Your name is: Travis Ambers
(Gaia name: Luminous Melody )

What do they call you:
The Traitor Prince

Your age: 34

Your gender: Male

What are you: Human

Who do you side with: Neutral

How do you fight: Travis is a warrior through and through. Standing tall and confident in his swords skill, Travis considers himself unmatched when it comes to combat, wielding the abilities his years of training brought to him. Thanks to his noble birth, He had nothing but the finest training from Talvian Warbringers growing up, soon shaping into perhaps one of the most renowned ones around. His skills with a sword are top notch, his speed and strength allowing him to eliminate his foes with relative ease. As a Warbringer though, Travis is also gifted with light magical abilities, These taking the form of a relatively weak healing spell and the ability to charge lightning into his blade for more damaging attacks.

What is your sexuality: Bisexual

Who do you care for: He doesn't seem to be speaking about this.

What do you do: Talvian Warbringer

Describe yourself: Travis has a rather playful personality, despite his upbringing. Often rather cheerful and quite the joker, Travis prefers to be rather relaxed about life. Always one to help out an individual in need, Travis seems to be fairly noble in his mind set. Even with his noble upbringing, Travis doesn't seem to think himself any better than others around him. He does however look down on his enemies, perhaps to a fault sometimes. With the friends He makes, He tends to be rather protective of them, one certain individual more so than any other. With Utsuru, He'll fight with all He has to keep her safe from whatever comes their way. He does seem slow to trust though, despite his open and bright personality, Travis doesn't willingly let people into his life quickly... This is even worse to his own Talvian countrymen, Seeing all of them as potential threats to his or Utsuru's well being.

Whats your story: Born into royalty, Travis was one of the royal children of Talvia, His father being the undying emperor himself. Growing up, one would think that his father's outlook on the world would be imparted onto his child, But Travis never really took to these views, instead seeing the other countries with curiosity. He had no desire to conquer them, But He also had no real desire to speak out against his father's methods. Growing up, once He reached the proper age He began to receive training by the finest soldiers his father's army.

Just like his siblings before him, Travis became quite the fighter, eventually growing to be called a true warbringer, The elite combatant class of the Talvian Empire. It was during this time He met with someone who, despite her brief time in his life, would grow to become a friend of his. Every so often his training would allow him to meet this girl, and eventually the young boy made a friend out of her. He didn't know what her relation was to the general that she was with, But nonetheless, He valued the time with her.

Eventually though that time would be cut short, The general dead and the girl accused of the crime... Travis never wanted to believe or accept the fact that she could do it, but what could a child say? They all wanted blood for his death and hers was the easiest to get. Travis never thought He'd see the girl again, even if her execution didn't go as planned, She disappeared to who knows where. He moved on with his life however, His training continued at a rapid pace as his skills grew day in and day out. Every so often his former friend would come to his mind, but there was no time to search for her, There was training to do... He had to be ready.

He had to be a proper prince, He had to know how to command his forces, to fight with all the strength one would expect of a child of the emperor. In this regard, After his friend had left his life, Travis never had much of a standard childhood. Eventually, Once he hit 20 years old, He'd be given his own forces to command, personally leading them into several battles... Though the battles He chose were less brutal than those his other siblings may have chosen, or what his father would want. Where his older siblings would gladly take their troops and march on the lands of the other countries, Travis instead resolved to use his forces to deal with bandits and the Cult of Nirasna.

He still did not hold the burning desire of conquest that others in his family seemed to embrace so deeply. Sometimes, This would result in his other siblings calling him the weakest child, The one who refused to continue to bring glory to their empire. But... Travis disregarded their words and carried on just how He intended. Despite the words of his siblings, his father and even some of his soldiers, Travis was not going to follow in their footsteps.

Eventually, He would wind up at a small keep with his father and several of his brothers, their forces all brought together for a supposedly special event. A traitor had been captured and they were all to witness their execution. Travis never really wished to play part in this, But nonetheless He stood with his family that day to oversee the ordeal, with all intentions to leave as soon as the deed was done. But who they brought out however caught him off guard... A girl He had long since forgotten, but remained at the back of his memories waiting to be brought to the front again. She had grown considerably, but somehow... somehow Travis still knew that this was his old friend... And Travis still knew of her innocence.

It was on that day that Travis earned his title, The Traitor Prince... He could not find it in himself to allow them to execute her. So He did what He felt was right... He stood against his own forces and those of his father and brothers. He fought for her and escaped with her... And now together they adventure. Through this time with her, exploring the world as traitors to the empire, Travis learned much more than He ever would if He had stayed. His respect for the other countries only grew... And his anger towards his family did as well. The endless war that his father and siblings brought upon the lands of their neighbors was one that, now seeing the affects from the other side, Travis could no longer tolerate. Travis was through with the way his family saw the world as nothing but their trophy, the people being nothing more than pawns for their amusement.

Someday, Travis will return to Talvia... And when He does, He intends to personally put an end to his family's cruelty.

Anything else you'd like to say: Travis is indeed the prince of Talvia, however He has abandoned his father's name and taken his mother's surname in place. Travis doesn't seem to pay much mind to wearing his Talvian armor in the lands of the other countries, though this has gotten him into some trouble with the locals from time to time... It takes a bit of convincing to show them Hes not a lone invader.

He often teases Utsuru about her eating habits and sometimes her age.

