The white ones are cute and tie your outfit together.
But the first ones work too, they just stand out less. The black all the way though also elongates your leg so it just depends what you're going for.

The first one elongates your legs because of the matching colors of the stockings and shoes.

If you want the second one to work, you should take off those stockings or wear white stockings. With the black stockings, it just looks hideous and out of place.

I like the first pair best, it makes your legs look super long. The second pair is so cute, but the rest of your outfit seems too casual for them? If that makes sense.

Also, OMG Totoro stockings... so adorbs.

I like the first pair better.

However the shoes in your 2nd picture really matches your phone case,
so that would look really cute when you walk around.
