12

My Skill: Level 15

I am pretty threaders with getting a Stagony, Ok I'm only level 11 with an 11 echo, but I have had at times two or three battles on the bounce with a Stagony and only got pittance (minor potion or 1,500 gold). I think you must be extremely lucky to get one. Good Luck with your quest m8.
