While I'm very much a fan of video game music in general, I'll just leave two games here. This is not to say that there aren't other games - because there are a lot I could name - but the OSTs for these two certainly stand out without being obvious (Megaman series, Guilty Gear, Final Fantasy, etc):

1. Soul Edge / Blade (note, not so much Soul Calibur.) PSX.

2. Dragon Force. Saturn.

Currently listening to the Final Fantasy XI soundtrack while working on a paper for my biostats class. heart

But I do have a soft spot for the Banjo Kazooie & Tooie OSTs.

NiGHTS iNTO DREAMS (good sleeping music oddly enough)

Pretty much every Zelda OST.

I also love the Silent Hill, Killer7, No More Heroes, and Shadows of the Damned soundtracks.

Saints Row once you mute the rap/hip hop stations. dramallama
The whole franchise has good music, but 3 is probably the best! Even though it didn't have the reggae station and instead had ANOTHER rap station. cat_stare

GTA 2 - Because the song Taxi Drivers Must Die is still one of my all time favorite songs.
Silent Hill - Because the Akira Yamaoka soundtracks are essential
The Last of Us - I actually listen to this when I'm trying to sleep
If I could pick a Final Fantasy soundtrack I would but since I have all of them I can't really pick one....
And lastly DDR I liked them and there's nothing no one can say to me otherwise that would make me stop listening to them!!!

Although the new Sonics kind of suck, Sonic Adventure 2 had a killer soundtrack.

My all time favorite would have to be Dragon's Dogma's soundtrack. It is absolutely stunning, and the music even foreshadows later songs in the game and it's just beautiful. Besides, how can you not like the original opening?

Runner ups are Halo, (dare I say it after this game bombed) Destiny, Sonic the Hedgehog, Nights, Kingdom Hearts, and COD Zombies.