Your name is: Utsuru Heung-See
(Gaia name: thegreat_hikari-chan)

What do they call you:
Utsu, or wanted as The Bloody Lotus

Your age: 32

Your gender: Female

What are you: Human

How do you fight:
Too pretty to be a fighter? Wrong. Despite how she looks Utsuru packs quite the punch. But she prefers slicing and severing her opponents with a blade made from a dragon's fang; forged by the fiery breath of said creature. She wields it with her left hand, which is encased by armor made from dragon scales. As the theme suggests, Utsuru's weapons are all made from dragon parts and by actual dragons. Her clothes are even made of dragon skin. Other than that, Utsuru is reckless in actual combat. She doesn't care for tactics so long she manages to damage her opponent in any way possible. Quite the fighting spirit, or just a massive affinity for killing. Either way Utsuru has won her battles to be alive now. Strong with power, enough push a tree down if it's in her way. Being light on her feet makes her quick to maneuver as well but that doesn't mean she's one to be evasive either. A keen sense for battle but a horrid liking for massacres.
One other trick Utsuru has up her sleeve-- actually, it's planted in her right eye. The beautiful flower that grows out of sinners. A rare magical specie of plant said to have been created by the Elves in order to tame dragons. Rather than being an actual flower it acts more like a fungus, disease, even parasite in some cases. Rare as it is, it's known to grow from the bodies of corpses. To spread itself, it feeds off the blood from it's host to emit an enticing aroma. For defensive purposes the stamens of the flower, that are as sharp as thorns, contain a poison that causes a rather gruesome death. In shorter terms, whatever touches it will blow up and cover the surrounding area with their blood and guts. Luckily for Utsuru the flower does not really harm her in any way, besides the occasional stings when it's drinking the blood that rushes through her head. Other than that, the flower can't hurt what shelters it.

What is your sexuality: Heterosexual

Who do you care for: Steak. Pork. Chicken. Beef.

What did you do: Berserker

Describe yourself:
At first glance Utsuru displays nothing but apathy. She remains quiet with a blank stare wherever she goes. However, once approached she will show an emotion depending on how one acts towards her first. Be kind to her and she will be just as sweet in return. Acting a jerk will make her uninterested and continuing to persist with an attitude may agitate her. Conflicting personality at times but this is the only way Utsuru knows how to behave around others. In actuality, Utsuru is simply an airhead. From forgetting things easily to clumsiness and spacing out. Whenever this is pointed out she becomes rather sensitive, sometimes even stubborn. Give her some encouragement and praise she will react happily like a puppy. Catch her by surprise, she'll fluster as she tries to figure out how to react. At the right times Utsuru will laugh and smile as though that's who she really is.
Still, it's all fun and games until somebody gets hurt. Certain triggers forces darkness locked within her to break free and reek havoc. Sadistic, cruel, and a lust for blood. Only when the deed is finished, she calms and reclines into depression until memory of her murderous actions are sealed again. Because once she's forgotten about herself, the pain goes away.

Whats your story:
Born in the outskirts of Talvia, where the vast mountain range begins, a family-run cafe called The White Nights; where the cake is sweet and the drinks are cheap. Always a warm atmosphere when looking for shelter from the cold snow outside, making it very popular during the winter. Other times in the year there is hardly any business going on. Not many travelers show up in the dreadful heat to climb the mountains. Because of this, the family has had it rough with paying their lease when most of their income piles up greater towards the end of the year. At one point it had gotten worse. The White Nights was falling deeper into debt. They were on the verge of closing down until a miracle occurred, but alongside it some tragedy. One winter, the owners of White Nights received a message that they would be inheriting money from a rather wealthy relative. However the same day they went to pick it up was the same day they were attacked by thieves along the road. As stated in their will, the White Nights cafe and bar as well as anything that the previous inheritance would be passed onto their two children. Their business was saved momentarily with the given fortune but at the same time two young children had to manage everything on their own. Of course, because they were mere children, it wasn't long until the very bandits that killed their parents showed up to raid the place.
Money, gone. Belongings, burned. Siblings, separated. The youngest child was Utsuru. She was quiet and obedient but very lonely. Poor girl was sold into slavery as her older brother was forced into the Talvia army. They never saw each other since, living completely different lives. For such a small girl Utsuru was considered the most valuable of the lot mainly because she's a virgin and people were sick perverts at the time. It made the other slaves envious of the special treatment she got while they all rotted or were tortured for trying to pluck a hair on her. Fair skin and charming pink eyes that contrast her the pure white of her hair. Utsuru was barely ten when somebody had the money to buy her. By sheer coincidence or fate itself, the soldier who paid hefty for the most wanted girl, was Utsuru's older brother himself. At first she thought he did it out of family love, working hard in the army to earn enough and save her from a luxurious rat hole. But they weren't family anymore; simply a master and his trophy servant. The abuse Utsuru went through seemed just as bad as what her cellmates had faced. She cried in pain, suffered agony under the moonlight. Being slapped for speaking and bruised for looking up. However she endured it all for the sake of being by her brother's side again. Utsuru wanted nothing more than to be close to her only family. But no happiness came upon it. Over a year later and the most brutal crime scene splattered along the walls of her brother's office. He was a general, and the youngest but his strength was in the fear he brewed. Everyone respected him only because they were afraid, even worrying and mourning when they found him dead. The sea of blood. The stains from blood. And a flower soaked in the very blood of her own brother. It was an accident, but nobody thought so. The case passed off as a dog biting the hand that fed it, with the wild animal sentenced to execution. Utsuru died that day, but something gave her the strive to live. By chance a dragon interrupted the trial in search of it's stolen eggs. Most attempted to fight it while others ran for their lives. But the girl barely twelve was still waiting to have her head chopped off. When the dragon approached her it sensed the emptiness that shadowed Utsuru's despair. Both had lost what was dearly important to them. So together, they left for the mountains close to the nation of Hastein.
Though the child was frightened by the giant beasts all were kind and gentle. As tough as they appeared the dragons were soft at heart. They treated Utsuru fairly, taking into consideration she is a human of course. Adopted by the silver mother that rescued her, and was taught everything they knew about the world of Riea. The elders spoke of the beginning. Children that were her size would show her how to defend and hunt for herself. For the first time in forever, Utsuru smiled. Laughed. Felt warm with a family. As she grew older she was curious about having a human life again. The opportunity appeared when warriors from Hastein showed up to slay dragons, as a way to prove their manliness. Though they were charmed by the young girl's beauty they were persistent in the stupid goal. Despite their act of kindness, the dragons and Utsuru saw through their lies. But she couldn't let them go back to Hastein and return with more men. So she did what she was taught to do: defend for herself, and her family. None managed to escape because they ended up being hunted down all the way to the base of the mountain. Several men killed, by one girl with a bloody lotus in her right eye. More years passed and Utsuru was desperate to keep her mother alive. She cleaned herself off and adorned human clothing, then set off for Hastein to find medicine. All kinds of warriors challenged her as they thought Utsuru was easy prey. But one by one she cut them down, taking their money or selling off their armor and weapons. Eventually she became talk of the towns she passed and soon reached the ears of the capital, who then captured her and turned her in to the Talvia empire to continue with her execution. Utsuru was still wanted for killing her older brother, the youngest high official in the army. They drugged her and put restraining spells on her to prevent her from fighting back. Even though she was capable of moving again by the time she was forced on the chopping board, Utsuru had no strength whatsoever. Some bastards in Hastein took advantage her absence to invade her home. One even had the nerve present her mother's head as a parting gift. They broke the girl's spirit completely. But again, just like those many years before, Utsuru was saved. This time a dashing prince about her age. His face rather familiar but the harder she tried to remember the greater the pain she felt in her right eye. It only meant she knew him through her brother somehow.
Travis Ambers, her savior that she could not recall. Despite Utsuru's fear of her past, she follows her adventure buddy with a smile.

