You're using the SKSE launch icon, not the vanilla or Steam launch icon, right? (Common mistake; happened to me a lot when I first got SKSE and I'd always have to exit out and go click the SKSE launcher.) Checkin' to make sure!

I didn't have a launch option at all!

I figured out my mistake. Accidentally dropped 1 file into a folder it didn't belong in.
