3-4 AM is a good time for me to sleep. If it's any later/"earlier" I feel really weird, like I'm a failure for staying up until the sun comes up. Idk. Lately it's more like 1-2 because my sleep schedule got ******** up and I was going to sleep at 10 PM and napping during the day, blah blah... I'm happier with a night owl schedule since my SO lives in Cali and I'm in KY (he's three hours behind me) and we stay in touch better when I'm on his schedule.
Depends on how early I need to get up.
I can't function on less than 8 hours of sleep. Usually, I go to bed any time between 12-5AM.
Then I nap during the day because I still can't function on a normal schedule.
It depends on when I have to get up. I typically go to bed with the goal of getting 7-9 hours of sleep, and it usually works pretty well. It usually means I go to bed sometime around midnight if I have something to do the next day, or between 2-5am if I don't have any obligations.
Since I usually have to get up at 7:00am I tend to go to bed pretty early. If I don't have to get up in the morning though I catch myself staying up all hours of the night.
Though here lately due to pregnancy it is difficult to stay awake, I'm so tired like all the time. I was not this tired when I was pregnant with my son. But then I have problems staying asleep
On the days that I have my 12 hour shifts at 7 am I usually go to bed around 10-11 pm..on the days I am off, usually around 1 am. I just really can't stay up late anymore...