Anything else you'd like to say:
Utsuru hates being reminded she's in her early thirties, and in fact even claims she is eighteen. She also has an immense appetite in which she will eat anything to satisfy her stomach.

Lightbringer

Your name is: Evalyn Fallow
(Gaia name: Takarashi)

What do they call you: Precious

Your age: Around eighteen.

Your gender: Female

What are you: Doll

Who do you side with: Neutral

How do you fight: Having not been designed to be a combatant, nor having any formal training, Evalyn's methods of fighting are highly unrefined. She learns as she goes, and tries her best to adapt to whatever the situation calls for. Far from discouraged by her inexperience, she will throw herself into the thick of any bout, battling with the chilling terror of someone merciless and with nothing to lose. If she finds herself without a weapon or restrained, she has no qualms with tearing off her own limbs and using them to beat down the opposition. The lengths to which she goes are determined entirely by the severity of the conflict, but it's safe to say that she's not a quitter.

For weaponry, she prefers having handguns, ones that are cheap, disposable, easily maintained, and replaceable, since her knowledge about firearms is mostly limited to pointing and shooting them. When simply wandering around, odds are she will only have one or two on her person. If she knows she is entering a full-scale battle and has time to prepare, she will strap herself with potentially eight at a time - wherever she can find a spot to put holsters, really.

As a being of magic, more or less, she is capable of concentrating her power to be used with her guns. Since she possesses no real understanding of the magic she uses, the magic shots have no elemental affinity or other special properties. Simply put, when she shoots, the power and effects are comparable to her throwing a punch. Painful enough in its own right, but not particularly deadly.

What is your sexuality: Asexual

Who do you care for: No one in particular.

What do you do: A Mage Gunner in skill set, but does odd jobs in general labor.

Describe yourself: Evalyn is a detached but kind individual. She has trouble relating to other people because she has a hard time understanding emotions, but always desires to do the right thing. She is very inquisitive and has a child-like sense of innocence and wonder. Because she is an artificial life form she thinks little of her own needs, thus being generous and helpful to the point of self-sacrifice. Despite her high degree of apathy she has a simplistic and strong sense of justice, and attempts to quell conflicts even without knowing all the answers. She often feels lonely, lost, and confused about the world, leading her to constantly seek guidance from others without hesitation, and because of her poor judgment she can wind up in the company of less-than-pleasant individuals. Despite her many faults and ignorance, she greatly desires acceptance from others. In various situations she is prone to mimicry to try and fit in, even if it has blatantly disastrous results. She has a deep-seated fear of being useless which lends to her feverish attempts to please people.

Whats your story: A few years ago, a young lady by the name of Evalyn Fallow fell deathly ill. For several months, she was not seen outside her home, nor did she accept any visitors. Healers were regularly seen coming and going from her home, helping her struggle to stay alive. Finally, after a long bout of silence, it was announced that she had made a full recovery. This was a lie.

Evalyn had passed away mere weeks after growing sick. Her father, already having been widowed and then suffering the loss of his daughter, had lost his mind. On the surface he maintained the composure expected of a nobleman, but underneath, he was merely the broken remains of a man. In his grief and insanity, he sought the aid of military magicians and surgeons, and commissioned them for a secret project - to create a Doll in the likeness of the late Evalyn using her original 'parts', and using synthetic pieces in places that could not be salvaged. It was an expensive and gruesome project, but the final result was a magnificent replica, as close to a living person as skill could allow. Thus, young Evalyn 'lived' once more.

