Shots aren't that bad, it's blood drawing I don't like. That s**t hurts and it pinches throughout the day.
But I take shots like a boss. Just really relax your arm, prepare for a pinch feeling and don't tense up. Look away from it, too. It'll only be a second.

Also, there are no Ebola shots, who's been telling you this, girl? You only get Ebola if you've handled Ebola dead bodies and their blood. Ebola can't even survive out of the body for very long. It's not airborne, it's not like a cold. The reason why Ebola spreads so fast where it is is because it's a third world country over there and they don't have modern health care facilities like we do. They can barely get clean water.
You're getting a flu shot and don't worry about Ebola.
