anyone that dismisses or rolls their eyes at it probably knows little to nothing about it. or it doesn't affect them and therefore doesn't exist as a problem I guess, kind of like racism. or it's so talked about they see it as a trendy and annoying fad rather than a real cause. either way I see it as striving for gender equality - why anyone would be so against that confuses me.

People who make it look bad aren't feminists.
Just like people who claim to be Christians, but hate certain groups of people aren't Christians.
You can call yourself something all day long, but that doesn't mean you're living by that philosophy. The moment someone starts tearing someone down or saying that women are better than men, etc etc etc.. they're not feminists. They're confused. And letting THOSE people dictate how these movements go is pretty stupid.

Feminism is a movement so that women and men are treated equally because of the belief that they are equal and should be treated as such.

So you believe men are superior to women?
Or do you believe women are superior to men?

I'm just curious which one of these it is.
