I scrub my face with my bags of tea when I'm done with them.
it makes your skin soft and bouncey, because of the caffeine and the tea leaves scrub the dead skin away.
unfortunately, you are "tea bagging" your face.
my husband laughs at me all the time.
I am 26 btw. getting dark circles under my eyes =_=

Moisturize, and use plenty of sunscreen (even during the winter and even on cloudy days). Also, drink lots of water. And take some vitamin D.
