My issue with exercising is that...
1. I stay up too late to get up any earlier to exercise in the morning
And...
2. I feel like s**t when I get home from work. Soooo sore. My feet, back and legs are all hurting today.

I was reading through this thread,and think this would be a great idea as well as my motivation.
I am very interested in being part of a guild that focuses on weightloss and a support system. I have none what so ever. My hubby is like sure,stuff your face you look great..
stare 2012 I lost 60 lbs with hcg drops and figured i could just stop them...I basically blew up double my weightloss. So I don't want to do fad diets or pills. I want natural long lasting results. I drink nothing but water,so that is not a problem. I stopped drinking alcohol a few months back...if you would like to know more or chat you can pm me...But I am very interested in joining!