Being a Doll, the new Evalyn was very much a blank slate. In the following months where her illness was continuously feigned, the girl was taught about the society she would exist in, and the life she was ultimately replacing. She adopted the physical concepts with ease, such as how to eat, walk, and dance, but struggled to grasp ideas surrounding emotion, language, and other subtleties. With the life history of the previous miss Fallow memorized, however, she was ultimately passable in social settings. Any oddities in her behavior were simply attributed to the toll that the sickness and healing process had taken on her. Life in the Fallow family ultimately continued on, with virtually none the wiser.

Following the doll's creation, all was well at first. In fact, for Evalyn, life couldn't be better. The issues began to arise within her father, burdened with the fact that his daughter was a fake, and what he had done. For a man of a now unstable mind, his grip on his sensibilities began to fade. Knowing that Evalyn was a doll, he began to treat her as less of a human. He would stop using her name, or asking for her opinion on subjects, and in some ways he would treat her as an inanimate object, much like a painting on the wall. This denial of sorts eventually turned to rage, where he blamed the doll for the problems in his life. He would yell, hit her, and throw things at her. Anything he really felt like doing, he did so without hesitation. As she showed no signs of discomfort from his attitude, he eventually even gave up on his anger. Finally, the remains of his own care and humanity melted away, and all that was left was insanity. Evalyn became her father's plaything to be used as he pleased, leading him to acts that no father, nor even a person, should ever commit upon another being.

While taking these forms of abuse in silence, Evalyn had busied herself with fulfilling her purpose - learning to be more like her predecessor. She would read through the dairy of the real Evalyn, sift through her belongings, read her favorite books, anything that helped with playing the role. In doing so, an oddity began to take place within the doll's body. In experiencing the things and way of life that the girl had poured her heart and soul into, the remnants of Evalyn slowly connected to the magic spark within the doll's body. She began to understand feeling. As the connection deepened, the doll began to realize who Evalyn had really been - and understood just what the girl's father was doing to her now. The waves of knowledge and emotion that began to surge through her 'mind' terrified and angered her. The following night, when her father came to her room, she shot him to end both his and her own suffering. Evalyn then fled her home. She has been traveling ever since, learning to live, cope, and seek purpose in her new life of vagrant freedom.

Anything else you'd like to say: Not a thing!

Your name is: Aki Tsukino
(Gaia name: Luminous Melody )

What do they call you:
N/A

Your age: 253

Your gender: Female

What are you: Wolf Hybrid

Who do you side with: Zasshu Tribe

How do you fight: Being a Wandering Knight, Aki is very skilled at melee combat, mainly relying on her blade and shield when facing off against foes. Shes quick on her feet and capable of bringing many foes down with her swift and precise strikes. Despite wielding a shield, she prefers to be more evasive with her combat, avoiding blows when possible and only using her shield when she truly needs to. As with her class, Shes a swift mover, capable of closing the gap between her and her foe with ease, or putting distance between her and her enemy. On top of her expected skills, Aki has a keen sense of smell and is able to track things quite easily... She generally ensures no prey escapes her.

What is your sexuality: Pansexual

Who do you care for: N/A

What do you do: Wandering Knight

Describe yourself: Aki is a kind and quiet individual, Generally preferring serenity over the loud hustle and bustle of life in human cities. Always one to attempt to show kindness to those who haven't wronged her, Aki is a fairly patient woman, slow to annoy and slower yet to anger. Nonetheless, once someone proves themselves to be an enemy of hers, She fights with a relentless zeal, stopping at nothing to end the threat to herself or those she cares for. Being such long lived, Aki has already seen much in her life... It all only serving to convince her to value what she has. Needless to say, Aki can be easy to befriend... Though one wrong move and she'll make herself an enemy unlike any other.

Whats your story: Born within the forests of Kaita, Aki spent the first 18 years of her life there living peacefully. While young, she was rather rambunctious and excitable, always wanting to go find a new adventure and never wanting to just sit in one place and relax. Perhaps thats that caused her to seek to join the ranks of the Wandering Knights... Warriors without a home, their life was one big adventurer, traveling across the land and seeking out opponents that may threaten the Zasshu tribe.

Shortly after her 18th birthday, the young hybrid finally was able to join up within their ranks... They trained her to fight, to be the elite warrior they so needed to protect their home and friends. It was around this time that the Zasshu Tribe had begun to contact the Talvian Nation... The Talvians coming to them with offers of safety from the hostile Kaitans that sought to impose their rule on them. Aki had no real say in the matter... She never wanted anyone to tie her down like the Kaitans wished to. Nor did many of her people it would seem... Soon enough the Elders agreed to help the Talvian's in their battle against the Kaitans. Shortly after her training ended, the now 25 year old Hybrid would be sent off to help the Talvian nation in their war.

She saw many things during that time... some things she wished she never had to see... In the end, The Zasshu tribe eventually withdrew their support for the Talvian war effort, but that was another 5 years down the line. Now 30 years old, Aki was finally reassigned to the original task of a wandering knight... To live a nomadic life and wander the world, seeking out threats to her people. The war she had been part of changed her, still wishing to find new areas and explore, She was more relaxed about life... cherishing it more than ever before.

For over 200 years, the girl wandered the land, engaging in battle whenever she felt needed to help protect the Zasshu tribe. It wasn't too long ago that she managed to pick up a traveling companion.

