I'm going to be making some avi outfits. Each time I finish one outfit I'll randomize the list of people who are in the Stream.

What you win will be completely random.

Lurking is okay but if your name comes up and you're not active in the chat you get skipped. Picarto is funny about usernames so you won't be able to put in your exact username.

That means I have to confirm your username before I can send anything, and if you don't answer me when I ask then you don't win.
