Fffffff I've been wanting the Celt item for a longass time and figured I'd buy it when I saw it on the sale list, but now I'm hesitating at the price.

Then again as people are saying, the first black friday sale did have those $50 items, soooo...

The Celt is a great item. If I didn't already own one I might have bought it during this sale.

I feel like this may seriously be my only chance to get it... It was so expensive on the MP, last I checked! gonk But I also have to consider how often I'd use it. There's the rub. :/

Yeah, I feel ya. When I bought mine it was actually cheaper than Gilles' recolour. I don't use as much as I thought but I like having in my outfit arsenal.

I find it strange people are going NOPE at Celt and Death Speaker... Premium items back in the day for these kinds of sales (though, really, only Black Friday) were around $50 to $100.

Back then if I didn't have the items already I'd have been screaming and shoving my money into paypal to get them.
Hell even now I would.
IDK what changed with the community though?
Remember when we paid 50 dollars for Princess of the Universe? lol

I did no small amount of shoving for that same reason back in the day. So many $50 items. I hate seeing them in the MP with such pathetic prices...but then...when I bought them, they were in the millions not billions. xd

I try not to do the math. It would seem to be worth the $$ but after a few days and rereleases, the prices drop anyway. Better to buy then sell, then pick it up again some time later.

That has always been true with a lot of the items, especially RIG drops. They'll show up in bundles and sales like these, and their price will inevitably plummet.

The only decent investments are LQI, but even then they drop price dramatically 3 months afterward because they're no longer the new shiny.

I don't think recolors from tiers are popular enough to really make large amounts of gold unless it's like that black and white protag, lol.

Tier recolors are hit and miss until I actually miss them. lol The ones I managed to get tank and the ones I don't are out of my range. emo

Time element is so crucial on Gaia.