During a visit with some of the ever lovable fairies that populated the great forests of Kaita, She found a younger Hybrid girl... Not of her tribe and having apparently been raised by the fairies. Nonetheless, the girl seemed to take a shining to Aki, following after her once she left. She certainly didn't mind the company, happily letting the girl accompany her on her journey through the world. Recently, Her travels have brought her to the forests near the cliff side town of Zouchin.

Anything else you'd like to say: Aki is a calm individual, though touch or pull her tail in the wrong way and she may explode in a brief bit of anger. There are only a select few who can get away with rough play with her tail.

Your name is: Charlotte Bordeux
(Gaia name: Lord_and_Savior_Sbba)

What do they call you:
The Crimson Commander

Your age: Forty

Your gender: Female

What are you: Bear Hybrid of the Zasshu Tribe

How do you fight: She wasn't made commander of the entire army for no reason. Charlotte is one of the best fighters talvia has, her melee prowess being unmatched by most magic and melee fighters. When she fights, she has two modes, Feral mode and Tactic mode. In tactic mode, she's her regular self, ready to take down any opponent. With her Rapier in hand, there's not many who can actually stand up to her and fight toe to to with her. Her senses have been heightened due to the fact she was born a hybrid, being more keen than most regular humans. When she's in feral mode, she becomes more of a problem. In Feral mode, she gives up most of her sanity in exchange for removing the limiters in her mind. All of her senses and physical capabilities go past their limits, making her harder to beat. Of course, if she spends too long in feral mode, she's likely to go completely feral from the mental stress of keeping herself sane. When in feral mode, she doesn't use any weapons, ditching it to extend her claws and start going hand to hand with her opponent. The longest she's been able to keep herself in feral mode though is 20 minutes. Any longer and she starts throwing up blood.

What is your sexuality: Pansexual

Who do you care for: She's absolutely obsessed with Travis, putting no eyes on anyone but him.

What do you do: Commander of the Talvian Army

Describe yourself: To say that Charlotte's crazy is nothing but a understatement. She is completely psychotic, having no sense of mercy or respect for anyone, the only people being a exception is the Talvian Royalty due to the fact they pay for her home. Of course, that only applies to the royalty the king likes. Charlotte has no sense of human decency, willing to throw you around or kill you just for looking at her wrong. Most of the soldiers in the Talvian army have been known to be her victims in one way or another. Of course, she hides all of it underneath a mask. On the surface, she's actually a serene woman, showing no emotion at all to anyone but loyalty to the king. She won't talk much unless its to defend the royalty or make someone feel less than human. Honestly, when she's not showing her true colors, it's hard to tell there's a psychotic woman in her. There's only one thing that can get her to show her true colors easily though. Travis the second. She'd do anything for him. Even if it meant killing anyone who even remotely hurt him. He is her possession. Surely that harlot that took her from him would understand that, right?

Whats your story: Charlotte was born into the Zasshu tribe as one of the many girls that would grow up to become a warrior. From the time she could walk she started her training. Anytime her mom went out to go hunt for the tribe, she was brought along in a small carrier on her back. She watched her mom growing up, aspiring to be a lot like her when she grew up. By the time she was only ten, she started her training. Anytime any of the female warriors in the tribe had time, she'd train with them, hoping that she'd be able to pick up some of the techniques some of them used. She had a lot of tutors when it came to fighting, but her favorite was her mother. She fought a lot more strategically than the rest of the tribe, using her own hands to fight instead of a weapon. For years, she followed right behind her mom, with each year growing to fight a little better. When she was twelve, she decided on her own style, starting to fight more with a rapier. By the time she was 16, she was considered competent enough she could handle herself in actual combat. She was offered a spot among the rest of the female warriors, but she aspired for higher heights.

At the age of 16, she left the Zasshu Tribe, heading to the Talvian empire to try and enlist as a army member. She wanted to make her mother proud, and she felt that there would be where she could do it. After the long journey, she arrived in the Talvian empire. For her, it was a very weird place. She wasn't used to the big city like a lot of people were. She completely stuck out like a sore thumb around the rest of the people, her ears being a big sign she wasn't from around there. After getting lost multiple times and being sent in many random directions, she finally found where she could enlist into the army. She immediately signed up, hoping that she would be sent in for basic training with the rest of the recruits. A couple weeks later, she was brought in for basic training, happy to be in a batch with new recruits. Training was a breeze for her. She actually ended up showing up a lot of the recruits, even showing up the instructor when she was able to disarm him in front of the army elite.

While she was more than ecstatic that she was able to do such a great job, the army wasn't. Her instructor became very bitter with her, making it so when she was finally made a official soldier, she was pretty much singled out as much as possible. She was forced to clean when others were set free to roam the town, and even was forced to take a reduced pay than the rest of the soldiers. He made sure she got every worst job possible, even making it so she was forced to babysit the royal children so their father didn't have to. After a while, it started to get to her. She started feeling a little less useful with each duty she was given, eventually getting to the point she almost quit. There was one thing that kept her moving. The young prince, Travis the second. When she was acting depressed during the time she babysat him, he would try to cheer her up. He'd make her laugh, even sometimes get a smile out of her. With the help of the prince, she stopped letting herself be pushed around.

