[******** said my Build A Bear package was sent to an "incorrect" address.
Been trying to work with BAB the last week and a half to get a refund
or get some kind of s**t done, but they're barely being any help.
Dammit, if the tracking page says it was returned to you, just give me my damn refund.
I've missed several sale opportunities and the s**t I want is sold out because of this bullshit.

My package made it all the way to the "Out for delivery" stage, then FedEx decided to deny that my address exists.
********. ASSHOLES.

Every time I called the toll free number, the operator sounded so soulless. sad

How'd you pay? You should be able to resolve it through your credit card company of paypal if it was one of those.

Ew :/ Hope it gets resolved. If it doesn't you might consider reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. Probably won't get your money back, but at least it's something you can do.

They don't have a union, so most of them get jerked around pretty good
Not to mention they're pretty much being put out of business
