Hm. Eckhart wouldn't have known about any other supernatural beings up until he learned about the academy (he comes from a pretty secluded place). I'm usually flexible about those things, but I'd like to stick to that story. On the mention of clashing personalities, though, what if they're not getting along at first, then they have a run-in with some unsavory types and they have to work together to fend them off, thus developing an appreciation for one another? I'm an action person by nature, so pardon any ideas that sound a bit wild. cx

              and by 'not getting along,' did you mean that
              they'd have a mild dislike for one another and
              just stay out of each other's way? or did you
              mean that they'd go out of their way to make
              each other's lives more difficult? i'd say that the
              latter would be more exciting, but then aisha
              isn't really the type of person to do that. xD

              if she really didn't like someone, she'd probably
              just throw around insults or point out any possible
              flaws to criticize bc she's the verbal abuse type
              of person. uwu

I'm thinking that they might cross paths when leaving class at some point, and they act kinda snarky toward one another, complaining about the things that one bothers the other one with, and then your stereotypical bully types come across them and give them a hard time, with the bullies acting all cocky and just wanting to show off their strength. I dunno.

Yeah, they would've met before that happens.

              and they're like complete opposites huehue~

              aisha: isn't the type of person to go up and start
              a conversation with somebody
              nate: has no problem striking up conversations
              with strangers
              aisha: dispassionate and reticent
              nate: too energetic for his own good
              aisha: doesn't have the most outgoing character
              nate: loves to socialize with people