The next day, when the instructor tried to give her a job cleaning the stalls, she challenged him. She knew of the King's policy of the strong must take whats theirs. It was finally time she took the job away from the man. She asked to take the promotion exam, but the instructor denied her immediately. She went straight to the commander, asking for him to set up a match for the instructor's position. The match was set for the next day, one of the prince's watching over the fight. It was nothing but a slaughter for the instructor. Charlotte had the man down faster than he could pull out his sword. Its what he got for having too much mutton at dinner. The instructor was nothing more than a fat, lazy slob who held his rank due to the fact recruits weren't strong. She killed him without any mercy and took his position.

For her, she felt accomplished taking out such a idiot. She actually liked the feeling of taking down some undeserving slob and making him into nothing more than a pig. She continued on through the years til she was 24. By that time, she was in the middle ranks of the army, being able to hold her own against most of the elite soldiers. Though, at that point, nothing mattered to her other than one thing. Travis the second. Through the years, she had watched him grow, falling for him as each year passed. Even though she didn't have much interaction with him since she was nothing more than a soldier, she loved him from a distance. For her though, it slowly became a obsession. Whenever he was in attendance for her promotion matches, she made sure to fight her hardest to get him to notice her. Sadly, he didn't seem to. She started going a little mad at the lost cause that was getting Travis to notice her. By the time she was 25, she had even started becoming a bit psychotic. She'd start taking anything he owned when he wasn't paying attention and made sure to answer when he needed help. She started her slow descent into madness.

When he started getting female suitors, she'd personally escort them out of the castle after they were rejected and made sure they met with a "accident". Any of the royal children who the king didn't care about and insulted her dear Travis was tortured til they learned to behave for their siblings. Oh, there were no lengths she wouldn't go to to make sure Travis was safe and away from any harlots who could hurt him. She continued to stalk him and advance herself in the military ranks. By the time she was 34, she was close to the top. She had finally made the rank of Second in Command of the Talvian Military. She only had one more rank to go before she was able to sit among the royals as a member of high class society. Of course, she was already in very high standings with the king.

She was one of their most important assets by that point. She was the mastermind behind the conquering of nations and even the slaughter of some. She had even made it known to the king that she had no problems taking out any problems that might arise and endanger his kingdom. Of course, she kept her obsession of his son out of any of those details. At the age of 35, she made a official challenge against the Commander of the Talvian Army. It wasn't any normal match though, since she had some very special observers. Instead of her usual crowd, it was the king and some of the higher ranking officers. No prince or princess watching over her. The match started out with nothing more than the usual fight. Unlike the rest of her opponents though, this man simply wouldn't die while he cowered on the ground. Any move she made, he countered it and hit back. She couldn't find any weakness in his defense like the others. She felt it was impossible. There was no opponent she couldn't defeat!

The thought of even losing to someone she thought as nothing more than a cobble step for her to tread on pissed her off. As the match continued, she started to grow angrier. Eventually, she got to the point where she snapped. There, she found her feral mode. All limiters were removed, her eyes going blood shot red. She started moving at speeds completely impossible for any normal human to follow. The commander kept blocking her, but with each strike he started to waver. The minute he gave her a break to attack in, she took it. She latched her teeth around his soldier, her fangs sinking in deep enough that she would take off his shoulder if he even moved. He was hers at that point. She just started tearing into him, ripping him apart til he was nothing more than a unrecognizable corpse.

She was declared the winner. She took the title of the Commander and walked out of the room, her first feral state hurting her. From there, it was nothing more than easy sailing. She quickly became the cruelest commander in history. She wasn't above hurting her own troops, even sacrificing them if it meant winning the battle. Her tactics and strategies were unheard of, but every time she came back, the king simply congratulated her. She sailed to the age of 40 as the commander, taking out any challenger who tried to take her spot. With what's happened though, she's about ready to abandon the army and go hunting. What harlot was going to take her Travis away from her? She was going to make sure to drag him back to his senses and show that the little harlot he ran away with was nothing more than trash. If he refused to come back though....

she'd just have to kill him herself.........

Anything else you'd like to say: She hates showing she's a hybrid. She wears her cap to cover that fact up. Also, she's a very heavy drinker. There's not a single person in all the land who can out drink her.

Your name is: Ren Telviaus
(Gaia name: KiromXX18 )

What do they call you:
The Loner Prince

Your age: 38

Your gender: Male

What are you: Human

Who do you side with: Talvian

How do you fight: Ren is a one-handed fighter, often fighting with a Talvian sword strictly made for those of royalty. He is an agile, yet defensive fighter, being able to maneuver around the battlefield and taking advantage of his quick agility to dodge attacks used against him. He is never the one to start a fight, often letting his opponents to strike first and then dodging or parrying, allowing him to quickly counterattack. Once he goes on the offensive, however, he is quick with his strikes and does not let up. If he feels as if his opponent is regaining their stature, he would make a small retreat and go on the defensive again. Since he is indeed a Warbringer, he is able to utilize small amounts of magic, he is able to utilize a small water-based healing spell and is also able to infuse fire magic into his blade to add a burning effect to his attacks for continuous damage.

What is your sexuality: Heterosexual

Who do you care for: That cannot be revealed.

What do you do: Talvian Warbringer

Describe yourself: Ren has always been a kind man, something he gained from his mother while growing up as a Talvian Prince unlike most of his siblings. Yet, he still kept the ruthlessness his father required him to have. Ren only got tough and strict whenever it was needed. For him, everything was for the Talvian Empire. He could be the sweetest person one could ever meet in normal circumstances, but when it comes to the sake of his kingdom, he can be quite cold and won't hesitate to cut someone down. Ren, just like his younger brother, hates to throw around his noble status but he knows when it is required to do so. When it comes to battle, he usually keeps a calm head, but at the same time, won't hold back if it's for the sake of the Talvia. Overall, he is just being a loyal son to his father, finding his actions necessary and that it will make life better for his family and for his people in the future.

