Do you do incline and decline benches as well? (flat benchs do the least for your chest).

Yeah I do with dumbells for those though. Also like weighted resistance bands after each set. Burns in a good way.

Yeah my main progression was just around getting good air with clap push ups. Once you get the explosive power up, you can get the time to stick the landing.

If you dont get high enough...there is no time to land...

Nice, I do a lot with dumbbells as well, though mainly because I workout in my bedroom and dont have a rack, and as such its easier to drop heavy dumbells than a bar.

Bands can be pretty awesome, but its not something in my program atm.
