Enchanters and Emperors
When Enchanters begin disappearing all over the kingdom, the remaining ones are being brought to the castle for their own safety, but once they enter, they never leave.
Risa has managed to avoid both by staying in a small fishing village, but when the Crown Princess Hilde comes looking for her twin brother she is pulled into an adventure that she won’t forget.

Occupation: Enchanter
Abilities: Risa has never had good control over her magic, and attempting to hide it only makes the problem worse. She has a tendency to make things explode and seems to be a magnet for magical trouble.
Basic Story: A year and a half before the story begins Risa woke up with no memories and a lot of magic. She has been practicing to get better, but accidents still happen. As a result she has moved around a lot, trying to keep her identity as an enchantress a secret.
Personality: Risa is typical shy, quiet, and easily startled. However, she tends to be more sarcastic and makes jokes when she’s around people she trusts.

Occupation: Princess
Weapons: A giant, magical axe that comes from the magical gem on the armlet she wears.
Basic Story: After she received her armlet Hilde's twin brother disappeared. She is discovering her abilities as she searches for him.
Personality: Hilde is head strong, outspoken, and loud. Sometimes this gets her into trouble. Hilde is strong-willed and likes to take charge in any situation.

Occupation: Prince
Abilities: Able to read ancient texts and activate magical and relics.
Basic Story: He has always been more of a scholar and enjoys reading in the archives. Like Hilde, Auren was also given a magical armlet. Once he was familiar with using his powers, Auren became enthralled with reading about ancient history, learning secrets that he wasn’t meant to uncover. This led to his abrupt departure from the kingdom.
Personality: Auren is a giant nerd. If it wasn’t for Hilde, he would probably never leave the castle. He is typically polite and quiet when he’s around Hilde and let’s her start most of the conversation. When given the opportunity he will go on and on about obscure topics no one cares about

Occupation: Auren’s Guard
Abilities: Healing
Basic Story: Jared was one of the enchanters that disappeared. He was part of an experiment that caused his appearance and abilities to change. He managed to escape the kingdom and eventually met up with a powerful enchantress, who convinced him to join her cause in changing the kingdom. He spends most of his time keeping an eye on Auren.
Personality: Jared spends a lot of his time being angry at the kingdom for what they did to him. At first he hated the idea of being Auren's bodyguard because of his royal status, but he has come to realize that it isn't Auren's fault and they have formed a sort of friendship. He isn't the most talkative, but at the end of the day he just wants to be accepted by others despite his appearance.

Thief and Guard
When Stefan was hired to steal something from the Inner Palace, he thought it would be a challenge. He got in, had the requested item, and was prepared to get out when something else caught his eye. Unfortunately, the delay nearly got him caught by the Captain of the Guard and the King herself.
Stefan decided to skip town until the heat simmers down, but it turns out he stole a key - one that could unlock secrets that could devestate the kingdom. Before he can decide what to do about it, he's caught and dragged to the Northern Tower, where the Captain of the Guard, Henrik, has been reassigned.
Henrik is determined to see Stefan brought to justice, but the other item has been sealed to him and is slowly killing him. Henrik drags Stefan back to the capital, but before they get there they realize that the key could hold the country's only hope of slavation - and only if they move quickly.
Despite their differences, Stefan and Henrik manage to pull together a ragtag team of heroes that are ready to save the country, hopefully all before Stefan dies, because he may be the only one who can keep things in balance.

Weapons: He used to have his own dagger and set of tools, now he has Henrik's dagger and whatever other little things he takes from their traveling companions. He has a hard time using magical items so usually relies on his skills and wits.
Basic Story: Stefan was orphaned at a young age. He was raised by a guild of thieves. His ears are pointed but he keeps them hidden.
Personality: Stefan is snarky, opportunistic, and has no real understanding of personal boundaries. He Is also very cocky and is very convinced that if he can't take on the world, someone else will help him, and so far he isn't wrong. He's very free-spirited and all he wants is to stay out of prison and living life the way that makes him happy.

Basic Story: Henrik was born and raised to herd sheep, but like everyone else in his country was taught basic swordsmanship. As he got older he decided to try for the Agnorian army. He rose quickly through the ranks and when the new King was crowned he became her Captain of the Guard. At least until Stefan ruined that for him and he was reassigned to the northern border.
Personality: Henrik is very stoic, or at least he would like to think so. He is everything a guard should be - honest, brave, loyal, and true. Only he has a sense of humor and a bit of wanderlust, so guard duty has never truly suited him.

Abilities: Outside of being a super hero sarcasm and running when he shouldn't. As Blockade he can fly on an energy created hoverboard and create shields.

Basic Story: Born with a bad heart, Matthew wasn't supposed to live to be sixteen, but he gained a Sphere, which not only extended his life, but gave him fantastic abilities.
Personality: He acts very quiet and withdrawn in order to keep attention away from himself, but around friends he's sarcastic, loud, and outgoing. He is blunt and not very good at keeping other people's emotions in mind.

Personality: Kind of a snarky a*****e who puts up a strong front but is actually a squishy teddy bear who is easily hurt but attempts to hide it.

Threadbound
In the world of Threadbound, Sorcerers live in what they call the "left of reality". With their own world becoming full, they are encouraged to leave it in order to join "outreach programs", which are built to help the humans who live in the normal world.
It is also a last ditch attempt to get a decent career.
When Lin has an incident at his first week of college, he heads for the first outreach program that will take him. Things are looking bleak. On the first day, his supervisor never shows up to get him. On the second day his best friend (accidentally) breaks his wrist. On top of it all, he's not allowed to use magic for a week.
But things are changing faster than anyone realizes and Lin is at the center of it all.

Abilities: Can make magical shapes. Mostly he uses stars, but the occasional moon, planet, and cartoony space ship shows up. His magical shapes are always green.
Wears: T-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters, mostly in cool or neutral colors, dark jeans, and converse. He gets cold very easily so dresses warmly.
Basic Story: After an incident at a college he didn't even want to attend, he ends up at the outreach program. He likes it there and is desperate to stay, despite his bad luck.
Personality: He's very shy, but quick to smile. He has trouble talking to people he doesn't know well and comes off as quiet and withdrawn. With people he knows well he's spontaneous and does his best to keep everyone smiling.
*If you want to draw Lin, but wanted to be considered for "best group", then you are free to draw him with anyone from the comic. Any entry with an extra comic character that wins will get a small bonus!
**With that, keep in mind that Lin is not yet romantically attached to anyone in the comic.
