Clover the Wood Nymph
Location: Marketplace
With: Kind of by her lonesome, Spirit not far off.
Emotion: ....embarassed.
OOC: There is a link to music at the end of the post. Heads up.
She felt a hand grab onto her shoulder and whirl her around. Clover became face to face with the man in the marketplace who had the apples that she had taken a bite out of. His face was curled up in a rage and in his free hand, he held the apple that she had taken a bite out of. "Look lady," he said in a snarl "You will have to pay for it one way or another. You can't just bite someone else's property and expect it to be okay. These aren't for taste-testing"
Clover looked sullen and forlorn for a second before looking back at the man. Reaching into her raggedy toga, she pulled out her violin. It was not actually hers. On her adventure from where she had come from, she had encountered many men who had seemed to be unconscious. While rummaging for food, she had come across this. The sounds that had come from it appealed to her ears. She had found over time, with practice, she had become accustomed to it and figured out how to play it very well. It's body encased in gold and jewels, it looked as if it should be in a gallery, not stuffed up someone's dress. "Good sir, if it appeases. I have no money for I am not from this place. I do not even know it's name. However; I can play my 'cuerdas' for you. Clover felt deeply embarrassed for what she had done. How was she to know that here there was a need of payment?
Freeing herself from his grip, she set the violin on her shoulder. Taking the frayed yet elegant bow, she ran it along the strings as a quick warm up before making a quick pause. With a deep breath, she started to play.
