And definitely true. Our last date was November 23, 2014. It was our second date and the first did not go as smoothly as I wanted it to be (as I was late and did not keep her posted). She bought me a couple of shirts at Uniqlo, which I want to wear when I return to her. We then walked to Nippombashi (which is Osaka's answer to Akihabara), got a bit lost, and made our way to Animate. We got to the top floor, and they immediately played Shoko Nakagawa's "Sorairo Days" when I entered the main part of the floor. (Because seriously... *slides on shades* Because even the Otaku Kami know who I am and what I can become.)

In all cases, I bought her a copy of the first volume of "Sword Art Online" because they did not have volume 7 (Mother's Rosario). Just as a way to understand what I like. Took her out for ramen, even though we both wanted pork cutlets. I found that I do not like miso ramen and coffee flavored water. Bleh! But it ended with me liking what I saw, and putting a ring on it. And my mind going blank, and me spending the rest of the night being happier than a kid at Disneyland. That, and has me tell her that I love her twice a day, buy what I think is the perfect wedding ring for her, and even getting my stuff done before I plan out my return there. heart

That, and other stuff. Including the means of wearing more stylish clothes and less character tees. 3nodding

I feel like I just read something from a romantic movie. You must truly love her to go out of your way like that. First dates are never supposed to go as planned. But that's the point of it. That's the most crucial date and it allows you to see what you're getting into. You can see how the person acts under a "ruined" situation. For me, that says a lot about someone. But I am happy for you. I am glad you were able to find someone good for you. I hope you are both very happy together. smile