Whats your story: Ren was born as a noble, being one of the many children the Talvian Emperor had himself. This meant he was a royal child of Talvia who would learn to adopt his father's ambitions and goals and carry them out, just like the rest of his siblings who already did so. Before he became the proper age to start receiving training by the strongest and most expertise soldiers in his father's army, he spent those years learning about what his role would be in this world as a Talvian Prince. Ren, personally, accepted the duties he knew he would have to participate in, despite the fact he might not have agreed with every ambition his father had. Ren decided that the way he would learn to carry out his role as Prince was to do everything in the name for Talvia. That was his resolve in order to keep himself going without regret, doubt, or hesitation. He didn't fight for his father, he fought for his people. And he would begin to strengthen that resolve once he became the proper age to receive training.

It wouldn't take long for Ren to be a top-tier fighter, having been trained by the finest soldiers in the Talvian Empire, strengthening himself to become a high-ranking Talvian Warbringer. He was apart of the elite combatant class and his skills were feared, just like his older siblings, but he didn't abuse that strength, only using it when needed. One reason why he hated embracing his status as a Talvian Prince fully was due to a younger brother he had, Travis Telviaus. Ren didn't want his younger brother to become like his older siblings who seemed to follow their father's footsteps in every way. Ren knew that Travis adopted his mother's personality even more than he did and just wanted to live a peaceful and relaxing life. Travis was another reason why Ren worked so hard. So he could make a peaceful world be achieved much faster and not have to put Travis through any possible painful experiences. To him, his younger brother was the person he cared for the most and was the reason he fought.

The Talvian Prince honestly believed that Talvia needed to change. He felt as if it needed a new kind of ruler, a ruler to lead Talvia in a more....peaceful direction, one that would involve less violence. He felt as if Travis would become that ruler, but with the way the world was now, that future was almost impossible. He would continue to follow his father's demands willingly until the time was right for Travis to take the throne from their older siblings, and possibly...even himself.

When Travis began his training, Ren would often be on the sidelines and overlook his training. He admitted that the general who instructed him was indeed powerful and that Travis would become a devastating combatant through his teachings. He looked up to the older man and put his trust in the general completely to make Travis stronger. That wish wouldn't continue for long, however, when the general was apparently killed some girl. She was arrested and put to trial for execution and his father told him how this would become a learning experience for Ren. His older siblings all have performed executions before and it was time for Ren to learn as well.

Ren hated the fact that he was the one who had to execute this girl. Not to mention Travis was attending the trial as well so his younger brother would witness him killing someone right in front of his eyes...he would witness Ren being just like his siblings...the one thing he always tried to stay away from becoming. Ren stepped up with the execution axe and he began to panic as he held it above his head. He didn't understand himself why he was going through with this. His resolve about doing everything for Talvia was beginning to waver. The girl looked at least 6 years younger than him for crying out loud! But then visions of the dead general, the one he respected a lot and even began to hang around as a dear friend, began to go through his head along with the constant chanting of cutting off the girl's head. Ren let his emotions get to him and he ended up going through with it. He prepared to swing the axe down and end the girl's life with a terrified yell but then the dragon came and ruined everything. Ren retreated just like many others did, but that night he would begin to have internal struggle with himself about what he almost did that day.

Those next few weeks, Ren strengthened his resolve even more, but in the wrong way. That event made him realize just how cruel this world was and he wanted to end it so Travis wouldn't need to experience such turmoil. Once he became the age of 20, Ren was given his own forces to command and he would lead them against other nations, hoping to end this struggle against the empire as quickly as possible. Once Talvia ruled the entire lands, peace would finally be achieved. The man started to grow further apart from his older siblings and father, but even grew further apart from Travis. While Travis had no desire of conquest, his older siblings loved conquering other nations. Ren stood in the grey area, not having a passion for conquest but only performing it so Travis would continue to have his desire in not being able to partake in such events.

Not taking very long since his last battle, Ren would get called to a small keep that the empire owned and he was surprised to see the girl, Utsuru, that killed the high general so long ago. Hateful emotions would envelop him as he remembered that day when he tried to execute her. When he learned what had become of her after that terrible day, he began to feel as if it would've been better if he really did kill her long ago. If Utsuru was dead, that would be just another step to achieving peace and thus be a closer step for Travis to inherit the throne from his siblings, who would only use it to create more chaos. Ren decided to set up her execution immediately and he invited his fathers and brothers to see, knowing they would have punished him later if he did it in secrecy. He wouldn't invite Travis, but in the end, he learned that he was brought anyway along with the rest of his family.

Ren went along with the formalities of the execution before he finally drew his sword to cut off his head. This time, there were no signs of hesitation to what he was about to do, honestly feeling as if Utsuru's death would be better for the world. Ren would apologize to Travis in his head for what he was about to do, feeling as if he would be thought of in the same light as their siblings once this was over. Ren would go to take her head but then, out of nowhere, his death-killing blow was blocked. Ren's eyes followed the length of the blade to its owner and they would widen, utterly shocked by who came to defend this girl from execution. It was Travis, his own younger brother! Ren would question Travis's actions as to why he was doing this and the two proceeded to fight. One Prince trying to end the woman's life. The other Prince trying to save the woman's life. Ren tried to reason with Travis as to why her death was necessary but his brother wasn't having it.

