True, but I decided to sell all my items other than the cute plush items, event items, and some special items. And I could never afford all these new items. I do not spend enough time on gaia to collect gold in a quest and my husband and I are saving for our baby so I can't just blow money. That's why I decided to go with the good old stuff. No worrying about anything then. Those who miss old gaia tend to give me compliments which that is okay enough for me.

I've never spent any money on gcash either but I quest a bit on charity forums where super nice (and rich!) people sometimes donate so I have most of my wishlist items. Plus there's a method to get free gcash by "watching" ads so I get some and buy a gcash item if I really want it.
