So...
I don't know what happened but I've now access to Club Verge despite not meeting its member requirements. I didn't receive an invitation or a member pin but under the Shops menu I can access it and enter it. I can also enter the Guild.
Not really complaining but just putting it out there...

Edit: So apparently I have met the requirements to access Verge, I just received the invitation and pin. sweatdrop
