My tank glows and someone said they can not play the tank. They click it but the window with the captcha never appears.

Then that person's experiencing problems somewhere along the line. Your indicator said there were already three people playing when I jumped in just now for... 300-somethingk, I think. Anyway, the point is that your tank works just fine.
