And they have tons of variety--they are doing a challenge this week today was day 4, of 30 min or less workouts 5 days in a row, I've kept up so far

ohh wow, where can i find these please? i desperately need to make an effort in loosing weight. lol

they are on youtube as well if you prefer there.
but on the website you can search the workouts for intensity, what equipment you have or don't have, time limit, parts of the body worked etc etc, and they have videos about clean eating and all kinds of informative stuff smile
I just love the feeling I have after working out, it makes work easier and I have more energy, though I am way more hungry when I workout

Don't worry about it. heart Some of the demons are getting petty. Yesterday I had a person literally get me about six times in a row. It was so frustrating.

I think this is the one time that I wish that I was rich enough to have an endless supply of GC to just keep healing everyone constantly. I've never had so much trouble during an event trying to stay alive or help keep others alive. sweatdrop
