They're taken by foreigners largely because they're better at it. Americans are, as a whole, lazy compared with the rest of the world.

The H1, or "Genius" visa, was america's secret weapon in the war against information control. You take the best and brightest from rival countries, and woo their talent over to your country with the promise of the American Dream.

But it hasn't been all dreams and rainbows, you've got people with PhD's and Doctorates who aren't permitted to practice their mastery in their new country, and are forced to make do with menial work...

It sux. I moved to the city last year with my friend and everywhere we went, foreigners. I wanted to work at target when i went for my interview a "foreigner" was waiting too. so i should have known i was less likely to get the job. oh wells.

My friend is an AV guy, he's got a camera capable of some 50 megapix or whatever. I can s**t on a newspaper and take a snap of it in stunning HD.

Who cares what the resolution is if you're looking at s**t.
