I'm wanting to get more in shape, but at my house we don't have any workout machines.
So I was wondering if you had any ideas on quick and easy workouts that give great results.
I don't mind if how long the workouts are I just need a little help heart

Im serious when I say check out fitnessblender.com. You can search by difficulty, time you have to spend, and calories burned! Just click the box that says "no equipment" and you can find routines for body weight exercises. pilates, kickboxing, etc. I use it probably 2-3 times a week, especially when I dont want to put on clothes to go to a real gym.

I basically built my own home gym (Bench, dumbells, barball, plates, pullup bar) and did things with those at home.

But I started using body weight programs by beachbody (Insanity, T25, and currently MAX30) which I do about a hour of lifting and then the program. But if you arent totally insane just the program is fine. Its expensive....but easily attainable free if thats your things (not a endorsement for pirating).

Otherwise sites like bodybuilding.com have tonnes of bodyweight programs, just search bodyweight in thier search.

This. I follow FitnessBlender on youtube and they are awesome.

Also, OP, check out Blogilates. And then, for cooling down, check out Yoga With Adriene. Best channels on youtube, imo.
When i lift the cake from the plate, that is my cardio for the day! smile itworked.
