I use the promotion blog on here but it doesn't ever work, people look but don't follow and I end up following their blog instead

Most people go for blogs that have a lot of material to reblog from, which are usually blogs that reblog from other blogs. That or their original material already has a lot of notes. It just depends on content.

maybe try switchin up stuff in ur drawings. a lot of what i see on there is pretty similar-looking. not bad by any means but could use more dynamic things. also just draw and post as much as u can because i also notice u only post a few pieces a month or so.

well ur not gonna get more followers with that kinda attitude confused

it's a tired saying but practice makes perfect. art is hard and it doesn't get easier but it gets a lot more bearable every day. if u want to be a great artist then u need to draw at least every other day to get any better otherwise ur gonna be stuck in that weird artist limbo where ur never satisfied. even if ur not posting things every day u should at least sketch a little smth every day. great art comes from disciplined artists. not trying to be mean just giving u my honest advice from one artist to another 3nodding

I've drawn a bit this past couple of weeks, that's the past four things on my blog you see.
I'm not good with the whole random sketch to dump onto my blog, I want finished pieces that look good but I suppose random doodles would also suffice.
I've been working on art since 2007, I truly know practice makes perfect.
my self esteem has rised about my art in the past month because I've been improving a lot.
So yeah.
guess I just gotta draw and post more
