So you have a very specific diet?

Walking is good, getting out, taking in vitamin D.

Taking pictures of wild animals and PMing them to me, even though they are just common birds, squirrels, chipmonks etc to you..etc etc.

May I ask what your diet is, if its not too probing?

If they dont hold still, then you just need to hold still for a couple mins and let them take a pause in thier own time (Im big on wildlife, though I come from a place that only has two native land mammals, sadly we have a lot of invasive land mammals though.
