Powers: Victor's dark powers materialize as bruise-like marks on his victims that spread slowly, stealing oxygen and cutting off blood vessels until the body is dead. The infection starts by Victor releasing a dark miasma. Anyone who breathes it in is as good as dead, though it could take days, weeks, or months for the illness to take full effect.
Skills: He is fair at archery for his age.

Personality:
Bio: The Dark government system has always been a bit askew. Given the nature of the power they possess, no one would expect, or even desire, for their president to follow the straight and narrow path. However, having a child president--that is something unheard of.
Victor's father was an adviser to the former President, his mother some unknown woman who dropped him off as a bay and never came back. There were no other living relatives to speak of. He was raised almost solely by the family's attendant, Kilik. Kilik acted as Victor's guardian, but also his friend and role model. Victor loved Kilik more than anyone in the world, his father included, though he loved his father as well.
Because of his father's position, Victor was never nameless. Since he was born he has been known--the people of Umendra like to keep tabs on all government officials, their children included, in replace of celebrities. That's how the news spread so fast as soon as his powers were revealed.
Only the former President, Victor's father, and Kilik lived to know what went on that day. Vicotr was 9, but although it was only a year ago he does not remember much of what happened. Just a blur of faces, then blackness. Of course he has heard whisperings, and he was informed of his powers, but no one has ever told him straight out what happened, and he has never asked.
Whatever the incident was, the former President was impressed. He immediately passed a law stating that the president of Umendra could be of any age and set his personal team to work on getting the kid elected. Unknown to everyone else, the former President had been hit by Victor's power, and he saw the darkness spread farther and farther throughout his body every day. He knew his days were numbered, and since he would not live to see the end of the war he had helped began he at least wanted to choose his own successor.
The people readily accepted the former President's rash decision, as well as the boy, for they had heard of his powers. Everyone knew that a president's true intellect came from their advisors anyway, and more than anything in this time of war they looked for a leader with power and strength. However, no one could deny that such an outcome was the pure result of a very dire situation.
In the same month that the former President died Victor was elected. Still just a frightened young boy, with his father and Kilik by his side he learned to play the part of President.
