Aww
sad I hate bronchitis too D:
I get it at the same time every year.
i feel like i shouldnt have it in freaking JUNE
Well, theoretically, it is more commonly seen in the fall and winter months. However, acute bronchitis is usually caused by a virus so it is possible for you to have it this time of year, just not common.
If you haven't already, I'd recommend going to the doctor if you haven't already and getting some medicine to treat that virus, and some albuterol be it as a neb or inhaler to help decrease your work of breathing and shortness of breath. Or preferably levalbuterol over albuteral if you have heart problems like high heart rate, arrhythmias, etc.