The fight would eventually end abruptly as Travis suddenly took Utsuru and made his escape. Ren along with his father's forces tried going after him, but it was to no avail and he got away. During a meeting with the rest of his family, his brothers would call Travis a traitor and make demands to their father that he be captured and executed along with Utsuru. Ren stayed silent as he tried to figure out what would cause his brother to behave in such a way. Everything he was doing was for him to have the peaceful and relaxing life he wanted!

But the more he tried to figure things out, the more visions of Utsuru kept on popping up in his head. Voices of the stories he were told about Utsuru began to run through his ears and with his older brothers' constant arguing about what to do with Travis, Ren finally spoke up. He told all of his brothers to shut up and he began to defend Travis. He told them how Travis wouldn't have protected Utsuru willingly, Ren believing that Travis was loyal to Talvia. He told his family how Utsuru must have manipulated him in someway that would turn Travis against his own kingdom, and that he would go find out Travis's reasoning for leaving.

The Prince then told his brothers that he would see through this ordeal himself. He set off on his own journey in order to give chase. He managed to meet up with Travis and Utsuru once and tried to get an explanation from Travis, to give him a chance to prove that what he was currently doing was all due to Utsuru's manipulation. That chance would never come though and in distraught, Ren would allow the two of them to leave as he began to feel that everything he worked hard to achieve, was all crashing down. After a day of self-doubting himself, his burning hatred for Utsuru would resurface again and grow stronger than ever before. He believed that Utsuru somehow manipulated or seduced Travis into travelling with her and protecting her. He believed that Travis was somehow being kept with her against his will. It was due to his hateful emotions and blind fury that he would have a new goal. Kill Utsuru and get his brother back.

Anything else you'd like to say: Ren carries a locket of his mother around anywhere he goes. It reminds him that he is not like his older brothers and father fully and still has some compassion in his heart.

Enduring Seeker

Your name is: Hisui Nanaya
(Gaia name: Yamazaki_Yoshio)

What do they call you:
the Strawberry Samurai

Your age: 27

Your gender: Female

What are you: Human

Who do you side with: netural

How do you fight: Hisui uses an ornate katana and her chi-abilities. Her sword style is a blend of traditional Talvian Warbringer style and the iaijutsu sword stances of the Kaitan Samurai. She favors quick, accurate strikes, similiar to that of a fencer, and a more mobile and agile combat stance. This doesn't stop her from using a power attack if a chance presents itself. She is a duelist at heart, and prefers to challenge her targets to a one-on-one match, and fights better when focusing on a single opponent.

Thanks to her samurai training, Hisui can channel her inner force – her chi. This has given her greater speed and strength, able to deal blows that a small framed girl like her should not be able to perform. This ability also exends out to her senses, granting a sixth sense while focusing. Thanks to her sword, Hina, she can project her chi as an energy slash at a short range.

Unlike traditional samurai, Hisui favors lighter armor, and wears a chain shirt under her kimono. That said, she has trained to wear heavy armor.

What is your sexuality: bisexual

Who do you care for:

What do you do: Wandering Samurai

Describe yourself: Hisui usually comes off as a quiet, yet stern girl. This isn't to be confused with being shy or timid, a mistake many seem to make. She isn't afraid to speak her mind or raise her voice when the need comes. She is kind-hearted, but possesses little mercy on the battlefield. A love of adventure and exploration was inherited from her mentor, and thus enjoys wandering the world to see all there is. However, a small flame for revenge continues to burn within her...

Whats your story: Once there was a girl by the name of Christina Mardok. She was the daughter of a minor noble of the Talvian Empire, a mid-ranked soldier in the military. Her family was small – only two brothers beyond her father and mother. Like her older brothers, she trained in the way of the Talvian Warbringer under her father. However, she only had a few short years of this training, because of an upstart soldier.

Christina never learned the name of woman who slew her father in a duel to increase her rank. All she knew is that her family was exiled in shame for her father's loss in station. She was only 12 years old when this happened, and her family quickly left the Empire. They traveled far and wide in search of a new home, and after 2 years of drifting, they ended up at a small village in Kaita. By a stroke of luck, they ended up owning a small inn that managed to gain some decent patronage over the years, despite being outsiders to the nation. However, Christina never stopped training with the sword during this time.

While her brothers, being older, went off to join various mercenary companies within the Union, Christina was forced to stay with her mother and help around the inn. Sometime after turning 16, a wandering samurai happened upon Christina during one of her training sessions, using one of her father's old swords. Most people would've shrugged it off as a girl playing with a sword, but this samurai recognized that she had some skill. Intrigued by her sword style, he challenged her to a friendly sparring match. As one would expect, Christina lost, but she proved that she had a knack for swordplay.

The samurai, who identified himself as Yukito Nanaya, invited the young girl to train with him. He revealed that was a part of a clan of demon slaying samurai, and that he was on a journey to perfect his skills with his blade. Six months later, Christina left the small village with her new mentor on a journey to learn the ways of the samurai with Yukito. Eight years later, the two parted ways, as Yukito had taught her everything he knew. Now no longer an apprentice, the older samurai granted her a new sword - Hina - and a new name - Hisui Nanaya. Although an outsider to the Kaitan traditions, she was recognized as a member of the Nanaya clan.

Hisui continues her journey, both to wander the world to see everything there is to see and to continue perfecting her skills. That said, her desire for revenge upon the woman who took everything from her family continues to burn...

Anything else you'd like to say: Despite her nickname, Hisui is not that fond of strawberries...
