rofl Instead I prefer Elevated push ups and bench pressing.
I like to mix them up.
Do you do incline and decline benches as well? (flat benchs do the least for your chest).
Yeah I do with dumbells for those though. Also like weighted resistance bands after each set. Burns in a good way.
Nice, I do a lot with dumbbells as well, though mainly because I workout in my bedroom and dont have a rack, and as such its easier to drop heavy dumbells than a bar.
Bands can be pretty awesome, but its not something in my program atm.
