Im serious when I say check out fitnessblender.com. You can search by difficulty, time you have to spend, and calories burned! Just click the box that says "no equipment" and you can find routines for body weight exercises. pilates, kickboxing, etc. I use it probably 2-3 times a week, especially when I dont want to put on clothes to go to a real gym.
